Clean, quiet, spacious room close to many restaurants. Was the perfect place to stay before our Lambeau Field tour the following day.
Mark
Very nice place with very nice people.

Ghastly. STAY AWAY!!!
We had the misfortune of staying in this filthy, horribly run place for five nights (visiting family.) Upon our arrival, we learned that all other hotel rooms in town were booked up, due to a massive, 2 night C&W concert set at Lambeau - this fact, as well as having to “pre-pay” just to get a room that weekend meant that “going to another hotel” was not an option.
We were ignored by housekeeping for all five days of our stay, even after speaking to the front desk about it each day. We actually spoke to housekeeping on days 2 & 4 of our stay as they were cleaning OTHER rooms on our floor (apparently, we were not on their print out of “rooms to clean” so even after we explained the situation (TWICE,) they neglected to clean the room during our entire stay. For the life of me, I don’t understand why they willfully neglected to clean the room or at least give us fresh towels. I could go on - as each day brought another bizzare story of housekeeping laziness and/or of lying front desk attendants (the men at the desk lied to us repeatedly, at least the woman, who worked at night, TRIED to do the right thing and got us fresh towels (on night #3.) I have plenty of photos of the black mold in the bathroom sink, the peeling paint on the doors, the mind-numbing “booger wiped on the wall” display in the main room (and everything else “ick”) but PLEASE!!! just trust me when I say -
DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD.

Michael
The breakfast was great!!!
Kathleen
Breakfast wasn't included, pool was closed, happy hour was buy one get one get one half price. The shower was clean but you had to be 6'5\" to adjust it and really low pressure, bed sheets were clean, the carpet made my socks dirty, closet doors didn't latch, and I didn't sit in the stained side chair.
William
Very clean
Jennifer
Great place for a family
WILLIAM
very clean room
Michael
Was clean, nice bar area.
Michael
The hotel rooms need to be refreshed. The room was also a little dirty and appears that the wear and tear is taking its toll on the room. Staff there was very friendly and accommodating. I’d probably stay elsewhere if you have the opportunity.
Marcy
Great hotel good experience
Thomas
Few fruits or variety of cereal s. Pimarily waffles and sugary syrup substitutes.
Emelita
bathroom supplies very limited 2 towels for 3 guest , no housekeeping person to bring additional towel when requested , I have to go down the reception area to get it . There are minimal personal front desk not available nSunday morning to check out., I will not stay there again , breakfast not included when it is supposed to be anyway breakfast was nothing moo brag about.
Kevin
Rooms are spacious and up to date. Comfortable beds and awesome pillows.
Parking is well lit and usually many spaces open.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean and nice, the pool was unavailable but they worked with a hotel across the street so that we could go and swim at that one for free. Room was nice but the blinds did not shut.
SUE
Yes, we didn't go to the gym
cyndi
I was there for two overnights… they did not clean my room or bring clean towels. I didn’t return to my room until late the second night. And did not have clean towels, no coffee, and the trash was not emptied. The hot tub was out of commission ~ and I asked about that when booking.
Karen
Overall I was very impressed with this Hotel property. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel has a nice pool area, our hotel room was exceptionally clean, had both a refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of outlets to plug in your electronics. Great location with many restaurants, a shopping mall etc. within close proximity. Definitely would stay here again.
Thomas
Booked this hotel because it advertised a Hot Tub, the Hot Tub is closed until further notice. The room was clean but could use updating. No USB charging ports anywhere! It's been a long time now since I've stayed anywhere that didn't have a USB charging port. Front desk informed me the rooms are hit and miss for USB ports. They said they took the Hot Tub off their website but needed to remove it from Expedia (it was removed the next day). She said because I booked though Expedia, she couldn't do anything for me (so if you book via Expedia, they don't have to do anything for you?). She did give me two free breakfast coupons which was a buffet breakfast that is exactly the same as the free breakfasts at Choice hotels but they want to charge for it, pretty ridiculous. Lastly, one of the bath towels was frayed with strings hanging off it. Last time I stay there, there are tons of other options in this area, take your pick.
Loni
The room was very clean and bed was nice
Megan
I booked this hotel for the breakfast. Super disappointed. Rock hard biscuits at 6:30am. Choices were just ok. No salsa, hot sauce for cold eggs. Many hotel choices in green by, not choosing this one again
Larry
Hot tub was out of order indefinitely. But all other aspects of the hotel were excellent.
Feather
All around was great the staff was very friendly and were a pleasure to talk to.
Jackie
Check in clerk never looked at me. He could have pretended that I mattered.
Monica
It was a clean room and it smelled nice when entering.
Roger
We were in town for a Gamblers game and decided to stay the night instead of driving an hour north to get home late. We had a nice quick speedy check in with a pleasant desk clerk. After the game we got back to the hotel room was nice and clean. I like that the hotel has Dove shampoo/conditioner in pump bottles in the shower- instead of the little sample bottles that leave your hair feeling like wire.
Deborah
Room very spacious and clean. Very reasonable price and considering near the highway the noise was not that bad.
tim
Food wasnt good
Randy
Room was very clean and staff was very courteous
Philip
Got a breakfast coupon for 2
Expedia says breakfast ends at 10
Front desk said it ends at 9 and Expedia messed up.
Coffee maker in my room was disgusting, will not use it.
Apparently I can’t find anyway to get a refund.
Just have to face my day with no coffee or breakfast.
Thanks guys!

