When zI checked in they charge me 75.00 dollars in Case I wrecked the room. Didn't say anything about it when making reservations the room has no dressers when I watched t.v. It keep on going off Stayed 3 nights only cleaned the room once

Breakfast wasn't what you would expect. They had bagels and a yogurt bar i guess you would say. Cold cereal and packaged oatmeal and fruit. Thought you might see a waffle maker and maybe some hot food. But at least they had coffee and good creamer. The yogurt bar was really good and they had granola which helped. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lighting outside was hanging by wires and just propped up by the sidewalk. Very bright when you tried to walk by cause it was angled upward and blinded you as you walked by. The bed had a sag in the middle to tired to try the other bed that night but the next day we tried the other bed and it was much better. The shower pressure was great.

I think the breakfast menu was very well thought out, and it was all i needed to get my day started.i am tired of powered eggs and cold sausage patties as a hotel breakfast. We thought the hot tub could be a few degrees warmer and that seems to be always the case, but it was nice and deep and we did enjoy the pool and hot tub. All in all an enjoyable stay!

Our room was not clean. Behind a chair was a pair of sunglasses from previous guest. The air conditioner sounded like it was a freight train. We tried extending our stay since we were there for State Darts and was told it would be an additional $1000.00 for 2 nights. Super unsatisfied!!

Just that one. The checkout time is later, the breakfast stays open later the pool stays open later. It was great and the staff was great too.

We were a little disappointed by this Hilton brand Spark. Staff was great but here are the issues we had: 1) weird smell in elevator and hall covered up by some type of strong deodorizer 2) the toilet in our room did not flush unless you held the handle down the entire time. If you don’t, it fills up pretty high and stops and we were constantly afraid it would overflow if we tried to flush again. It was not clogged. 3) not too impressed by breakfast, muffins, yogurt, cereal and bagels. 4) the pillows on bed had a smoky smell that was covered up by a very strong odor of chlorine. This woke me up multiple times during the night. Other than these, the hotel was ok and as I said staff were nice.

Chose this as a less expensive place to stay while traveling for work. It is a renovated hotel, with some older aspects and some newer parts. My bed was very comfortable. I liked the large extendable desk. Bathroom was sufficient, new shower enclosure and sink but older toilet that was hesitant to flush. New, fluffy towels.

There was garbage next to the bed that was never cleaned up when I first went into the room. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t hear they. I asked them to fix it but they never did. The staff was very friendly. I would not stay here again, for the cost it wasn’t worth it.

The building for the interior was clean and inviting. Due to the recent snowfall, it was hard to see the sign to the building. Luckily I had GPS on each time I came back to the hotel, or I would have missed it. The whirlpool, unfortunately was a disappointment. The jets weren't working so it was just a really warm bath. Breakfast was also something new. Not that it wasn't for everyone, but a bagel bar wasn't for us. And the yogurt bar was empty by the time I wanted anything and that was about 8am. We ended up going out for breakfast the mornings we stayed. The staff was great! They came in each day and fixed up our room, replaced garbage and cleaned the bathroom.

Pool was closed without notifying and they wouldn’t let us sit in lobby after 10pm to watch Olympics. We had to go to workout room which was the only thing open. Booooo! So we walked and drank on the treadmill- very safe! 😂 dumb

No pool. Booked room 2 months prior to stay & when arriving for stay we found out pool was not available… no hot breakfast items either; just breakfast “snack” items for lite eating. Parking in lot was not idea either due to trees along fence line for many of spots in lot having branches that were breaking off & landing onto people’s cars during windy conditions …

We were disappointed to learn upon checking in, that the pool was closed for construction. The desk clerk, when I asked for a discount, said it was posted on their website, so none would be given. It was mentioned the Expedia wasn’t doing their part to notify potential customers. It wasn’t worth the money for the stay knowing the pool is their main advertising attraction. We were pretty disappointed.

Room was clean and well appointed. Our bathroom had a badly repaired patch on the ceiling and the breakfast lacked any hot food options. It was just cereal, bagels, muffins, juice, coffee and some hard boiled eggs. No granola even available or regular bread for toast. Fine place for a 1 night stay.

Used hotel.com for this reservation they did not list on there that the hot tub and pool were not working but I guess on the hotels website it was listed as not working. Knowing that I would not have booked there normally we stay there about 15 times a

The pool was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The bathroom shower was mildewy. The toilet seat was beat up and broken. Some staff were super nice, some were not friendly at all.

no microwave in room or coffee pot, staff says that because its a down grade hotel so you don't get the special amenities. well my credit card didn't show the down grade. I have paid a lot less and got a lot more.

We were really disappointed that the pool and whirlpool were not in use. We we’re looking for rest and relaxation and just spent the night in our room with no pool and whirlpool

only complaint is that they added chemicals to the hot tub before it closed for the night the needed chemicals. My husband and I went in the hot tub around 7 PM. Our eyes were burning so bad so only recommendation is to add after pool is closed.
