Came for a competition weekend, first off paid a lot for a room in which I didn’t get the extra sofa coach I needed, getting into our room took forever with the cards would show green then we couldn’t get in several times. Ran out of wash cloths, had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Room was clean, bed was decent.

Half the lights in our room were burned out. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and they didn’t tell anyone. When I called the front desk the just made excuse. The parking garage looks like it’s going to collapse and has been this way for at least three years with no repairs. Staff is willing to help you depending on who you get so it’s a toss up. Overall they need to know their place in the market and price accordingly if they are not going to keep simple maintenance up or provide safe areas for customers to leave their cars. I have stayed here several times over the years due to hockey events and it’s never changed so I am guessing it never will. Next time in town I will go rougue because this isn’t the place for me.

The hotel is poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper, visible construction flaws. Everything is dated and shoddy. It is not clean. There were crumbs in the chair in our room when we checked in.

The room was very clean; the bar staff was very friendly and helpful; the food was wonderful including the breakfast in the morning. There was a Birthday party at the pool so we couldn't use it, it would have been great too. The front desk staff was not very helpful, we went to a venue and were out until late, when we got back our key card wouldn't work to let us back into the hotel. I had to knock on the front glass windows several times to get someone to let us in. It was in the negatives so that was not great. When we got up to our room, someone had accessed out room while we were out and left the door propped open with the dead bolt. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but it ended out night and we decided to stay in the room after that instead of finishing our regular plans. When we notified the front desk attendant she said no one was there who could help, then a guy with a coat and backpack on came up and looked around the room. That experience alone was a bit nerve wrecking for an otherwise nice hotel.

I called expedia and ended up on the phone for close to an hour, with people who could barely speak and understand english, with no resolution.Expedia offered no resolution and we were stuck in tiny separate beds and the same price as the King room we reserved.
Expedia is a horrible platform for booking your stay and does not stand behind the booking you reserve. The Hotel said they do this all the time and based on my experience i believe them.

It was a nice ro and the people at the front desk was really helpful and understandable they helped me through a hard time i was having this weekend and showed me a good thing and sat and talked to me when i felt down and sad the lady who opened the pool area when i could not get in cause my key did not work was very helpful and really understanding and she even got me extra towels when none was at the pool... the guy who helped me with a paper i had to fill out was very good at explaining it to me and the restaurant food was amazing really good taste and the mixed drinks was good mixed with the good... i really loved my stay and i will he going back soon

Room service is hit or miss. If they don’t have enough staff, you have to go get your own food. Honestly ruined my plan and mood but besides that it was nice. Check out 12 is always a beautiful thing when you want to relax and take time for self.

I reserved my room 3 months ahead of time as a pay at property and the day before I was due to check in, the hotel charged my card for my entire stay. They advised it was to “ verify the card on file for the reservation”. First thing- if I booked with a third party Hotels.com, this should have been confirmation enough!!!!!! As I was paying at property and it was confirmed at time of reservation. I have NEVER had this happen in all the years of using hotels.com. I was merely compensated $50 for the error AND when brought up to the manager at the hotel all I received was an apology and a supposed upgraded to a king room with a sofa bed, not needed as I already had a king room reserved. I was completely disappointed with this as not even a complimentary breakfast each morning for the 4 days we were there!!!!!

The lobby and front entrance are 5 stars; however, the bathtub in room 304 is chipped and the pipes make a very loud noice upon flushing. Gym treadmills need to be replaced or maintained as at least two are loud. Staff was great and would definitely visit again for a business trip.

I found this hotel through Expedia while traveling through the area. I was impressed with the service provided, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the warmth with which the staff greeted me. The check-in process was efficient, and I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The beds at the hotel are very luxurious, and the pool is also lovely.

walking in from the parking garage there were ceiling tiles that were falling apart. The hallway of our floor smelled a bit like smoke but our room did not. The wood looking stickers were peeling off by the fridge and and there were some sort of stains on the tv stand.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I found the area to be convenient and easy to navigate. You are close enough to be able to walk to a few restaurants and coffee shops. I also liked that the Nexus Center and Adirondack Bank Center were very close by and only a 10 minute walk away. My only complaint is the parking situation and how it is $10 per day to park in a parking garage. However the gate to the parking garage is consistently open so you might not even have to pay!

My only critique is the heating inside the hotel, the bad wifi, and no tv service. The hotel was very cold, I even asked the staff if this was normal and was told yes. I had NO wifi and tv service. I tried to connect multiple times to wifi guest with no success. I tried to watch regular tv and i got nothing. I ended up using the Pluto tv app. OTHER than this minor inconveniences, the staff is Awesome, the bar is good, pool was heated which was good, everything is clean and organize. I will come back again in January.

I didn't receive the check in process that I observed other patrons receive. For example, there is a parking lot that charges $18/day and I was never told that the parking is validated to $10/ day. They never explained the breakfast options or times, they didn't tell me where the gym was, no WiFi information.I was just given a key. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again. They weren't accommodating at check out either. I explained that I had extenuating circumstances and asked for help and Lee intervened in my conversation without asking or knowing the previous conversation that was had and denied my request. This hotel is filthy. The hallways and elevators were sticky and had liquid spilled everywhere. The room and hallway smell of mold and cigarettes and the room was dirty. Upon walking in we killed a spider, found old food in the fridge, hair in the shower and an adjoining door that didn’t properly lock. The tub clogged up after showering. The counters were sticky and the carpet was extremely dirty. The chair is the room was ripped and stained as well. We have been traveling for weeks staying at a variety of hotels and non have been this gross. This is definitely not up to Marriott standards but beyond that this is more run down than a motel. Also, I paid for a breakfast but they didn’t honor it. They charge $16 for a basic breakfast and for parking during the weekdays. The person checking me in was unfriendly and gave zero information including where to park. There was also a loud event happening until 1 am.

We had a King room on the 2nd floor. It was clean as you'd expect from a Marriott. Bed was really comfy. The only inconveniences were that I wish there was a full length mirror in the room and that the bathroom was too small to have 2 people in there at the same time. Neither a huge deal though.
