Somewhat outdated but clean with a nice pool area!

I booked the room for a certain price on Expedia and then the hotel charge me 80 dollars more than I booked it on Expedia!! Watch your wallets when you book there!
Valerie
So close to Lambeau!!! Awesome pool area.
James
Terrible beds and no staff at front when we arrived. Not best hotel.
Dawn
Helpful staff, great location, nice breakfast buffet included
Kirsty
Great location to visit the Lambeau Field. We loved the pool too. Nice, clean rooms with everything you could need.
Gina L
I would have chosen excellent as a rating because the hotel and amenities were all very good. The only \"ding\" was that the beds were not comfortable....they were very hard and no cushion. After traveling, crawling into a comfy bed is something to look forward to.
Marybeth
The pool area is so hot, it’s unbearable for breathing and I’m in really good shape. I could not stay in there long which sucked for my kid wanting to swim.
Stephanie
They were little run down however it was still fun experience. There was some issues with check in but they eventually got it figured out after 20 mins. My room had some damaged to it upon arrival. Bed was very hard and very squeaky. Ac was very cold so appreciate that. Breakfast was very odd. They had someone eventually come in and make some eggs. Was expecting like a buffet of some sort. But other than all that the pool part was best part.
Carlotta
Everything was good
Robbynne
The location was good. The beds were no different than sleeping on the floor. Super hard and uncomfortable. The bed linens were nothing more than a ratty old blanket sandwiched between two sheets. The shower bar was about to fall off and the bathroom door did not fully close. The height of the toilet is great for small children, so be prepared to do a deep squat when going. There was a 1 inch gap under the door to the room that lets you hear all of the excitement coming from the pool area. The pool area is a pretty cool area and pretty humid. The breakfast was nice. They had all the basics and an omelette bar. There are plenty of sports bar surrounding this place, including the one attached where you go for breakfast. You can hear the bands from inside your room as well as the traffic outside. Overall the place is secure, but the beds alone would be the reason why I would choose a different location altogether.
Tracy
This hotel is definitely on the older/dated side but honestly for the price, we loved it! We stayed there for an overnight trip to see a baseball game at the Green Bay Rockers stadium. It was only a mile from the hotel so it was very easy to just walk back-and-forth. It's also right next to Lambeau which was awesome to see! The hotel itself could use some updating, but it was very clean, it was very quiet as we were in a room that wasn't in the main building, the staff was wonderful and all in all it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.
Molly
Nice room
Michael
This place is in desperate need of a renovation. Walls in hallways need to be cleaned and repainted. The rooms need to be completely overhauled. Very disappointed in the quality versus the price paid.
Tanya
When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk asked me if I wanted first floor or second floor, the kids yelled 2nd floor. Without realizing or knowing that they didn’t have an elevator for guests to use for their things, I had to pull my cooler full of food and water, up 2 flights of stairs.
I asked if she could switch us to the first floor and she told me that she couldn’t without charging me more money.
The entry door to our room didn’t close without someone closing it, our toilet didn’t flush without holding the handle down and the pool and hot tub was a joke!! The hot tub was the temperature that the pool should have been and the hot tub was bath water warm.
The only thing that was good was the breakfast food.

Close proximity to Lambeau Field. Easily walkable good breakfast, pool deck looks like a field. Pool and hot tub very clean rooms clean as well.
Michael
Nice breakfast buffet, room was clean.
Jennifer
The lady who ran breakfast was Fantastic!!!
Steven
I don't understand the bad reviews that have been posted. We were happy with the staff, breakfast, pool, rooms etc. We would definitely stay here again! 👍👍👍
Kim
Best breakfast with made to order omelets, waffles, yogurt and fresh fruit. Staff was so helpful, letting my us check in early and providing a roll-away bed for the kids. Pool area was perfect for our large group. Highly recommend this hotel.
Timothy
The door that went to the next room you could see the light around the door and hear everything from their room. The beds in our room this year were old and not very comfy and the pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and never had any issues until this year.
Ryan
Our room faced the pool, area was very loud all through the night. Room showed evidence of previous guest (hair and a peanut on the ground).
Overall, it was a okay stay. Especially for one night at a great rate.

