Context: 1 bed, handicapt accessible, non-smoking room.

Pros: Safe and clean parking lot. Very friendly and understanding staff. Adequate heating system. Comfortable and well kept furniture. Clean and tidy hotel rooms.

Cons: Continental breakfast is lacking. Strange smell in small workout room. No fridge or microwave in room (One is available in a room adjacent to the hallway). Plaster on closet wall was chipped and broken exposing dry wall underneath.

Basic hotel, rooms are small for the reserved suites, exterior is nothing to be proud of, snow plowing had piles limiting parking at 8 plus spots had to park down the street and walk to our room, walls are very thin and neighboring guests made it hard to sleep with noise, pillows are way to soft, water pressure is sub par but great temps! Staff was great and helpful…

Basic minimalistic room if not staying long. Neat and clean, however no room coffee, no fridge/ microwave, clock, etc. Heat/ ac loud. Bed bases metal and noisy. Beds were comfy though. No real breakfast..wifi poor- slow if able to get it to work. TV fuzzy but many channels available.

Future Travelers need to know: This Days Inn is not family friendly. There was a sign on the door from the lobby to the rooms that said \"This door locks at 12am for the safety of our staff\". What about the safety of your guests!?!? Apparently my family was staying on the dangerous side of the door. Other occupants were rowdy until late in the night. Lots of alcohol and possible drug use in other rooms. It was very possible, but unclear if the motel was doubling as a homeless shelter. The room itself was problematic as well, newly renovated BUT the renovations were cheap, vinyl floor buckled underfoot, the toilet wobbled terribly, and the heat wasn't even on when we arrived in the middle of a snow storm. Continental breakfast consisted of an apple and a prepackaged chocolate donut. We booked the room in a rush when we forced off the highway in a snow storm. I wish we had made a different choice. Don't stay here, just don't.

The room had no heat and deadbolt was broken. Manager moved my room. 2nd room also had no heat. took about 2 hours to heat up in which I left room because it was too cold. In the morning, the breakfast was completely empty.

The room door was open and the lock was stuck upon arrival to the room. The bed sheets were dirty. There was drool on the bottom sheet near the pillow and stains on the pillow case. Th e room was freezing and there was no fridge or microwave. I booked through orbitz and was refunded the total amount.

It took over 30 min to check me in because the system was having issues. Got charged extra fees when I got there because I wasn’t taxed right on the booking site. The heat didn’t work half the night, had to take a cold shower in the winter. The WiFi didn’t work. Half the time my key card didn’t work.

Had a suite located right at entrance and exit of the building we’re all night. We heard the door slamming till 1 o’clock in the morning then started again at four when people were leaving. We had literally no sleep. This wasn’t because the people slammed slam the door. It was because the door closed that way, so it wasn’t that people were throwing the door. Heater /air conditioner was disconnected from the wall so the cold air from outside was coming into our room. We had another day to stay there, but the conditions were so bad. They do not have a room to change it and will probably not get my money refunded. we have heard nothing from management.

Breakfast was not really much, only prepackaged donut, granola bar and apple. Coffee and tea. No juices or milk. Should not be advertised as breakfast. No automatic entrance doors or one that you need to open into stairwell and one at the top of stairs. Hard to get through all these doors with luggage.

The room was clean but the noise level in the hotel hallway was CRAZY LOUD. People were screaming at each other in their rooms, in the hallway and yelling \"Good Night!\" to one another as late as 11:15pm. We were on the 2nd floor (of two) and other than having to lug our suitcases up the stairs, that may have been the bonus.

Breakfast was coffee, packaged donuts, apples or packaged granola bars. I was not impressed.

Not worth the $200/night

Front desk staff was very pleasant! The room was mediocre at best! There was a dirty pair of men’s underwear on the luggage rack that obviously had been left from the previous guest, so that was our very first impression when we got there & tried to put our luggage down, only to find that! Pretty gross! Otherwise, lots of cob webs around the windows, & all the outlets looked like fire hazards! But hey, I guess you get what you pay for!

