Not too impressed. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Did not bother to complain.

First and foremost Kristen the mid-shift check in staff member is/was amazing. Always has a smile on her face, and a friendly greeting ready to go.
Secondly, everything is clean, and well maintained.
Breakfast was okay. Nothing that is a wow, but gets the job done. Area is safe. Parking is good. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is GREAT! Right on the riverfront - close to walking paths along the water, restaurants, bars and shopping. Our room was spacious and quiet with updated amenities. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with recomendations were to walk and eat. Easy parking and access to roads leading in and out of Green Bay.

Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk automatically provided me with a list of local restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There is a charge for onsite parking, but it is in a covered structure.

I understand that the date we showed up the sewer lines were being replaced and the bridge was closed for maintenance. Not the hotels fault. The staff was nice, the room was cleaned but walking down the stairs for breakfast, the smell of urine was strong. We've never been to Green Bay before and I didn't realize how strong a smell the algae bloom was, but wow! It was in the hallways, the front desk and even the elevator. Other than the stairwell, I understand that most of this is out of the hotel's control, but I was grateful we were only staying one evening.

The hotel itself is very nice. Although it can be noisy as ball teams, etc, stay there frequently. But parking is HORRIBLE. First of all the entry door is poorly marked. So you wander around for a bit to find it. Worse though, is that it's near the convention center. So, the parking gets mixed up with the convention centers parking. We had to pay a fine because we accidentally parked in convention center parking spot. This is very poorly marked - especially at night (which is when we returned).

I don’t recommend this place.Run away.we had a terrible experience, the staff were not friendly and the supervisor was rude and out of line. I made a reservation through hotels.com but when I arrived at the hotel they changed us again and when I asked the supervisor to fix it she got mad and started yelling at us and didn’t resolve the issue. Had to call hotels.com costumer service to call the Hampton to issue the refund she still couldn’t comprehend and resolved the issue.the supervisor instead of taking care of the customer gave us issues and attitude for the problem that she created.this place doesn’t worth the money and we didn’t feel comfortable staying there.RUN from this location if you want comfort and peace during your stay

The check in clerk was excellent and helpful. The room was very nice with a great view, however the AC unit was very loud and when it kicked on it could possibly wake the dead. The bed was comfortable and the price was good for such a convenient location.

The check-in process was not handled properly, and as a result, my key card was deactivated during my stay. I had to come down from the 7th floor to the front desk just to have it reactivated, which was inconvenient. Additionally, during breakfast, the waffle maker was broken and it took the staff nearly an hour to replace it, even though breakfast service only lasts four hours. Many guests were waiting for waffles and were confused about why the machine was

The property was close to a busy road that was quite noisy all night long. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Furnishings were worn and outdated. The bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was basic with few offerings for those who are health conscious. Many of the condiments and toppings were empty with a couple hours still left to serve. Coffee was lukewarm at best. If we were to visit Green Bay again, we would choose to stay elsewhere.

When we checked in the girl was so friendly and accommodating! The next morning went down just before 5 am for a cup of coffee it was old and cold! Ugh. The breakfast was ok the breakfast lady was so nice and very accommodating. The rest of the staff not very friendly. Hotel needs some updates! Get ready to pay for parking that is ridiculous. We were in a room facing the street and we were on the 6th floor you would have thought the cars were right next to us!! Super loud room hard to fall asleep. Place needs some brightening up!

Room was nice fairly clean, breakfast was good our second morning but not too much the first morning. My only complaint is our second night my fiancé went to get coffee from the lobby and got questioned down by the front desk lady, asking if he had a room, what’s his room number what’s his name. He came from the elevator so that was really unnecessary on her part. The interaction really rubbed him the wrong way and he felt profiled because prior to that the front desk lady acknowledged him along with another employee so she knew he was already…

The place is very antiquated and could use an update. The bathtub was extremely hard to get in and out of so if your short, good luck. Breakfast was good. We were in a room on the 7th floor and there was only a short window that was extremely dirty on the outside and hard to see through. I had booked for 3 nights with Travelocity and the hotel only had 2 nights. I had to contact Travelocity and have them talk to the hotel. That finally was resolved but then upon checking out, I was charged for the third night even though I had already paid through Travelocity. I'm still trying to get my money back. Parking should be free, but it is not. We paid $30 for three nights. The staff were very friendly but I will not stay at this hotel again.

The room and hallways were clean.
The tub drained very slow to the point where my toes were soaking in the shower water.
The rooms could use better lighting by the desk area. The breakfast is good and always open on time.
I think an hospitality staff should make an effort to not smell like cigarette smoke.
I haven't used the pool or work out areas.

The best the stay was the breakfast and the lovely lady who ran it. The front desk people were not very friendly. The room bathroom was not great, the water in the tub kept running and there were chips on the tub. The picture of the hotel is kinda misleading as it is an overall picture including the convention center next door. It was not terrible but not my favorite hotel we have stayed at in Greenbay.

Be prepared for the entire property to smell like raw sewage. This has a lot to do with how close it is to the Fox River. Evidently Procter & Gamble dumped waste for years on top of the raw sewage that was already on the river.

The staff is lovely but the property is rough. No quality. Bathroom doors that don’t close. Showers that open while you’re soaping your hair. Just stay somewhere else.