Pool area was neat, the bar was fun, the breakfast was delious, and was a plesant stay
Sandy
The staff was very friendky
Nicolas
Nice breakfast, good location
Martin
Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was very nice. We didn’t like the fact that there was a event going on at the Resch center and they used the Best Western parking lot to park which made it hard to park and enter and leave the parking lot.
Tara
One bed was super squeaky at any movement. Did not appreciate that we had to pay $10 for a second car even though we booked as two occupants. Just because it was an event night? And it had to be cash. What if I hadn't been able to get in touch with my roommate? She had to go out of her way to get cash when I was able to contact her. Also, the bed covers are way too thin. Room was nice otherwise and a great location. Decent continental breakfast. Good amount of towels.
John
Very good value. Wonderful staff, Packer theme throughout the pool area.
Breakfast included with Lady who made GREAT omelets.
Very peaceful as we stayed Wednesday and Thursday night.

The room was very clean and very nice. Staff was helpful
Cory
The hotel is in a great location, located just around the corner from Lambeau Field. It is close to restaurants and shopping for those interested in that. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The rooms are basic, but nice. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good for what it is. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable for the location as well.
Jennifer
Clean rooms! We didnt care for the metal beds. Beds were hard too and sheets were like sand paper.

Ok
Brenda
Nice pool area and it’s open til 11 which is nice
Ronald
It was fine
Spencer
It was adequate
Carly
Great location. The complimentary breakfast was a perk and had a lot of great selections. Pool area was cool and long hours. However with the pool being open until 11pm, you hear everything in your room if it’s busy. Didn’t bother us but important for others to know if they are looking for it to be quiet.
David
Pool noise was loud until midnight even with quiet hours beginning at 11pm. Breakfast was fantastic.
Edward
Staff was excellent, location to all sporting events is outstanding. The actual property could use an update compared to others around.
Barbra
we have stayed here multiple times….this time we were quite disappointed and thought maybe mgmt had changed. it was confirmed that it had not…pool area was absolutely freezing with ppl wearing jackets and blankets if not in the water.
rooms not ready by checkin time due to late checkouts granted by hotel —-not my issue nor should it impact those trying to check in and get to events starting in the early evening —and breakfast let a LOT to be desired. Undercooked eggs that we were told were ‘perfectly’ cooked and if we wanted them cooked more to ‘use the microwave’

The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The location of parking was great. It was close to the Resch Center and restaurants so you could walk.
robin
Whole place felt neglected, musty smells. Did not feel safe due to door locks not really working. Left early.
Ben
The room was freezing the heater kept throwing codes, the fan in bathroom was so loud along with the refrigerator…beds made loud noises every time you moved ..not comfy at all
Robert
Room was clean, really enjoyed the pool and restaurant. There was a boat show and Gamblers games all weekend which made getting in and out of the parking lot a disaster due to them selling parking for those events. I would definitely avoid this hotel when stuff is going on at the Resch Center.
Ellen
Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was so friendly. Close to so many things to do.
Eric
Dated, but served is purpose. The half pillows and mattresses are really uncomfortable. The pool is great!
Kristie
Hard bed, sheets felt like I had a tarp around me, very scratchy. There were trash cans all over the second floor, catching water from the roof that was leaking
Angie
Awesome
Brenda
There was about 4\" of water in the tub and my husband had to drain it. Our sink had about 4\" of water in it and we couldn't drain it. If we waited for hot water, it would of flowed over. Couldn't even put a wash cloth in without it going in the used water. We were there for just an overnight stay, so didn't complain. Mentioned it to front desk as we were leaving. Otherwise, room was clean.
Tony
You get what you pay for. I can’t complain about too much this place, the location is great, clean rooms. It is a little outdated, but it was just fine for the price! I would probably come back and take advantage of the large pool area next time.
Theresa
Clean and great staff.
Harvey
Everything was fine.
Corinne
The lady at check in was wonderful and the rooms have been updated and breakfast was good!
Brady
Super friendly staff and super clean rooms. The kids love the pool.
Veronica
Clean room I was a lil in happy that the pool area was cold as well as the pool
Pete
The breakfast buffet items were fresh. Hotel was clean, and most importantly very convenient for walking to Lambeau.
Anneliese
Went for the hot tub and it was out of commission. Whole property was dirty and very run down. Very over priced. Totally disappointed.
Andrew
Breakfast omelettes were great. Hotel as a whole was tired and I need of renovation. 2nd floor balcony by the pool had garbage cans collecting dripping water and toilet in my room would loudly fill up during the night. Housekeeping did come in and refresh beds, towels and pulled garbage. Proximity was good but probably better places to stay for less money.
Heather
Front desk staff was less than personable, I felt like an inconvenience upon check in.
Kellen
Everything was great
Rachel
Staff was very friendly, great location
Jennifer
Very friendly and welcoming!
Karl
Clean room, great staff
Deborah
Stayed here while attending a concert at the Resch. Perfect location, especially when it's cold out! Uncomfortable bed though - hard, thin blankets/sheets, and these crazy little pillows that were all way too full. Did like the pool area (didn't go into the pool because it was freezing), and hot tub.
Tammy Roof
Excellent place and clean!
Jennifer
Amazing all around!!

