It is NOT a hotel. Expedia had it under hotel not other places.
Its a guest house looked like airbnb

Clean and spacious room with nice decor. Cleaned well each day. Excellent location right in the centre of this amazing city- it was easy to walk to all of the main sites- Colosseum, Forum Vatican and 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The hotel itself was great in location. Major attractions are all within 30 mins of walk. There were lots of places for dinning experiences. The room is typical, nothing spectacular, but clean. To get into the building is a whole other story. We arrived around 8 pm, the smart lock for the building was disconnected. We had to called the emergency line. The gentleman was trying his best to help, but doesn't know much about how to get us into the building. Several phone calls and waiting on him to reach other representative, it took us more than an hour before we were able to enter the building. Our little kids were by then hungry, tired, and super cold. Wish there was a more reliable way of entering the building. The next day we made the complain to the front desk and all he was able to tell us is \"sorry.\" Then, the building door stop working another during another night. It is just very difficult to check in.

The room was cleaned daily, but tissues, bottled water, paper cups, coffee, and tea were not replaced. Eventually, we wrote a note to the cleaner.
The location was great—close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, restaurants, etc., 20-minute walk to the Colosseum.

Great location, the hotel staff was very welcoming. The room we got itself was located in an apartment of sorts and the reception is down the street. The staff were very welcoming, the building we were in had an elevator but from my understanding some of their buildings may not. The Trevi fountain was only a 5 minute walk from our place and there are tons of food options around. The area is busy with tourists so we did not feel unsafe walking around even at night.

Locking mechanism on the door was faulty and didn't provide a level of comfort that the room was safe. No deadlick on the door whilst inside and no obvious fire instructions. Hotel lift is 100 years old and is scarier than the tower of tower at disney. Lift has no air conditioning and is a hot box in the summer. Room was in good condition, but phone didn't work and light plug was repaired with tape. Overall the experience was good just because of the bed and location. No news channels on the TV. Kitchenette and sink was a nice touch, which was very clean.

The location of the apartment is perfect - super central, lots of restaurants around and all the big sights within walking distance.

Inside the apartment was quite small. The lighting was dim - no main overhead lights you are using side lamps. The shower was good but there is no door just a curtain- ok for a couple but travelling with a teenage girl meant there was little privacy for her. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great room and location!

Room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the bathroom and the hotel was incredibly close to the trevi fountain but still away from the crowds so nice and quiet!
There was a massive crack in the table which could’ve caused injury if we hadn’t noticed it. We also had a few issues with our door not locking. We went to the reception twice and on both occasions the staff were incredible blasé about the issue, something which I found quite frustrating when it came to the issue of safety!

The appartment was so nice. It was spotless and it was cleaned daily. Amazing air conditioning and water pressure too. I just found the front desk staff to be not very friendly. When we asked for help they helped but they seemed more annoyed than anything. It bothered me because we had spent so much money to stay In a nice place. I also had messaged them three times asking about booking a car from the airport and they just completely ignored my messages so I did it on my own. The little added extra help would make it five star.

The property location is very good, close to both Bus and Metro station. Most of the Rome attractions are within walking distance and you can avoid the traffic by walking. Lots of restaurant options along with breakfast options as well. Room was spacious for 3 and they also provided two bottles of complementary water which is a great gesture.
However, even though the hotel description mentions elevator availability (we specifically looked for this option because of my injury), keep in mind, not all rooms have elevator access. It is up to your luck whether you get a room with elevator access or not (we were not lucky). This is deceiving in my opinion. Taking one star off for that.

The front desk is not 24/7 available. So, if for some reason your flight or train is delayed, you may have some issues checking in.
At the end, I would expect the front desk receptionist to be more professional and take ownership of the issues. During our visit, there was a water leak which caused the stone stairwell to be flooded. When we got this issue to the front desk person, he tried to shrug the issue of and tried to push us to use the flooded stairs (you dont even know if that is a toilet leakage). Taking two stars off because of this incident.

Staff was very friendly. Spacious room - we used the room called “Style” and
It was big enough for family of 4. Water pressure was good and strong WiFi. But shower water drained so slow that it becomes like a river after 5 min shower. Toilet flushed very loud and it could wake up everyone if you use it in middle of the night.

Having small patio in the room was very cute and overall experience was very positive. Location was perfect to walk everywhere.

