The room was in a deplorable state - a huge spider web clung to the ceiling above the bed, the bedspread was stained and dirty, and the chairs had noticeable strains. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room.

Our room was very clean and well kept up. Wish I’d known that our refrigerator was not plugged in. I didn’t pay enough attention to notice it hadn’t been running. Nice area to walk dogs. Breakfast could have used more variety of fruit, or to have eggs. Overall, we enjoyed it and would go back when in the area.

The customer service was rotten. I requested a late check out via text, because they were texting me numerous times about the stay etc. I asked 3 times and never got a response. I then just checked out at the regular 11am and the guy at the counter was clueless. The place is not well run. When I checked in, I was barely acknowledged. I won't stay here again.

Clean room great breakfast options. Very convenient location great dining options around the hotel. Loved that they had buses to take us to the game for free. Absolutely loved that. Only thing I would say is I wish the housekeeping staff was a little nicer. She was upset that one of the towels had got some throw up on it because my granddaughter got sick and I had to clean her up. I also had to go to the front desk to get new sheets we stayed multiple days and wanted clean sheets. Same with towels. I cleaned the room myself for them and stripped all the beds and had all towels and trash together for them. When we left. We wasn't due to check out till 11am but she was standing outside our door by 10am waiting for us to leave so I felt a little rushed. Other than that great experience and would stay again if we come back.

Did the online check in to save time...didn't make a difference. Got to the room and went back and asked for a different room because it smelled really bad of stale cigarette smoke. Next room was better but was still \"stale\". The hallway down by the lobby smelled so bad that when we walked by to go out or to get ice I had to hold my breath. Never experienced that at a hotel before. I went with this hotel because of price but I have certainly learned my lesson. I travel to this area frequently and this Super 8 is now on my list of places not to stay.

The room itself was clean, and certainly met the needs of my family for our night. The lobby looked dated, and the exterior looked like it needed a power washing.

The staff were curt, and unfortunately mildly discourteous to my wife, when she asked where to return the baggage cart.

This property was maintained well. We really appreciate the front desk man JOE! He was able to answer all our questions and had a smile on his face while working with a slow computer and people waiting. He was very kind and he deserves recognition. We also noticed the general manager did not jump in and help check people in when there was a line waiting. Not nice to keep people waiting who want to spend their money at your motel.
If you’ve got a successful motel it’s because of people like JOE!

I woke up at 3am extremely itchy. I went into the mirror and I had bed bug bites all over my body. When I went to the front desk and showed him my bites he said he couldn’t move us to another room. When I asked why not he said we’d have to speak to the manager. I asked him to call the manager and he said I’m not doing that. After I got the rest of the occupants from my room the man at the front desk shared the same sentiment to them. We asked what should we do and he said it wasn’t his problem. We ended up calling the police and he guaranteed us a refund after the police talked with him. I have videos of the bed bugs and picture of the bites.

Not a disaster, but not great.

The room was mostly clean. I give the bathroom 4 out of five for being clean and updated, though one of the towels had a previous guest's long hairs on it. The furnishings in the main bedroom were older and the front of the fridge was dirty. The entire place had a smell that was not specifically distinguishable, but not pleasant. Kind of musty. The walls are thin and I had to listen to a neighbor screaming angrily on the phone. Front desk said they would intervene, but never did.
Also, no elevator. I know it's only two stories, but stairs are dumb, especially with luggage.
I was attending an event at Lambeau Field. Even though this was one of the lower priced rooms near-ish the stadium, $180 was still too much.

The property was adequately maintained; however, the rooms and hallways smelled of industrial strength disinfectant. Also, there seemed to be a lot of questionable characters hanging around the \"lobby\" and loitering in the hallways. Individuals that appeared to be employed by the property were hanging out in the \"lobby\" area drinking from a grocery bag containing cans of beer. Not real classy.

Repeat guest

This property offers very reasonable prices for the quality. Breakfast included protein choices which I appreciate. Small pet charge was expected and very reasonable. I would stay here again. I am a repeat guest already and was not disappointed.

Travelling Australians

Firstly, we were offered a smokers room, after specifically aking for a non-smoking room, then he tried to convince me it wasn't a smoking room, clearly it stunk of cigarette smoke. We got a Non-smoking room and it was fine. Bed was a bit tough but both bed and bathroom were clean. No coffee facilities in room, down in foyer. Breakfast was basic but ok, they had bananas and sugar free yoghurt.

Nice place to bring 4 legged companion

Was a good trip. Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Kinda musky scent in the hallways but room was nice and clean. My dog approves-was nice and quiet at night and they only charge $15 for the dog. A lot of areas looking a little dated but do not care.

This is an older property that has been updated. The updates are better than most similar properties. I was disappointed that that breakfast bar was shut down earlier than the stated 10:00 AM time. I had planned a busy morning around being able to get there before that time. We have a small dog and the pet fee of $15 per night is very reasonable. The people fee is also reasonable. We will be staying here again.

Convenient and reasonably priced. We were on the first floor across from dining area. It was noisy, but this could certainly have been an isolated incident. Would stay here again.

The bed was a little hard and the sign was tough to see with the tree right next to it but the ice cold AC and clean room was great! 4 out of 5

Last minute stay for State Darts

I arrived a bit early, but it didn't take long to wait for my room. Andre was friendly and took care of me. The room itself was clean, no problems even for a bigger guy like me. The outlets were modern so I could plug in my CPAP. Shower/bathtub was great - no slipping on the surface. Love the body wash - I never tried it before! 10/10 would stay again.

Nice room with a good location

This Super 8 has a good location. Close to other hotels and restaurants and the football stadium. Close to the freeway as well.
It was clean and comfortable and appeared to be well kept.
2 odd things: No coffee maker in the room and no microwave in the room. Probably not a big deal, but it surprised me.
