Every thing looks very good. I recommend needing to improve. Like a trash bag need to replace. Shampoo and soap liquid need to refill and check list
jennifer
Our stay was a short one but a good one. Hotel frontal was friendly and the hotel and room were clean. Nice upscale designer furniture! Our room was large and spacious. Will definitely be back.
Rod
The room was ok but they make you pay for parking now, what a rip off!!!!
mark
Breakfast was great with many selections. Room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of parking. Many dining and enrollment within walking distance.
Nicholas
Everything was as advertised.
Kristie
The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.
Jennifer
The hotel was fine, but having to pay for parking during non-football time felt like a money grab. No free parking, anytime.

Clean room, great staff, only complaint was the maintenance in the bathroom was lacking. Cracked tile, broken section of the door, and corroded shower head. Minor things. Beyond that was a wonderful stay.
Lanette
Great location…pleasant staff
Michael
Everything was great! Only issue was there was nobody at the front desk to check in for 15 minutes. It was a little annoying to stand there waiting. Other than that, the place was great!
Bruce
Clean rooms and friendly staff
Vickie
Not super clean. Property hasn't been maintained very well. Just ok.
Beth

robin
Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed

Bathtub was missing drain plug room had some kinda odor

Unfortunately, the room we were assigned did not meet expectations for several reasons.
We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which resulted in a significant amount of water leaking from under the shower curtain across the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile also showed signs of neglect, including loose tiles and missing grout. Additionally, the shower head holder was broken and held in place by a hair clip.
The furniture in the room was in poor condition; the bed was uncomfortable and needs replacement, and the couch had holes in the fabric. Furthermore, the hot tub downstairs was quite small and barely functional. Regarding the amenities, we found the breakfast to be very basic and underwhelming.
Finally, I was disappointed by the $5 daily parking fee. There was no verification process, such as collecting vehicle information or providing a parking tag, which made the charge feel unnecessary.
Given the nightly rate, the quality of the accommodations was not satisfactory. I hope you will look into these maintenance and service issues.

Loose floor tiles in bathroom. Same tiles have been loose since last stay in the same room 7 or 8 years ago. Burnt out light in bathroom and broken window in bedroom with shipping tape on the window. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice but the pool was cool.
Liza
lovely room set up and great tub.
sarah
The room was either freezing or hot. Try to turn off the fan and it never stopped. Found did wrappers that weren't ours
Tatiana
Fitnesss center is awesome, clean comfy room.Grwat location
Lara
Our room was ok. Spacious, yes. One of the beds was in need of replacement - sagged in the middle, and squeaked and creaked with every movement. It was also very noisy - the heat/furnace was so loud it was like an airplane was flying directly over us. Bathroom lighting was poor, and the side mirror had so much rust on it - it was very unsightly. Thermostat did not work properly and we couldn't get it lower than 75°. The hotel pool is very small and was FILTHY!! It was so grimey that prior guests had scraped their initials and messages on the pool tiles above the water line and there were piles of dirt at the bottom of the pool - disgusting.
Very disappointing for the money we paid.

Pros: Staff were great and helpful, size of suites, and location.
Cons: There was mold all over the room (windows, shower, heater area), leaks in the ceiling. The floor of the shower was filthy along with the shower curtain. The shower didn’t drain so when you took a shower, you stood in a few inches of water. The carpet had visible stains that came off when you rubbed them. There isn’t a lot of privacy from noise as you can hear the person next door using the bathroom. Breakfast is ok, but the meat was cold. There is no where to hang towels.

Multiple outlets didn’t work near the bed otherwise stay was great
James
Hotel staff was great beds were terribly uncomfortable and breakfast didn’t have any flavor
Melissa
Room was clean, staff was courteous and it was very quiet. Pool and hot tub are very small but thankfully nobody else was using them when we went.
jessica
Adequate room. Lobby carpet dirty, they charged for parking which is unbelievable in this town during a non Packer game weekend. We sat at bar which was open for 40 minutes with bartender off doing who knows what. Breakfast had nice variety. Staff was friendly.
Melissa
Very clean, obviously newer hotel. Mattress was actually comfortable. Within walking distance of Resch Center so don’t have worry about parking there. Decent breakfast. The parking fee at the hotel was a little ridiculous but that is my only complaint.
Audra
Clean, spacious, attentive amenities.
Noel
The room is great. However, the shower faucet is faulty.
Dennis
Nice clean room
KAREN
We enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again