Rae
The room and hotel were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a restaurant available.
Colleen
Room was good but disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working
Robin
Very nice accommodations and excellent staff! It was nice to have a restaurant on site, but the buffet breakfast that I paid extra for was lacking. I was also told that we would be able to order off the menu vs. the buffet, but that option was not available for the 2 nights we were there.
Boua Xang
Room was nice and clean.
Dale
Bathroom was old and tub stained. Pull out couch was like laying on a bed of nails.
Christine
Staff was courteous.
Richard
Staff was nice, room was clean but a little outdated.
Michael
Front desk staff very helpful and curtious. The room was in good overall condition and clean. Also the breakfast was fresh and good tasting
Brayan
Clean room 8/10
Matthew
Great stay. Would highly recommend
Jeff
Romms could you some work and updating
Tracy
I loved the staff very welcoming and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Breakfast in my opinion was so so. Lots of options but was cold and just ok. If it was continental i woulf have sait ot was amazing but having to pay extra i feel like it should have been kept a bit warmer. The pool area is small and filthy. The hot tub it indefinitely broken. Meaning it will never be there again. Front desk either didnt know or completely ignored my i cant wait to get into the hot tub. Pool is small and really disgusting. Was a huge let down considering i went just to relax. The room its self was pretty nice. Besides them not cleaning behind the top headboard of the beds it was good. Lots of hair and dust. I suggest them maybe pulling the mattress and cleaning a bit deeper. Shower was magical and was probably the best part. Over all it was ok but HUGE let down on the pool being so gross, small and unswimable. Plus the no hot tub. I sadly wont be back!
Mary
I paid for a Site at over $500 - actually 2 of them. There was 1 coffee cup in the room. 2 people stayed in each room and there was 1 towel person. No complimentary water bottles. No free breakfast. For the amount I paid for the room you would have thought it would have been included. I used to stay at this same property when I worked in Green Bay and often. Would never stay here again. Think not enough staff.
Linda
Room was clean and the staff was very helpful in answering questions.
RICHARD
Outstanding staff

Close enough to the Green Bay stadium. Very good breakfast; great decor in the room.
SANDRA
Hotel has nice amenities and setup. My bedspread was soiled and they took care of it quickly. Nice bar and food service area.
John
The stay was overall very good. The first morning breakfast was lacking severely as it felt like the staff was unprepared for the volume of guests. None of the main courses were available during the time that we were at breakfast. The second morning breakfast was tremendous. Hotel service overall was excellent.
Debra
Fantastic location close to Lambeau. Clean, secure, great parking. Only spent 1 night. Did not get to enjoy the restaurant and bar but menu looked great! Friendly staff and great coffee bar.
Jessica
Decent hotel
Mary Jo
Clean spacious room and comfortable bed

Not a good stay from check in to check out. Front desk didnt listen to how i wanted payment to be, then charged me and extra $50.00 that is supposed to be put back on my card. Then got another charge that i didnt authorize at 4:10 in the morning. Which needs to be put back on my card for some stupid audit supposedly. Then check out the same guy that heck us in wanted to charge another hundred and some dollars. I said no your not this is unexceptible, he said oh the charges should drop off when you check out and its 6:50 pm i checked out this morning and nothing back on my card i said if its not back on my card all the money i am going to call my attourney.

