The room was clean and cool upon arrival. We cannot thank the staff enough for being so welcoming especially given that we arrived during a downpour and all of us were soaking wet. The on-site restaurant was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to any guest who does not want to exit the hotel just to get dinner.
Douglas
Very helpful staff, clean facility, and comfortable room.
David
It was good, and we liked it.
dorwyn

The check in process and the staff were very wonderful. The room was pretty decent although we did find a half empty soda bottle on the couch and it looks like the sheets for the pull out were used and forgotten about.
Our room was really nice overall and the concrete walls didn't allow any noise to go through!
The carpet in the room however has seen better days and was lifting in a bunch of spots and had needed to be re stretched.
The elevator was a big bottleneck for the trip. They have 4 of them but they go so slow that anyone who used them, would be waiting for 20-30 minutes. I asked the staff where the stairs are and she said they were more of a pain to get to and use than anything.
We ate at the restaurant and it was a big wait and the food was just okay. It was very bland and some of it was cold. I do not think they had enough staff for the restaurant although it wasn't very busy.
Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

My husband and our two dogs loved our stay here! The staff truly were a highlight of the stay, as they were the kindest hotel staff we have ever encountered. 10/10 recommend.
Amy
Very nice Much nicer hotel than what the price would indicate. Big room. Nice comfy bed. Close to restaurants. Very friendly staff. Safe parking.
Robert
Balcony is just a sliding glass door with now outside sitting area. The app seems to show a couch bed that appears to be in a separate room than the king bed, it isn’t. The staff always most friendly and helpful, so no qualms there.
Terry
In-room fan/AC was a bit noisy but otherwise a phenomenal stay! We will be back
Kelly
Our boys loved the pool and everything seemed very clean and well maintained!
Ahmad
Very comfortable stay, we had no issues.
Bruce
Other than numerous small children running and screaming until 9PM, our stay was very pleasant.

So I already reported this to the staff but upon my arrival to my room I noticed it was dusty. I figured with a big hotel like this rooms may sit unused for some time. I am not familiar with the area because I am a visitor from Chicago so that is an assumption. I was a property manager and my job was to inspect properties. I always do an inspection of the rooms before I settle in and wipe everything down. So as I wipe down the night stand I found it to be quite dusty and I also found hair and a contact as I wiped down the top. There are two additional shelves which were also dusty. Upon further inspection I found a layer of dust throughout the room. I away bring wipes when I travel so I wiped down the area we were using like the counter and other things. I spoke to the front desk attendant and gave him a heads up of my findings and was told the housekeeper were gone for the night. I wasn’t looking for them to come up that late anyway so he advised me to come down in the morning to report it to the front desk manager but once I reported to him I felt like it was his responsibility to address it with his supervisor. I also put 4 people on the reservation and we only had 2 sets of towels and I believe if I put in a reservation it should be the right amount of towels for the amount of people that will be in the room for that visit. Besides all of that I would stay at this location again and as always I will make sure I have my wipes.
Kristine
We had our wedding reception in this hotel 28 years ago, and it was the nicest hotel in town at that time. However, I am sad to say it is really showing its age. There was no fan in the bathroom, nor were there any towel racks to place towels on if you are staying more than one night. The fold out couch in our suite was disgustingly dirty and the mattress is a sheet of springs with a cloth cover, probably was one of the original furnishings. There were really no chairs to sit in in the room, besides the office desk chair. The beautiful atrium filled with plants and stone flooring has been replaced with ugly, impersonal carpeting.
$12 per day for guest parking is a little ridiculous for Green Bay, though they get you to sign up for the rewards program to get that fee waived. A continental breakfast would have been nice, but they do have a restaurant downstairs.
Overall , the staff was friendly and helpful, but the stay was pretty average.