It’s a place that’s inexpensive + is convienen for a night or two if you’re passing through. Staff is really helpful though. There are a bunch of restaurants in the area. Parking was easy. Just wish it was as little nicer

They really don't have much of a breakfast and the toilet paper roll fell off and couldn't be put back on. I did tell them at the front desk. Beds were pretty small for us but we made do. The property is okay. Needs some small updates.

gross, loud, smells, no elevator to second floor

Awful. Very loud air conditioner that sounds like a 60 cycle buzzing rattling hamster wheel that is spinning in a pool of urine as it gets louder and louder the more it runs and the water builds up inside it making it like a zen garden fountain of nastyness and noise waking you at 2am when the compressor kicks on. The room features dirty dried stains on floor by the bed that was clearly never cleaned up and trash and wrappers for pills mixed up in the lamp cord by the night stand (see photo for example of stains and trash), 1 dirty microwave on first floor by the vending machines.Some are smoking in rooms to cope with the room, sealed windows and the room vents do nothing so the whole hall smells like weed and smoke on the second floor since there is not a smoking area in the parking lot. I find it hard to believe that any executive from wyndham has ever rented a room here and tried to stay on the 2nd floor of this days inn. Perhaps they should try to stay there for 2-3 days and see how bad it is. There are lots of competing hotels in the area and the condition of this days inn is not acceptable. I grew up in Utica and bringing my wife here from out of town is sad when we see all the other hotels popping up around this dump of a days inn by Wyndham \"hotels and resorts\". Just tear it down and sell it as a parking lot to the Hampton Inn behind it so a better company can compete on price. I will avoid all Wyndham properties until this days inn is renovated and revamped or razed.

Room 227. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Room was clean.
Bathtub drain is clogged and fills with water when showering. Other guests staying there appear to be regulars and some are sitting on the curb outside smoking cigarettes just outside the backdoor. I don’t recommend for families.

Upon arrival in chicken, the room was at 79°. We were told they fixed it and that it would be cool after our dinner and when we came back, it was still 79° with no change. There was no other rooms and they only took off $60. I would’ve liked to seen them sleep in the room themselves with a 79° temperature totally unacceptable some compensation was better than none at all, but I would’ve preferred a comped room for my troubles. They were not having it just doesn’t seem fair.

Overall it was an ok stay with my family of 5. Checking in was painless. We had issues with our key cards being deactivated. Linens were not replaced as advertised in room so keep that in mind and call the front desk if you need new towels or wash cloths provided. There is no refrigerator in room and we kinda expected that there would be a mini fridge. Bring a cooler if you are planning on bringing your own food.There is a shared microwave near a vending machine.

We checked in late - front desk told us “lots of restaurants opened late” - all closed by 10:00 pm including pizza.

When we arrived the front desk agent was wearing tee shirt and jogging pants.

The hotel itself was run down and appeared to be more of a hospital than hotel with secure fir doors everywhere. No ice or vending machines. Exterior was full of weeds.

Rating in hotel much higher than service or appearance - glad it was just stopover night!

The breakfast was very poor. Powdered sugar doughnuts and granola bars are not breakfast items. They are empty calories. There was no orange juice or hot water for tea. Very disappointing.

The front door is very hard to get in if in a wheel chair. It is at the top of a steep incline l. The door is a right handed door that is extremely heavy and hard to open. The mat outside the hangs up the wheels on the chair going in and out is dangers. Leaving the lobby you have to go thur another heavy door to go to room or elevator. The seat in the roll in shower was broken and shower unable to be used. Luckly i could stand to shower. I reported. When checking out and the ftont deck cleck looked at me like i had 2 heads.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here the night prior to The Boilermaker 15k road race. Great location, close to the finish line.
The hotel offered late check out to the runners and also welcomed us with water upon check in and put out a light breakfast much earlier than their scheduled time.
Many restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed one night during my travel from Niagara to New Hampshire and stay was Ok. Close to I-90 freeway and downtown made easy access to dine in options. Hotel staff is very courteous. Property looks very old however maintained.