Jaimi
Very clean, staff was great, value was amazing and you can’t beat the distance from all of the fun around!
Katie
Room was very spacious. Awesome location near Lambeau field.
Bonnie
Great staff- very helpful! The room was clean, organized & well stocked!
Abdias
Verry good.
Jefferson
I think the room it was too small and the king bed also. The bed is was like a queen size. After that all it was ok. Clean room, great staff.
Pamela
Why is it becoming the norm that hot tubs are out of order?
Jacqueline
Rooms are run down and lighting is terrible.
Deborah
Even tho there were TWO Wedding parties staying at the hotel, our room was soooo quiet. Super convenient to Lambeau Field and Resch Center -- no need for car! Staff super friendly, too.
Carrie
No pool or hot tub open
CINDY
Very nice hotel! Very impressed
Tyler
No pool or hot tub. Bars closed. One of this is stated online only at the counter at check in.
Carrie
Hot tub and pool closedown. Breakfast was not great. Stale bagels. Turkey sausage was terrible. Pancakes were frozen and heated, terrible.
John
Enjoyed my stay, no issues!
Heather
Perfect location to walk to a concert at the Resch Center.
Angelina
Nice hotel and housekeeping
Christen
Great visit
Rebecca
Clean & comfortable
Very clean hotel with friendly service! Didn’t have a waffle station at breakfast but the service of the breakfast staff was above & beyond!
Linda
Nice sized rooms
Shelli
We had a trip to michigan amd stayed here on the way home. It was our favorite place by far. It was so clean, the room was huge, the shower was awesome. Breakfast was great. All the things! We will be back!
Laureen
Easy access and parking.
Deana
Gave me wrong room
Ronald
The bathroom faucet had a chronic leak with water damage on counter behind sink. They didn't fix in the 9 days I was there.
I don't like having a bathtub instead of a shower.
Lighting in bathroom not adequate.
Elevators were the slowest I have ever seen. Elevator floors had buckling material.
Elevators were too warm.
Freezer in lobby was broken the whole 9 days. I was unable to get a frozen dinner which would have been helpful.
I could leave through the back door of the hotel but not get back in because the card mechanism was broken and not fixed while I was there.
The shades on the window were excellent.
Several people at the front desk were friendly.

The front desk put our family side by side because she saw our last names were the same and just did that for us.

Quite and great location.
Brent
Great location. The only drawback was the Breakfast was minimal for the price of the hotel

Easy and Clean 😊
Clean, easy check in. Nice room layout w/ one king and a sofa bed.
Clean bathrooms, nice lobby, surprisingly nice and hot breakfast
Clean bathrooms, nice lobby, surprisingly nice and hot breakfast
Chad
Convenient location near Lambeau Field and room was very large. However, the room and pool area were not clean, and the hotel still charges for parking in the off-season, even when the area is quiet and uncrowded.
Julie
Clean, courteous & convenient location for walking.
Jon
WiFi did not work in this one specific room. Unclear how that can actually happen, but staff said that was the case.
Dan
Room were very nice. Commons / bar area was very large and nice. Little disappointed with the breakfast boiled sausage with cold powered eggs! Restaurant in walking distance.
Kimberly
Very nice hotel. Great amenities and great location - 10 minute, leisure walk to Lambeau which is exactly what we wanted. Only issue during our stay was the p for alarm going off 4 times in the middle of the night and no explanation.
MICHAEL
Fantastic day with a great location
Marcia
Excellent location and great property.
Steve
Easy parking and easy short walk to Resch Center
james
Loved it is within walking distance of many restaurants and Resch center, Lambeau field. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast......
Daniel
Very clean hotel
It was a business trip
Jessica
Nice, clean, and large room. The lobby area was actually really inviting - great light and a nice place to sit and wait out a rainstorm.
Andrea
We have stayed at many places in Green Bay over the past several years and this by far was my favorite hotel to stay at. It was clean, quiet, easy to get to, very convient. Nice gym. This is the only hotel that I have found I would rebook and stay again.
Julie
Green bay tour
We loved the size of room, comfort of beds, clean. But bathroom tiles were loose when you walked on them. Only downfall.
June
Stay was great. We could walk to the Monster Jam at Resch Center. Breakfast was good. Grandson had a great time in the pool.
Nadine
it was well placed in the heart of Green Bay near the football stadium, Lots of close restaurants and the hospital we needed to get to in AM and great staff. Highly recommend this place. The rooms are roomy and have alot of amenities and space to spread out and relax

Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast could be better. It was ok but not great. Creamers had broken open and were stuck together. That was kind of gross.

Fine stay - room showed its wear but was perfectly comfortable.
Breakfast was pretty sad- out of a lot of things when we got there at 8 and no replenishment done. We didn’t use workout or pool area but checked it out and it looked very nice!

Convenient
Jill
I like the suites it gives you ample room for ones who want to watch tv and those who want to sleep. It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants
Chris
Nice other than a parking fee each night
Adam
There was a hidden charge for parking our vehicle which we didn’t know about until after we checked out which was very disappointing. Breakfast was horrible and the bed wasn’t very comfortable at all.
Property was great, was clean, staff was friendly and location was easy to walk to where we needed to get to. The room itself was good. Great size and worked good.

Great location. Able to walk to area venues. Modern design. Room was attractively decorated yet it could be brought up to current times. We were shocked that no one shoveled the walkways and around cars. I nearly slipped at the front door. I mentioned to the front desk. I did not see any response.
Ethan
Friendly staff and very accommodating. The room was nice and worked for my trip
Geri
Close to many restaurants and the center for shows. Nice large rooms also
Beth
Nice place to stay. Pool is small. Breakfast was not much to speak of and the food was cold. People were very nice.
Austen
Mixed experience
The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the room set up, having a separate bedroom from the living room area. Linens were fresh and comfy, and the room's climate control worked well and comfortable temperatures were easy to maintain. Whoever cleaned our room did a wonderful job.
On the first night of our stay, the fire alarm woke us up at 2am. It was very scary and we had to call down the the front desk to be told it was a false alarm, no other explanation. This incident ruined our family's night of sleep as it was hard to go back to sleep afterwards.
The next morning, while eating breakfast, the woman who was working as the breakfast attendant was acting very hostile and talking to herself. She was clearly unhappy about her job and making all of the guests uncomfortable.
The pool area was fun although we had to ask to have maintenance clear debris out of the pool first, including a big ball of hair.

Broken beer bottle glass in the parking lot. Noticed it after I parked. Thankfully I did not get a flat. Moved much of the glass out from under my car with my foot. The fact that you pay $5 a night to park makes that frustrating.
Kristin
Needs updating. Beds are terrible - they sink in the middle. Pillows were awful.
Tub faucet dripped constantly. TV had 2 lines down the screen. Room was very dusty. Positive note - it was quiet.

Would highly recommend and or come back. Staff was. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Just Basic
Proximity to Lambeau Field is nice, with inexpensive parking, and the basic amenities you need. The rooms are “weathered” and in need of updates and fresh paint. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. We would prefer to stay downtown in the future for rooms that don’t get so beat up by Packer game days.
Paula
Family trip
Friendly staff. Breakfast food has a lot of room for improvement.
Brandy
It wasn't as clean as it could have been, but overall nice facilities. For the price the breakfast was not great, very scant and then everything was removed by 9:30. I was surprised to find a $30 charge for parking on the bill. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at. Pretty disappointed. I think next time I'll try one of the other stadium side hotels.

A few issues
The hotel is showing signs of wear. The tv was not working (known to the front desk as they said it was planned to be fixed the following day); however they did not inform of us of until we went back to the desk for assistance in the matter. We were offered $50 in refund but we were required to contact hotels.com first, and have them call the hotel directly. This took an hour on the online chat. There was no decaf coffee at all in the lobby or in packets for the keurig.
We have stayed at this hotel before for concerts at the Resch Center, it is very convenient for that venue and Lambeau field.
