Very good placed to rent. Shower was amazing, beds were good. The only issue was the AC did not work properly. But it was ok by overall. No breakfast like others offer but we have plenty to choose walking. The Host was very professional and on top of everything. We have a good time here. Thanks

Killer Location

Super easy check in. Huge room with a separate space for the kids. Biggest shower I’ve ever seen in my life. And absolutely killer location for walking to all the sites, excellent restaurants, and the metro. Felt very secure, in a gorgeous building with a charming old elevator. Would love to stay here again whenever we’re back in Rome!

Was unable to make contact with the property by phone or email until the day prior that I was contacted. On our last night we arrived at 1:00 am ready for bed and our key was not working. I called 7 times, left multiple texts and still have not received a call aback. Fortunately we received assistance from the cafe next door that helped us if not we would have been sleeping in the street. Service terrible.

The property was on the 5th floor. While checking in and out of the property the elevator was not working. We had to carry all our luggage 5 floors up and down. The a/c was not working properly, it was very hot inside the room.

Great hotel room! Perfect location to everything. We walked everywhere or jumped on the tube. Paola is amazing. She is helpful and kind. We recommend staying here. We had red room and it was so fun! Amazing bathroom and balcony!!!

This was a very good value property in an excellent location. It was totally self check in and there was a very nice selection of pastries, salami,cheese and yogurt with coffees and tea within the room for breakfast. The shower was excellent and the room was spacious with a little balcony. Some of the drawbacks were that the noise level was still really high even four floors up, we had to carry around a key ring with six different keys on it, and while the manager was very helpful in terms of getting us a taxi and answering questions, the payment situation made us very uncomfortable. We were supposed to pay at the property, but there was no one in the little area with the desk when we arrived. And then the next day the property manager said he had stopped by at 8:30 am to get payment but we were not there. We had no idea that he was coming by (we had an early Vatican tour) and we thought it strange that we did not even know that he was going to show up at the doorstep expecting payment. In the end he wanted a bank transfer (?) but instead worked out something with the owner for a PayPal payment. Very strange! We travel three or four months a year, staying in all kinds of different accommodations, and have never had a situation like this arise.

The location Was great, and check-in was easy and accommodating. nice room & comfortable beds.
our package supposes to include breakfast & when I contacted the property people, I was told breakfast was not included in the package. selecting a hotel with included breakfast was a must for us, unfortunatly that was the only drawback, we wasted a lot of time going out and looking for breakfast.

This is not a hotel and there’s no person waiting to check you in and you won’t see anyone during your stay. Only communication is via WhatsApp or email. If you’re not tech savvy, this may not be the place for you to stay. Overall, excellent location and very large spacious room overlooking the street.

A lovely place to stay in Rome

Our stay at Tritone125 was excellent. The location is fantastic, many of the sights in Rome are within walking distance, and the metro is only a couple of minutes walk if you’re wanting to venture a little further or use to get to and from the airport. The room is a great size and the bathroom was amazing. Pierpaolo was a fantastic host, very friendly and always available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Check in was very easy, Marco contacted me in advance to set up the time and arrangements. The location itself is right in the center of the city, walking distance to so many attractions! You could pick somewhere different to eat lunch and dinner every day for a month or two!! My son and I stayed in the suite and it was perfect; we both had our own bed and tv, divided by a wall. The bathroom was huge (as I’m told for European standards) and even included a mini flat iron in case it was needed. Both Julia & Marco were extremely helpful and friendly. 😊 There was some noise from the street, but what can you expect if you want to be in that location to go everywhere?? I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great central location. Felt like I was staying in Rome like a local! Got great restaurant recommendation as well. There is a fair bit of street noise even on level 4 but I found that to be a case in Italy in general if you stay somewhere central.

All the staff at Tritone 125 was friendly. They let us check-in early, which was perfect for us to leave our bags and enjoy our tour.

The breakfast was great; they provided toasts, cereal, hams, cheese, yogurt, juice and coffee.

