Room was a nice size with sink separate from the toilet and tub. Tub was recovered with a dent in the middle. Water pressure was good. Included breakfast was good with bagels and English muffins, waffles and sausage and egg bites, sausage and gravy
Mai
Property is clean and affordable price
Elizabeth

Clean and relaxing. If you are looking for a relaxing trip this is the place.

Staff was very helpful, however there was no cold water in our room when it was extremely hot outside. I almost passed out because it was so hot. My husband was able to cool me down before calling the staff or 911. Thank you.
Jeffrey
The shower had a very annoying high pitched whine. It also was a little narrow
Roger
It was good stay
Christina
Great stay as always, Friendly staff ,
Isaac
Entire Hotel including room has a musty smell. The toilet in our room was definitely not cleaned, hence the pee splashes and hairs on the seat. Hairs on the shower floor too. Hotel staff was nice though.
Umer
Clean and comfortable.
Cheryl
The room was clean, and well set up. We did notice a “dampness” in the room though. Not sure if they had maybe shampooed the carpets recently? Breakfast was very good.
Michael
Great property.
Daniel
The room was clean and the breakfast very good.

Little small
Outdated a bit
I would stay there again if i was in the area forsure, the price was right. But i noticed they did charge me a 30 fee for a 12 o clock checkout.

I really enjoyed the vibe of the place to be honest.
The rainforest room I stayed in was very eclectic.
I sent many videos and photos of the room to my friends in Australia and the USA.
The lady at reception was very helpful in the check in process.
The location was very convenient and the coffee shop/restaurant across the road was really good and a big bonus for brunch.

The hotel was well located, with quick access to nearby attractions.
Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy, but decent. Our main issue was with the carpeted floors and the humid/musty odor in our room. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned well. Definitely needed a deep cleaning. In addition, the room had a damp feel with a musty odor. We had to open the windows for some hours which reduced it a bit.
Overall not bad for the price, 3 out of 5 stars. However, the carpets need to be cleaned better and something needs to be done about the damp rooms.

This was a very quiet location. We were close to lots of places to eat. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good!
Kristine
when checking in noticed the carpet was wet near the air conditioner. Told front desk.
When I returned at 10 pm It was still wet, when I asked if it had been looked at the comment was, \"It's a Holiday Weekend\" there was a repair ticket made.
On Saturday morning went to take a shower. There was no Bath Towels, 4 hand towels, 2 wash clothes but no Bath Towels. When I went to the front desk to request 2 towels, the Red-Haired clerk was annoyed with me, when I mentioned the Air Conditioner she could have cared less about the issue. The room is next to the Linen/ Housekeeping Room. So at 6am all you hear is door banging, people coming and going with their carts.
Not a good experience at all.

Hotel J worked for us as a last minute stay on a budget. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and free breakfast.
Jimmy
I was disappointed in the size of the hot tub with it only having room for one and I was hoping that two could fit in it.
We had the Jungle suite and it was real convenient as far as getting to it and the room seemed very clean and prepared.

Amanda
Overall, the room was fine and affordable. It had a weird smell like mildew or something. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet so I was scared to not wear shoes the rest of the time. My room - The Rainforest Room, had a jetted tub but because the ground was a little nasty and the smell was a little off I was also scared to use that because I assumed it’s probably not being cleaned regularly. I think they need to improve their cleaning processes here. Bed was very comfy!
Ayham
Room cleaning should be every day
Leonard
Excellent stay, very nice place. Good breakfast.
Judith
We've stayed at The J almost every time we have come to the area over the last number of years. It's always clean, quiet and friendly staff. Amble parking nice breakfast and they keep it stocked and appetizing. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Mary Jo
The pool and the hot tub are not very big in this hotel! We booked through Expedia and my charge card got charged 179.00 and when I signed in at the desk my bill was only 148.00! Not sure how I am supposed to dispute the 31 dollar difference?!
Teona
Great
Alexis
We stayed in the Jungle room and it was SO COOL! We arrived with a bed that the top frame looked bent from someone hanging on it so that's why I deducted a star but otherwise it was very relaxing and big!
Shane
Hotel was very loud at night
Lynn
Excellent place to stay for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Price was reasonable as we attended the Oneida Powwow.
Leslie
Room was very nice, breakfast buffet with good selection. Staff friendly. Will stay again
Travis
This hotel was very accommodatable when we wanted to switch rooms because the bed was uncomfortable. The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Front desk clerk by the name of Josh was very customer service friendly. I would recommend anybody stay here.
Susan
The pool was gross and not well kept. There was chunks of hair floating and the water was dirty. Also would not suggest this for families. (Think red light district) The windows in the room were dirty and couldn't see out if them. The grounds around the property were very nicely kept and it was cool being able to watch a few airplanes land
Cheryl
Great stay as usual! Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, liked the bath mat for the tub, don't have to worry about slipping!
Jameson
Ended up at Hotel J during a rained out camping trip. Room was very clean, overall property is nicely updated. Price was half the cost of comparable big chain hotels, with the same amenities minus a fitness room. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I had to be in Green Bay. Go Bears!
Rainbow
The front desk worker his name is Adam. He was very accommodative. Very customer service friendly. You have an excellent staff there. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much. I am from South Dakota and this was very memorable.
CHRISTIE
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is close to the airport and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was way above our expectations! The room was clean and quiet. Looking forward to staying again sometime!
Sara
The room was nice. A very updated modern look. The price point was great for everything you got.
Our only complaint was loud kids pounding on our door at 1 am and running away. Then calling our room 10 minutes later.
Not the hotels fault, but when I called down to complain no one answered at the front seat.

