Matt who is on the arrival desk was superlative and very knowledgeable and with great personality , and you are fortunate to have him as an employee .
Alexis’was on the desk when we left. She was very pleasant and helpful. She reminded us of the availability of Hilton honors. She said she hoped we returned on future trips. She is a good ambassador!

VERY expensive for what it was. Booked 2+ months in advance for 2 Queen beds. Apparently we were less important, as they changed us to a single King - awkward situation when traveling with a coworker... Parking lot is like driving through a minefield. Glad the dog next door finally stopped barking around midnight. Cookie tray was always empty.

Parking & check in/out were easy. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom & room lighting were pretty poor. Big stain on the carpet. Expensive for the low quality. Could also hear every sound our neighbors made, and that was a lot...fighting and frequently barking dog. I know there's not much Hampton Inn can do about that and appreciate the pet friendly policy, but pet owners should know whether or not their pets can handle a hotel environment.

Bathtub drain out of order

The room was ok except for a problem with the bathtub. Could not get the tub plug to pop up so you get stuck with water not draining. The shower curtain also let water through the fabric, and had to put a towel on the floor to sop up the water. Water on the floor is a hazard. Doubt we will stay there again.

We stayed in a 2-queen bedroom for the weekend. While the hotel’s location is very convenient and close to many attractions, the overall quality of the stay was disappointing.

The room itself was just okay. The lighting was very poor — only the coffee table lamps worked, and even those were extremely dim. The bathroom had several issues: the faucet was oddly positioned, and the door wouldn't close unless it was forced shut. These small maintenance problems really added up and made the stay less comfortable.

For the price, I expected better upkeep and room quality. The location is definitely a plus, but the condition of the hotel does not match the cost.

Standard hotel room

My overall stay was ok. I requested to be moved to a different room due to issues in the bathroom, faulty toilet, non functioning hand held shower wand. I moved to a smaller room and was supposed to get a lower rate but was told at checkout that because I used a third-party booking service that they couldn't adjust the rate. I will definitely think twice about using a third-party service in the future.

Overall the stay was good. Likes the room. The toilet kept running and had to call front desk. Also, the waffle machine stuck horribly, no matter how much you sprayed. Lastly, there was a worker aittinfninntheir car under the awning around 11 pm, who asked guests as they were entering, are you checking in, as they weren't standing at the front desk. Thought that was weird.

Everything was okay most of the staff was friendly but our room was not serviced even though their signs says it would be serviced every other day, we stayed 4 nights. One of their employees I believe his name was Sal was talking to all the guest asking what they thought of the President. His words were Disparaging and contemptuous. Very inappropriate and unpatriotic. We will not stay here again.

The staff was great, my room was quiet, and the hotel is nice enough. Access, however, was through a Denny's parking lot, which not only was narrow, but also either a sheet of thick ice or a sheet of thick ice pockmarked with ruts [depending on the temperature]. My bathroom had a lot of hair in it. I encountered a homeless fellow smoking in the stairwell, while firemen and policemen were investigating an issue on my floor. Overall it was ok, but with other options up the street, I probably will not stay here again.

Not the worst but not the best

Disappointed for it being a Hampton Inn. The shower tiles we cracked and the caulking was turning black with mold. The night stand looked glued back together with a huge crack going through it like it had fallen off the wall. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.
We were early risers for breakfast and yet the counters were sticky with syrup and jam and not wiped down. If this were my first time staying at Hampton Inn I would probably not stay with them again, but knowing the usual quality they offer I was surprised by this one.