Family of 5 Visiting Europe, this was our first stop as part of our June 2025 vacation. Great location with easy access to the Barberini Metro Station. Close to the Trevi Fountain and a 15 min walk to Termini Station. Many near by places to eat, spacious rooms, and equipped with coffee maker and microwave; perfect for a traveling family.

No complaints for where the property is located. It is highly accessible and within walkable distance to many landmarks and restaurants. We ended up visiting many places we never thought of visiting just because it is around the corner we can easily walk to. The noises are mostly bearable although we were just unlucky to have endured a large party with loud music close by until after midnight during the first night. Jean Pierre was excellent in checking us in and showing us the room and facilities. But the other person at the front desk we had to deal with afterwards had the worst attitude for someone whose job is to accommodate customers’ needs. Apart from that it was a good experience overall.

I wanted to be honest and pay city tax for her as well. They charged me not only for taxes, but also extra $60 for her stay. The hotel offers the same price for reservation for 1 or 2 people. I felt i was cheated.

Must climb a couple of flights of stairs with bags to get to the suite which is quite small. It is dark and hot so we opened the balcony door all the time and had lights on. No fan in bathroom so had to shower with door open and all European toilets have a lingering smell.

The property is clean and the room was big. However, we would’ve liked more light in the room. Also, the bathroom door is frosted glass and so anyone sitting in the room can kind of see the person on the toilet. The property people helped with giving us a divider. We did like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom.
The property is through a small street. We came to Rome for the first time and in the middle of night. There was not an attendant at night but they give you a number to call in case of a problem finding the room. It was a little strange at night through a small street until the next morning we realized many streets are like that. Walkable to Trevi fountain and many other places. This area a bit quieter than others but it was fine.

The hotel is close to main attractions and the metro. It is walking distance to Fontana di Trevi, shopping and dining. Excellent location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.

Poor value for money! The accommodation describes itself as a 4 star hotel. This would be incorrect: This is NOT a hotel but more apartment room.

So should not be 4stars on the hotel
List which makes the prices also overpriced.
Locate reasonably close to the Barberini Metro stop with a five minute walk away.

This bed with no breakfast it’s not really a hotel but rooms in an apartment block with a courtyard.

On arrival there was a quick check-in followed by the walk over to room called posh which was across the courtyard and up one flight of stairs.

The first thing we noticed is the smell of musk which was either mould or dampness due to inadequate airing of the room. The other thing was the room was very dark with odd

Positions of lights and dark in the centre of the room. We had to open the doors to the ‘terrace’ which was odd shaped and did not have any seating unlike the room opposite with a balcony with a table and seats.

The room has two double beds with a middle side table, a study stable, luggage rack, and a table for the coffee machine with four capsules and a further charge for the additional 4 capsules of 5euros. Below that was the fridge with still and sparking water.

The bathroom was small. Shower on the right and toilet on the left with the middle the wash basin.

No breakfast was on offer so it’s room only prices which was expensive for the standard on offer.

Only extra was the left luggage.

Rather disappointing stay as it wasn’t a nice enviro

Will never be staying here again. The power went out during our stay and after calling the emergency number since lobby closes at 11pm we were told nothing can be done until housekeeping shows up at 615am. We left at 7am to catch a flight and never heard from housekeeping. Went to return keys and the gentlemen at the desk named Tawfik starts blaming me for the power outage saying it was my fault I plugged in a phone charger. Awful customer service will never be staying here again.

Can I give an apartment 5 star? Furnishings top quality... we were given twin queen beds bedroom, unique tiled ceiling, herring bone oak floor in separate lounge, padded textile walls, beautifully tiled bathroom, microwave, coffee machine which I couldn't use., twin TV's (we never use) Twin air-con... an extraordinary courtyard with giant entry doors, fishpond... who ever renovated these building spared no expense... I will overlook the rickety lift which at least worked for us.

