There was a large convention staying on the property and I couldn’t hear a sound from inside the room. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again! Everything was clean and bright, there was an iron, refrigerator, the pillows were sooo comfortable. I was able to park right outside the room, there were veni g machines and ice nearby. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but it sounded good—maybe next time!

I was only there for one night during travels but I found it to be a great place to stop. My room was comfortable and clean and the staff that I interacted with were great. I had my two small dogs and there is a lot of space to walk them. I also appreciated that they put me in an end room so it was very easy to get in and out with the dogs.

This hotel was overpriced. It is rundown. Our nightstand teetered because the legs were uneven and the bathroom was pitifully small. Crud in the corners. The room was on the meter with a yuk factor. This is a motel with a glass enclosure, and it is not locked. They hand out stale popcorn when what they should be doing is fixing up the place. Don't stay here.

We arrived at 11 pm for check in . Only had stop for overnight. I moved the blanket on the bed to go for sleep, under the sheet was full of different pills 💊 and capsules!! I traveled with my wife and 7 years old child. Imagine you see something like that when you want to go to sleep. In the morning I went for shower , no body wash!! Breakfast was horrible. I mentioned those in the morning while I was checking out the guy was just looked at me and he didn’t say anything. Unbelievable!!
Do not waste your money to go to this place. There are other places around this property which I should have chosen. I’m wondering why Expedia selling their rooms. Very disappointed.😔

My stay was from 3/6-3/8. There was a young lady that was working the front desk during my stay and she was excellent. I wish I would have asked her what her name was. But I wanted to make sure I include that in the review. I've worked in customer service for 20 years, and it's the little things that make a difference, and she is an employee that is an asset to your community. Thank you!

There was no internet connection we had to use my hotspot from my phone. The pillow case and bedspread had black threadlike pieces on them. The bed was so lumpy that it sagged in the middle of the mattress. My boyfriend hurt his back so badly that we left at 2 AM. We asked for a partial refund but the desk clerk said we needed to speak to his boss the following morning. Due to obligations we haven’t had a chance to speak to him.

The room was freezing and took quite a bit of time to warm up, we had to place a towel along the bottom of the door to help stop the draft. Our room was freezing cold when we got there. Seems they turn the heat off when no one is in the room. It took hours for it to warm up. The door also had an air leak at the bottom and about two feet up the side. It didn’t not shut all the way so the air draft came in and kept the room and floor cold. As a result the heater had to be blasted and it made it very dry each night. When I told the front desk they just apologized and said they were under construction and that no other rooms were available because they were fully booked. I had to use one of the extra blankets on the bed to act as a blocker for the air under and the side of the door. Lastly because the air was off it was very musty in the room and now all of my clothes, jackets and belongings smells old and dusty. I don’t normally complain about rooms but I felt this had to be addressed as it was definitely not worth the price we paid and I feel very duped into thinking this was a good place based on the rating it has. Perhaps it was just the one room but it could also have been other rooms. Just that the one I was in was terrible.

We were over charged for our “incidentals” and took 5 phone calls from the front desk and it wasn’t resolved until morning. The clerk was new and in training but the other clerk was busy doing other things which lead to her error.
The phones were not working properly. Front desk called our room but couldn’t hear us and had to call back. We received an unwelcomed wake up call in the morning. When I called the front desk, the new clerk said the phones weren’t working, it was an error and hung up on me!
The hotel was clean but looks nothing like the pictures online. Breakfast was poor - th eggs sausage and potatoes were inedible.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures, the outside door to get in the building where the rooms were, was broken and not secure or safe feeling. I had to hip check the door to our room to get it to open, the room smelled musty, tv wouldn’t work, and we were not made aware that our room was a joining room with a stranger. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. The plug in had white stuff all over it. Property did not feel safe or secure. The tub/shower was also very outdated. We ended up loosing all our money and booking a different hotel. Definitely needs a lot of updating, and a good cleaning. For the price we paid for the room, we were very unsatisfied.

I was skeptical but turned out great!

We stayed at the seperate building on the side. This made my kiddos feel better that it was more hotel style rooms with a door to a hallway that was locked from the outside unless you had a key card. The other main part was more motel style even though they had hallways there was no stopping people from going up to your door even if they didnt have a key. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The soaps that were in the showers were full sized and smelled good. The cleaning service was amazing. Always around for anything you needed. We were in for a hockey tournament and the kids wanted to play knee hockey and the cleaning service let them and loved that they wanted to play rather than be on video games! Checking in and out was a breeze. The other family we were with tried to get an early check in and i know the front desk gave him hassle with that and would not release the room until 3:01 even tho the cleaning people said the room was done so that was a little weird. We stayed from a thursday to a sunday. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back!