Jay

Violet
Amazing staff, clean room, nice amenities. Beautiful space
Lana
Great Staff!
Rachel
very nice stay
John
Located downtown GB, not walking distance to Lambeau. But, Downtown GB is more fun than ever. Close to River, walking areas, parks. Nice bike routes along Fox River and Green Bay. Fun pool for kids. They charge for parking though it’s convenient.
Melanie
Staff is the best! Very friendly and accommodating. Great stay. Comfy beds, nice rooms. Restaurant was decent. Pool area was a bit slippery wet around the sides on a busy Friday night. But nice pool. Hot tub jets were barely working. Kind of a bummer. But would definitely stay again.
Jonathan
Front desk and bar/restaurant staff very pleasant and friendly. Very nice place to stay.
HAZEM
It’s good for two nights stay.
Sarah
The hotel is very loud, especially if you're near the elevators. I could hear them going up and down all night long. Id also consider the rooms to be outdated.
Leanna
Staff was extremely rude
Amy
Our room was immaculately clean and had so much space for us to settle in comfortably.
Kari
Great place. Walkable to so many places.
Matthew
A great hotel for the price! The gym was one of the best hotel gyms too.
Shelia
The front desk clerk wasn’t friendly it wasn’t well maintained. The carpets were out dated and stained. Holiday Inn is usually very clean and friendly staff
Sarah
Loved the general ambience of the hotel, and it was very clean and affordable. Will definitely stay again!
Lena
The room was clean. Sofa in the room smell so awful. Needs cleaning. We did not sit on it.
Joy
Rooms very nice and comfortable. Food at restaurant was exceptionally good. Only suggestion is to have signage by the elevators to direct you to rooms so you don’t have to walk from one side of the hotel to the other side.
Mayra E
It was a pleasant stay
Harley
Great place
Jacob
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like a valued guest.
Marvin

Dale
The property is old and needs updating. Hotels at this price point should have showers, not showers in a bathtub.
Nicholas

Deborah
Everything was amazing loved the bed best sleep want to buy the pillows. Where do I get them
Paul
I would stay again
Joseph
Great staff and location.
Edward
We had dinner at Social.
Ordered food, which was cold (tacos) and when we told bartender/server she just shrugged it off.
She had another bar customer who sent food back twice.
The kitchen was the problem but she should've been more accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool
Aysha
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms need renovating and a thorough cleaning. The pool facilities were the highlight of the trip.
Brandon
Great stay and happy with the room.
Steve
Toilet didnt work and they were out of shampoo
Victoria
Carpet coming up, paint chipping and AC didn’t work. Our room was 75*
Lila
Need vending machines on every floor. Would also not like Sounders crawling at night time on the balcony I couldn’t enjoy the weather at night.
Kim
Beautiful area and gorgeous hotel. So well maintained and taken care of. Great amenities.
Debbie
Great place to stay and close to everything
Jeff
Balcony was awesome with view of Lambeau Field.
Lisa
So comfortable and we would definitely recommend.
Michael
The water pressure was really poor. Not sure if it mattered that we were on the top floor, but it felt more like standing in sprinkling rain than actually taking a shower.
Francois
Great Pool area with Sauna. Room are rather spacious compare to other hotels in the area. Internet is just ok 8-10mb up and down. Surprinsingly despite being connected to a conference center. Decent restaurant. Breakfast and Parking not free.
Yolanda
great time
Emmanuel
Excelente todo muy limpio y muy buena atencion
Jeffrey
The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always very nice.
gordon

Taya
Parking was easy. Check-in was great. The room was clean.
Marissa
Parking easy, won’t desk very good, Erin is an excellent person to get you checked in and ready for a nice stay.
Melissa
Excellent stay, great restaurant and coffee snack shop
Frederick
Will stay here again
Tiffany
The only issue was the refrigerator was making loud noises as it processes throughout the night.
Brian
I enjoyed my stay , very comfortable and pool and spa was nice . No complaints. I’ll be back again
Megan
Hotel aesthetic was great. Rooms were spacious. Our 7th floor sliding glass door fully opened which was a little nerve wracking with young kids. Pool was ok, cold but big. Restaurant was not great. Service was but the food was not. Don’t waste your money there. Also disappointed that they didn’t have the breakfast they used to. Parking was also $12/night!
Mary
Easy parking and access to KI center
Racquelle
It’s a little run down, rooms are clean but pool area could use a good deep clean. Maybe just a makeover in general. I have high expectations for a Hyatt and I was left a little underwhelmed
Paula
The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, love the balcony rooms.
Tracy
Rooms could use a full length mirror. 🙂
Grace
Our FIRST rooms sofa bed was wet from someone peeing it. Staff put the fresh bedding on top of it. Then folded up the sofa. Then we tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn't working so we had to go down to the desk to talk to them about it.
They did move us to another room. The hotel is in winter mode so our room was 77° and no ac. We called the front desk and they brought us a fan which helped. We also opened the door a bit. Which is a little concerning becuz there's no screen on the patio doors just a waist high railing 😬 The staff was very very nice and we ate at the on site restaurant which was so good!
For the amount of money you spend to stay here, it's needs updates.

