The arcade needs work a lot of the machines need update or fixed. The kids area on the ropes had a hole in it so my daughter got he goot stuck, the safety mates where coming up the hot tub on the outside was dirty and the jets barely worked are hair dryer in the room did not work I was told to come to the front desk if I wanted anything tows or shampoo, phone was unplugged for some reason, upstairs above are room was loud.

I reserved 2 rooms and called ahead after. Asking if they could be arranged to be adjacent/next to each other. They said they would be. Upon check in I asked again and they said yes they are next to each other. But only 1 room was ready to check in. I checked in the first room. When I checked into the second room they had no idea what I was talking about and put my second room on a different floor. When I asked if I could recieve a coupon, discount or some reconciliation the front desk person said no, and was very aloof and not friendly. I asked for a manager, but they said a manager was not available. I gave them my phone number but never received a call back. Additionally the rooms need an update, the fixtures in both of our rooms were broken/jank
Water park part was fun but I’ll be avoiding tundra lodge in the future, based on the fact they lied to us.

The hotub/water park were not open. I put in the filter for a hottub. If it was closed Tundra lodge should tell Expedia. Also I paid $130 for the room. At check in there was an additional $30 and $40 charge. I wish this was told in the reservation. I went to the restaurant since there was no hottub and wanted wings, they were out. I ordered a drink which was mediocre. I paid $200 for a bed so I figured I could enjoy a nice shower and comfy bed. The bathroom was not the cleanest so I didn't even get a shower, and the bed was not comfy. I am not one to write bad reviews but I do NOT recommend this place. Expedia did reach out to the lodge with no response and that has been over a week. I would say go to the Hampton and you can get a clean room, hottub, and comfy beds and buy a day pass to the Tundra waterpark.

The check in staff were very unpleasant. The propert its self was filthy. There was drug parphenalia under the bench at the main entrance. The restaurant served me raw, bloody chicken. All of the lifeguards seem to hate thier jobs. My kid didn't seem to notice so at least theres that. $400 for 2 nights seems outrageous for this kind of customer service.

AWFUL !! i couldn’t use my bathroom for OVER three hours because no one would come unlock the door !! the front desk said they couldn’t !!! also- the TV wouldn’t work because the remote was broken ! So for over three hours no tv and no bathroom for a room i paid full price for and NO help ! i will NEVER NEVER be back !!! i’m was never treated in such an awful way at a motel in my life ! I will tell everyone!

I didn’t complain since our time was limited there, but in our room our floor seemed very damp and almost sticky. Our bathroom was pretty dirty. And my biggest complaint is that our bed had a mattress that obviously needed to be replaced it was completely concave, it went down a lot in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. My kids enjoy the waterpark though, but it has went downhill since it first opened.

Fan in bathroom was very noisy - needs attention.
Usually keep a light on in the bathroom at night but because of the fan and light are linked I chose not to because of the noise.
Waterpark was nice, something for all ages.
Difficult to find a place to put things because all tables and chairs were spoken for by the time we got there. Not sure why people need full tables and all the chairs when no one is sitting at them all day. Maybe sharing of tables/chairs could be encouraged.
Some of the lifeguards seem to be a bit apathetic and hesitant to call out neg behaviors of some customers.

Very friendly staff, after having a terrible stay at the Great Wolf lodge this will be our new “Lodge” . Perfect for my 6 year old. I could see teens getting bored though. Loved the buffet breakfast and the rooms were nice enough if a bit dated.

A true disappointment. If you are considering booking a room at Tundra Lodge in Green Bay, you may want to look for other options. The property is poorly maintained.

Our room: had a full bed, pull-out couch and bunkbeds the at space was adequate however the room was dirty; the bathroom floors were not cleaned, the entire room was dusty, window shades did not work, lamps in room did not work. Clothing found in the room from previous guests. The bed simply had sheets, no comforter or blanket. If you do decide to book, ask for a room that doesn't have stairs above. Our room was directly below the third-floor stairs and was incredibly noisy and would wake us in the night as kids/people were running and jumping.

The pool area: The pool area was fun. During our visit there was limited pool staff/lifeguards on duty (on the weekend), not enough seating - space could have been utilized. Bathroom in the pool area seemed to only be cleaned once a day and were dirty.

Needless to say, our stay was subpar and we will not be returning, nor would I recommend a stay here to family or friends.

The front desk staff was great, although they can use some help. I imagine it’s not like that all the time but being it is Spring break and a Saturday check in time. There was no one working the register at their store around the corner from front desk. Which resulted in longer wait for folks checking in. So the gentleman at the front desk had to cover both stations and he did great! The arcade people were awesome, were fast to help with any errors with the machines and have some cool prizes you could win. The waterpark area had plenty of clean towels, lifeguards were present in critical areas. Everyone seem to have fun even on busy Spring Break weekend. They should put a garbage can by the outside hot tub. The room was clean, kids liked the bunk beds. the spare blanket had holes all over it, The tile in bathroom was missing grout even around toilet. Someone could get cut on sharp edges of tile if too much grout gets loose. Also the caulking was starting to separate from tub. We tried the restaurant on the property, the folks there are fast, the breakfast buffet was a great deal for all the food they had, got our pizza fast but kids said it was to greasy everything slid off of it when they picked up a piece. Overall the stay was great for the price. The staff was great and helpful in all areas on the property. Most likely will stay again on off season.