Employees +5, rooms -1
Room Tv and a few outlets didn’t work, was moved to another room where coffe pot didn’t work. Tub was stained looking like poop stains.
ALL employees were fantastic! Can’t be an easy job when things in the room break, but smiles never left their face as they tried to solve the problem. The waitress on Sunday handled the whole room with a high smile and made everyone happy.

Room was great, we paid for breakfast and had an option to order or the buffet. We decided to order, there was 6 other people in dining room, they went to the buffet, the girl kept say ing how busy they were, we waited 30 minutes for 2 fried eggs and toast, kept saying they were sooooo busy, she finally told us to eat the buffet because he was too busy to make 2 eggs. Buffet food was barely edible.

Outdated hotel
Room is old in every respect. Tub had a really large stain down the center, that should have been changed out.
Mariana
Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean room.

Significant improvement needed
Dirty bathtub), bathtub drain plugged and wasn’t fixed until the next day. Thus unable to shower. Several electric outlets unusable. Lobby coffee stale and Luke warm. Desk staff unavailable numerous times including checkout.

Restaurant and bar staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating shuttle service. Some, not all front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Zero housekeeping even when requested. Had to grab towels from the pool area because they never serviced our room once in 4 days, and front desk lady said she had no “access” to towels and wash cloths when we asked. Not the Holiday Inn I know.
Brandy
We all had fun workers was nice and friendly
SHERRIE
The bathroom had rusty looking stains on the door frames that dripped when we used the shower-from the humidity. We had to wipe down those stains to avoid having them drip on us.

My Military emotional support (small) dog was allowed to stay with me with NO complaints from the staff. Breakfast was free and the waitress (Tisa) was wonderful with suggestions for food!
Jennifer
The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked quite well. There was a questionable stain on the curtain rod in the main room near the pull handle which was unfortunate. The grout lines on the walk in shower door were very dirty. The door to the room was very scuffed up with visible black scuff on it. Some of the outlets are loose, almost to the point where a charger will not work. The gym was nice enough although a cable weight matching would be a nice welcome addition to the very basic gym equipment. The pool seemed small but did seem nice enough. There were a lot of guests lingering in the lobby with small children which made the atmosphere in the communal seating areas quite stressful and not very relaxing or inviting. Overall the stay was nice enough for a single night.

No one at front desk for 15 minutes and when she returned, didn’t have the courtesy to apologize. Very unprofessional and unfriendly
Adnan
Staff at the front desk need to be more professional and friendly when the guests arrive.

The only downside is my room didn’t have an ac unit. After drinking the night away all you want is to sleep in a cooled down room and not sweat through the night (haha) other than that everything was fine !
Donna
The lack of information shared with us at check in. Such items as wifi, breakfast.

Anytime I'm in Green Bay, this is my place to stay. The staff is amazing. Heather and Erica go above and beyond. Check in is a breeze, check out as well. My favorite Hotel for sure and I travel a ton for work. Everyone makes it so comfortable and relaxing.
Matt
Decent hotel, but not much more than that.
DELVIN
Check in staff no greeting, not welcoming.

As stated ~ It's not their problem!
Our reservation was supposed to be for four people in two rooms... Unfortunately, the Holiday Inn only had us reserved for one room and when we asked for another room, they tried to charge an additional 20% above the agreed rate for the second room... Will not be booking at this location ever again.

Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Adult happy hour is a great idea but we were not informed of it.

The property was adequate but definitely showed signs of age.
An upgraded to the facility would improve it dramatically.
Still an ok place to stay though