The king-bed room I received was huge, maybe 30ft x 30ft! There was a large TV (good thing because the bed was far away :) and a spacious armoire was provided instead of a closet. Never seen such a room!
Debbie
This was a magical stay with my granddaughter, for her gymnastics meet. The pool area was robust, the food was fairly priced and the glass elevators, with rooms opening to the Atrium area, was an unexpected perk. Looking down at the atrium from the 7th floor, you could see groups of people playing cards, kids running about, meals being eaten, laptops out…It was a very cool vibe.
william
All around very nice place. Would definitely recommend it!
Ma Cristina
The staff are very pleasant, Ryka from the social restaurant and all other staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. The amenities are amazing. I love the indoor pool hot tub and sauna which opens at 5am. Perfect before attending the conference.
Michael
Fantastic hotel! Beautiful and I had a fun chat with the bartender about last year's draft. Check in was amazing and friendly. Room was incredible. It was more than just a stay, it will be a wonderful memory.
The height of the toilet was bizarre and the water pressure in the shower was next to none (one of my pet peeves...)
I would absolutely stay there again and i highly highly recommend! Great location too!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, rooms are spacious and updated. Rooms are easy to locate and since everything is central, it looks nice and is easy
Jeremy
Everything was excellent. Only issue I had was old bathroom, with very small toilet.
DAVID
Elevators were a bit slow but fantastic lobby with great bar
John
Staff and cleanliness and amenities were superb. Easy access to great food & the pool and spa were amazing!
Allen
Complimentary breakfast would have been nice
Scott
Large spacious rooms. Comfortable clean beds. Super staff Erin and Manoj were wonderful at customer service! Wow. Champagne for our anniversary! Walkable to restaurants, clubs etc. will return for sure!
Jennie
Nice room, breakfast area was credit card pay. Meeting rooms were all clean and spacious
Brian
Nice king suite with the bar and half kitchen kinda thing going on. Also was take. Care of and cool building on the inside.
Also there exercise room was good for a hotel. While the pool had a hot tub and saunas. Both wet and dry co-ed saunas open till 12am

Brandi
Prompt service for extra towels and a bar of soap. Friendly staff.
Christine
Such a clean hotel and rooms are impressive with a sitting/bar area. The bar is nice as well
christine
I did not have breakfast there so I can't review on it but the staff was polite it was very clean and I will definitely attend again
Melanie
Staff was excellent. Rooms could use some upgrading. Location was not within walking distance of restaurants.
Mary
Staff was very helpful and the pool area was great for small children, with splash pad. However the room cleanliness could have been better. Surfaces obliviously not cleaned for extended periods of time.
Anita
Room/suite was very nice.
David
Chose not to give a refund on rooms that we couldn't occupy due to the storm/flight cancellations and gave very poor excuses for it.
William
Everything was great, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. I will defiantly recommend
Shelly
The hyatt had always been a favorite, this year things changed a bit. The restaurant only offered a dance competition menu not the full menu to choose from. I'm sure we're a handful but we also pack the hotel. The small store in front used to be a Starbucks, was now changed something unfamiliar. The elevator broke during the stay, they were quick to fix it. And lastly, Feb 27 was my stay. I'm still waiting for my charge of $100 to be refunded.