Had a great time. Check in was easy, room was as stated and breakfast each day tasted homemade. The location is excellent , just a few minutes walk to Lambeau.
GILBERT
Staff very rude, room outdated, squeaky beds.
Bonnie
Room was nice clean and quiet.

Really nice hotel! It had very friendly staff members. It was in great walking distance to all of the Green Bay Packers facilities, stadium and lots of delicious restaurants! I loved the pool room, especially with the hot tub and football field themed floor also the ping-pong table was neat!

Room 256. Only could get shower to work, the pull button for closing off to run only tub water didn't work. The tub was also backed up with slow drain. Needs a snaking.
The white sheer drape needs one metal hook placed back into track.
My plus one is a former Manager of a Branson, MO hotel, so attention to all little detail is observed.
Room had nice crisp white bedding and towels. Clean appearance. Furnishing in nice conditions. Decor touches perfect to match the Lambeau experience in Green Bay.

Had a family in the two adjacent rooms to ours and they left their children in the room with an adult who clearly was drunk or passed out. For hours the children were crying and screaming for their mother and staff didn’t really do anything about it.

It’s an older hotel and needs freshening and updating, but we knew that. We assumed it would be safe. I fell while entering the hotel through door “0”. The walking surface from outside to inside this door, has a 3” vertical rise. This hazard was not marked in anyway- no sign anywhere, not painted a bright color to catch your eye, no warning a all. I will be 70 years old in December, and falling at my age onto hard surfaces takes a while to recover from. I landed hard on my right side and am bruised and quite sore. My wrist is sprained, my knee is swollen and bruised and, my face crashed onto the wooden frame that covers the baseboard heater. I have a black eye, bruised and swollen cheekbone and a sore jaw. I am lucky to not have more serious injuries.
My husband helped me to my feet and helped me get to our room. He immediately got ice from the ice machine and applied it to my injuries. He then went to speak to David, assistant manager, and insisted that an incident report be made.
Our plans for our stay in Green Bay had to be changed, and after a painful and sleepless night, we checked out the next morning.

Truly think I stayed at a different hotel than most in the reviews. My first issue was the staff, I’ve never had such rude and horrible guest services. I received a phone call day of check in to say if I didn’t confirm and pay for my stay before 11 am that my room would be cancelled, mind you I received this phone call with only 3 hours notice and I was actively flying. There was zero email or previous communication or noted anywhere that this was required prior to arrival at property and when I requested to call back when I was in a better area (not wanting to give my card info out to an entire airport gate) I was met with annoyance. Upon arrival and stay I can truthfully say not a single staff member greeted me or my partner with a smile or hello.
The rooms are old and outdated, you can’t even move in the bed without it creaking. The water pressure in the shower goes from freezing cold to burning hot throughout the shower even if you don’t touch anything.
The continental breakfast was mediocre at best.
The only positive thing about this stay was how close it was to Lambeau.

Loved our poolside room. Super clean and very comfortable. Loved the updates! Each and evey staff we encountered were exceptional.
Kurt
Checking in was smooth. The room was spotless. Breakfast was Outstanding. We are talking about fresh coffee, not instant, and Omelets to order, and many other Breakfast type items.
Christofer
Did not go to breakfast or use the hot tub/pool area. All the kids were probably peeing it it anyway.
Mark
Great location! Clean, simple rooms and wonderful staff. Can’t go wrong if you’re heading to Lambeau.
Alejandro
The hotel was great location for the Packer game. I will always choose this spot. Staff very nice and good breakfast
Daaave
Everything was magnificent except the noise between rooms was very loud.
Lea
The proximity to the Resch center was great! The bar area was a perfect hangout in between sports sessions.
Joseph
Staff was great! Very clean place and had a nice bar
William
Beds were hard as a rock and in room 236. You couldn’t even turn without the bed squeaking like it’s been very well used (closest to the door).
Michael