The pool area was fine but is showing its age. We had a terrible experience at night in our room, with the people staying in the room above us both nights. Very very loud not music or TV but sounding like they were playing basketball or wrestling up there. Sounded like they were trashing the room and kids running all over even at midnight and after. The front desk was short staffed and not able to help much until we called 3 times. My granddaughters were scared and crying at one point thinking someone was breaking in our room! They did offer to change our room the second night but not until 1:00 am and one child was all ready sleeping and we had a lot of stuff in our room. We felt bad for the gal at the front desk she was alone and also scared to confront the LOUD guests alone, waited for a security person to arrive and then it finally quieted down. The lack of sleep was hard to deal with as it was 2 nights in a row. Next year we will check out a different indoor water park. We did enjoy being close to Lambeau Field and The Stadium View bar and grill was great, burgers delicious , and service was great. The girls enjoyed the lazy river and the pools lots of towels available, could use more sitting areas, tables and chairs. Thank-you T. Enders

We came for the waterpark and it did its job. Perfect for our 5 and 10 year old. 13 is probably too old unless in a group. Area was clean and orderly thanks to the meticulous lifeguards. They are outstanding considering the number of kids all around.
Room is dated, fridge and micro worked, heat/ac unit is old school knobs, room wasnt dirty. Overall, they weren't horrible though. We didnt spend time in our room, came to swim!

The \"Fitness Center\" might as well be run by Dwight K Schrute. Mismatched dumbbells, broken treadmill, wobbly bench(but no dumbbells so no worry) pull up bar and dip set up was functional. Bummer for dad, but hey, came to swim.

And 2 metal bars sticking out from the bed that I busted my ankle on. Arcade and water park was fun. Breakfast buffet was not so good food tasted like it was premade and reheated. We really enjoyed our time at tundra Lodge. I do think they could do some upgrading on some things but nothing fancy. I think you should also include some type of discount at one of the restaurants in the area or offer some type of breakfast even if it’s a small amount of choices, just something.

I was very upset that not only was the waterpark closed but the gift shop wasn’t serving ice cream that I promised my kids and the arcade was shut down too. I pd for property amenities ($30) and wasn’t able to use any of them because the were all closed. When I called to complain, the girls said it was for parking. I had 1 car. Two rooms so I was charged $60 for parking in Green Bay Wisconsin on a Wednesday ????? Please

Bathroom fan sounded like it was dying, sink was clogged, there was a stain on the sheet on the pull out bed and we couldn't use the dresser because the drawers were literally falling out. The room coffee was awful and then they charge over $3 for a plain cup of drip coffee in the lobby. For the price, I would expect a maintained room at least.

Cleanliness, 0 we found a used band-aid our bathroom floor, our porcelain sink was chipped, we could’ve used an extra blanket and linens. Microwave did NOT work, TV remote was busted up and duct taped, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you jigged the handle. Other than all of that, the water park was the best thing there. Our vending machine on our floor did not work either. Our lamps between our beds didn’t work

There was utter chaos in the hallway on our floor until the wee hours of the night- screaming, running, knocking on doors. The walls and floors are so thin, our toilet rattled noisily because of the activities in the room next door and we could hear people in the hallways above us.our family rented four rooms and we were unable to allow toddlers to nap or anyone to sleep at night. This was our first visit to Tundra lodge. The lobby was nice, the room was nice. Like a kalahari and wilderness knockoff.
The single person at the bar was over worked. Running all over the place. Causing delays. The food was ok. Two people i was with ordered the exact same thing. Yet received two different combinations of it. Another got fries instead of chips. The tiny pizza was over priced.
The breakfast bar was a complete waste of money. Under staffed. Sign says please wait to be seated. We stood there for 15 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged us. So we sat ourselves. Had to tell the staff we were there. Food straight sucked. No bacon, eggs were wet and barely warm. Only good thijg was the fruit. Had to track dow a server just to pay our bill even though she was standing right next to us.when the others in our group paid.
The pool was ok except there was way to much chemicals. The air burned our eyes. My nephew and a few other kids developed swimmers cough. Never heard of it before. To much chemical irritation of the lungs.
We enjoy waterparks. been going to them for 20 years. This was the worst experience we ever had. Mostly due to service, food and pool chemicals.

All of the above, room bathroom door locked and would not open, shower had mold above it. Our sheet covers had rips all over the sides from being so worn. The waterpark was so packed I can't believe they were not over the capacity limit. Tons of people with no bands on and carrying in food which meant the floors were disgusting to walk around. For the amount we paid for the room to not have a continental breakfast and had to pay an additional $45 is absurd.

Check in was at 4pm. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30pm. We had to change for the pool in the hallway with 2 toddlers. We arrived to swim at 2:45pm (like the website said we could). There was no place to store our luggage - the desk kindly let us store it behind them. When we were done swimming we expected to be able to get into our room because it was after check in time. Our room still hadn't been ready , thus leading us to get changed in the hallway and bathrooms again. We left for dinner and called to check on our room. They were unable to tell us over the phone whether the room was ready. We ventured back, thankfully it was ready. The front desk was kind and apologetic. We only had one night stay so this wasn't ideal paying $264 for essentially sleeping. We love the tundra lodge but this experience, especially with kids, really turned us off.

Appeared to be a chlorine level spike in indoor hot tub causing spontaneous vomiting from a young boy and coughing and inability for my granddaughter to breathe. Saturday evening, January 17, 2026. 6 pm. We left the waterpark. Had arrived at 4 pm.

Sunday, January 18, 9am. Checked the waterpark area for chlorine levels due to the fact that my granddaughter was afraid to return. Definitely difficult to breathe again and chose to leave the property without waterpark use.

Very cool water in waterpark pools.

The room wasn’t super clean, room lighting is terrible. The room above us didn’t have a guardian in the room and the noise and thumping was horrendous, my grandkid cried himself to sleep. The bathtub drains super slow. And when you book, even though you enter five people staying, the booking is only for four so you will need to buy another water park wrist band and the resort fees were more than what was stated when we booked through Expedia.