This property was very nice, clean, excellent location & value. The only complaints we would have are that we could not control our own A/C & it was not cool - we were hot sleeping at night. Also, there was no elevator to our room, and no offer of assistance with our very large suitcases to get them up the stairs. (I was traveling with my 19 year old daughter - so two ladies - luckily we’re pretty strong, but still not ideal in 90 degree heat, & we were not expecting to have to do it). One other thing is that we were a bit early for check-in (we had requested early check-in), they took us to our room (we carried our suitcases up the stairs), however we found the room was not ready - the manager was with us. (We carried our suitcases back down the stairs, again no offer to help with the suitcases). We asked if there was somewhere we could change out of our travel clothes and freshen up, as we were to be picked up in 30 minutes for a tour. To our surprise, we were taken to a very large open storage room with no privacy, no locked door with a small restroom adjoining it - barely large enough for one person to fit in. We had to open our luggage on the brick/concrete floor of the storage room and then try to get ourselves dressed and put together in the tiny restroom. ODD. As soon as we were just about finished the manager came in and announced that our room was now ready. Again, we had to schlep our luggage up the stairs to our room. Our driver ended up having to wait for us.

Our family of four stayed at Unica Suites during a trip to Rome and it was perfect for our family. The rooms were large and comfortable and had all the amenitiies that we needed. Our suite included connected rooms, but we did not find it necessary to open the connection. We found the bathrooms to be quite nice. Clean, shower pressure was great, no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful and availble untlil later in the evening.

The hotel is located very near Trevi Fountain and close to a metro stop and in a very touristy area. We found the closeness of the metro, and a taxi stand, very convenient, but it is in a very touristy area.

Our room was super spacious & clean & always well-maintained in the 3 nights we spent. The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. It was also close to both cheaper and high-end shopping areas (shopping street at Via Del Corso). I highly recommend this hotel especially for families with 3-4 members.

TOXIC MOLD WARNING: To say that we misjudged the glowing reviews of this hotel would be a colossal understatement. I have stayed in hostels in my youth, but nothing prepared me for the lack of cleanliness this stay provided masked by a seemingly beautiful room. Travelers be warned, I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there are clear violations of health and safety codes for hygienic cleaning and maintenance. We noticed upon entering our room that we had the smell and appearance of black mold in our air conditioning unit as well as on the walls, in our shower, and in the refrigerator. When telling the staff about the mold, they expressed it was \"just dirt\" and were fought up until it was finally shown to the staff. My husband works in the environmental field so we are very aware of what mold smells and looks like. They had someone come in to \"clean\" the mold, but the experience was not enjoyable from start to finish. We had to sleep with the window open to prevent more toxic air from being blown in by the AC, so we were kept awake at night by the restaurant below us, the heat, and eaten alive by mosquitos. There should not be any reason the room should be inhabitable at this current time. The staff didn’t apologize until we were leaving, and as we expressed how we didn’t enjoy our experience whatsoever, the staff made a point to say that we needed to “tell the truth.” So, tell the truth I will, travelers beware!

I absolutely love it. The location is excellent close to metro and tourist attractions. Front desk guy was so friendly and wait for a taxis outside the hotel for us. The room was so clean but a bit small but this ia more than what I expected based on the price. I definitely come back to this hotel if I come to rome.

The whole complex is great, with clean spacious rooms that are very well designed, a very nice guy on reception who checked us in and escorted us to the room, and the location couldn’t be better.
The lift is ancient, with manual hinged doors and not always completely reaching the right level, I loved it.

A great find fir family staying in Rome

We had a great stat. Staff were great and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully airconditioned. It’s a great location - easy to get to the best sights and to the station.

Convenient location to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Traveled with a family of 5 and it was a little small. Communication with managers could be better. We thought we had to download an app to access gate, floor door, and room door that required internet access but later found out we would be provided room access cards. We just didn't find that out until after figuring the app out. Staff was nice though and helpful. We just didnt even know they'd be there. It would be nice if everything was just clearly laid out in an email from expedia. We did enjoy our stay.

Great hotel in the middle of the bustling city. This was a great option for our family of 5. We had two rooms that had a private entrance so it was almost as if they were connecting. I loved how you came into the hotel and were surprised by a beautiful courtyard. Loved the private patio. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean.

Mood Suites Tritone and Unica Suites adjacent are in the perfect location. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, close to the Barberini metro station (a few minutes up the hill, less than 10 minutes walking to the Spanish steps and close to Via Tritone/Traforo to take bus and/or taxi. Lots of food options all around. You can't miss the alley way (via del Boccacio) that connects to Via Tritone.
Mood Suites rooms were spacious and nice with 2 double beds. Perfect for our family of 4. The room was modern and the hotel had Italian charm.
Our flight delayed late into the early hours but the staff was able to help us get into our room (remotely).

It was very centric, especially if you have children and want to have option to come back after a morning tour and rest a little before going back touring.