El lugar es muy accesible. Buena ubicación. Personal muy amable y atento. Excelente lugar. Lo recomiendo !!
Kyle
Good stay for the price. Pool and hot tub were clean and our room was clean. Hallway and room smelled a tad musty, but good stay overall. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Robert
Very rude staff, not welcoming and definitely not kid friendly.
Roland
We had a room right next to the breakfast area and patio. I was worried it would be loud but I didn’t hear a thing. Also we sat out on the patio and it was so nice! Area worked out very well for our trip. Very convenient.
Julia
Stayed in the Rainforest room for a couple of nights. The room itself was super cute, and I enjoyed the tub they have in the themed rooms! However, when I arrived, the room smelled very musty, and the bedding felt damp. The bathtub itself also needed to be cleaned out before use. The outlet by the vanity was coming out of the wall and was not screwed in properly, making it unusable. I loved the room overall, just wish it was cleaner/aired out between guests!
Gary
Staff was professional. Other guests smoked Marijuana at all times. Domestic fight across hall made us fear for our safety. They were kind enough to return 3rd days rental. You can have a nice place -but can't control what type of renters you get..
Shana
The hotel was good.

Catherine
Loved it! We’re going back to stay there again!
Derek
Just wasn't impressed with overall cleanliness but staff was very understanding and made it right!
Ariana
Amazing continental breakfast and so many fun themed rooms. Everyone was so kind and helpful too. My top best hotel experience to date!
Lori
Great location. Great breakfast. Upon leaving, I asked the front desk lady about their themed rooms. I didn't realize they had themed rooms. She simply said - yes, we have themed rooms. I stood there for 25 seconds waiting for more but she just walked away. So not sure what their themed rooms are about.
Quiet property. Pool was overcrowded and hot tub is small but overall it was a good option. I would stay again.

David
The staff was great, accommodating, pleasant, and professional! The room was on point, clean, warm and comfortable. This property takes pride in their appearance and the way they handle their guests!
Karri
Room was exactly what we needed after a concert at Lambeau Field. Everything was clean & neat. Staff was great. Breakfast was simple but fresh & hot. I’ll definitely stay again.
Gary
Property was good and room access and parking were perfect.
I had booked a room with a queen and we were given one with 2 double beds which wasn’t too much of an issue. The place seemed full based on the parking lot, so I didn’t bother going back to ask if another room was available

It was a great stay, even extended for an extra night! Only feedback is if the cleaning staff can try to be a bit quieter while talking in the hallways as they woke me at 7:30 am
Cheryl
Enjoyed staying here. Very friendly staff. Loved the pool and hot tub. Very affordable. They worked with me to allow for late checkout too. And super close to the airport! Genuinely enjoyed the stay here and will come back again.
William
Great
Annalisa
No complaints. Tub was hot and relaxing. Room was huge and comfortable. Considering how close to airport, rather quiet. 100% would stay again.
Chad
Good experience
Shelly
First time staying here while in greenbay, but will certainly return. Very friendly checkin staff during a big concert weekend.
Laura
Very friendly staff. Our room was very clean. Continental breakfast was good and very clean.
Seanna
Hot tub is on the smaller size, and the breakfast is sub par. Everything else was wonderful, I have stayed a few times now and it’s really affordable and close to town.
Jan
Great affordable stay . Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff
Rachel L
The property does not look as nice as the photos online... which is not so unusual. Its not bad, just not as nice... needs just a little updating? The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was just okay, the room was quiet. It was super close to the airport, but I didn't hear any planes overhead. The front desk staff at checkin and checkout were very pleasant.
Whitnie
Overall, the stay at Hotel J was good. It served us well for our three nights. Liked it included breakfast every morning. My only constructive criticism is that the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked any time you rolled over. Plus the pillows were pretty lumpy.
Sheila
We reserved the woodland theme room, the room was spacious it also has a whirlpool hot tub.Very nice clean room. Staff is very pleasant.I would recommend this hotel.
Rory
Friendly staff, clean room, pool, hot tub and breakfast for under a $100. You can't go wrong!
Krystal
The Rainforest suite is amazing! So clean, elegant and romantic
Melissa
Clean room. Limited information given at check in. Breakfast buffet was kept clean and restocked as items emptied.
Christina
I stayed in the Hampton suite ,there was no where to plug the coffee pot in except for by the bed on the nightstand, and was hoping for a loveseat, and tv was hard to see where it was placed .. but room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Definitely will stay in future