Fresh towels everyday if you let the staff know. Fully airconditioned and very clean.

Best part about this hotel is that the bus stops are right in the front. The metro was closed but it's easy to use buses.

If you need help, you can contact them right away and they will respond within 15 minutes.

They are located on the 4th floor so take the elevator up and they will welcome you.

Modern room in safe and central area close to all!

Our stay at Tritone 125 was fantastic. The location was very central and we walked to most of our site seeing (Colosseum, Forum and Pantheon). The area felt safe and there were shops and restaurants all around. The room was modern and had plenty of space for our family of four (we were in the blue room).The shower had both waterfall and rain shower heads.

With regard to service - Marco was amazing. From how to best get around town (unfortunately the nearest metro was closed during our stay), to accommodating our son's nut allergy for the breakfast, Marco was extremely helpful.

Excellent location, and within short walking distance (10-15 mins) of many sites (Spanish Steps, Pantheon), shopping, and restaurants. Marco was really helpful with letting us leave our bags for the day after we checked out. There's an elevator in the building, so no worries to carry luggage up and down flights of stairs. And it was great to have a light breakfast waiting for us outside our door. Our room and bathroom was spacious, and clean. I would certainly stay here again.

Hidden gem in the heart of Rome near major tourist attractions. Room was spacious with a huge bathroom with balcony in a nice historic building. Marco was a gracious host and was even able to arrange a car for us at the last minute to take us to the airport. We were only there one night but it was a great stopover in a great location.

Really convenient place to stay while in Rome as just few mins walk from Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Lots of nice restaurants nearby too which adds great value to the stay.
Room was pretty modern & spacious as recently renovated and was pleasantly surprised.
Marco, the manager was amazing and always willing to help out. Gave us great advise on things to see and how to go about them.
Would definitely stay here again when next in Rome

Only minor negative points are
1. Some street noise at night which was still bearable as the location is pretty central and on a busy street.
2. Not really a conventional hotel with 24X 7 reception but rather a suite of rooms within a commercial building but was easy to get used to.

Treasure in the heart of Rome!

Great hotel in the heart of Rome. Service and cleanliness was excellent. Felt safe in the area and was a short walk to the major sights.
You can hear the street traffic (Rome has lots of ambulances!), so bring earplugs to sleep. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this place - and definitely for solo travelers as it felt safe at all times.

Excellent choice in Rome

It was a perfect place to stay in Rome, Italy. The location is just walking distance away from tourist spots and location. There are so many places to surprise you around the hotel. It is situated along the busy street of rome and the building of the hotel makes you feel like you are a local. I love opening the huge front door and using the old age elevator. The rooms is in excellent condition and the bed is just comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, Makes you feel like home. We were allowed to check in early and it was a bonus. But what makes the stay more pleasing was the warm hospitality of Marco, the receptionist. He is more than willing to help us and assist in our every need. He is just amazing.

Good service in a great location

This is a great find. Marco was such a great help. We had to check out of an apartment that we rented that was disgusting and they let us come over right away and leave our luggage three or four hours before check-in time. We got back to our room where luggage was safely in our room. They were very accommodating and let us leave our luggage before we left to the airport as well. It was a little bit of a slow drain through the shower but I'm sure that'll be fixed for the next guest. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Keep in mind that the breakfast included is very minimum. Basically cereal juice and coffee. But that's not that big of a deal. You can always go to one of the many cafes down the street from the hotel if you feel like you need more than that. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

I really loved staying here. The check in was easy & staff was great. Pierpaolo was so friendly and told us all the places to visit. Location was perfect. It’s closed to the Spanish steps. And most places was walking distance. East to get taxi from this location too. Bed was comfortable and nice pillows. They also served beakfast in your room. Only things I did not like was there was lots of city noise at night.

Marco and Paulo (yes, seriously) were attentive and available when needed. (They do not live there). There are 3 separate living units, rented separately. They are all clean, modern and very comfortable. The bathrooms have rain showers, the beds are very comfortable. Location is great. It’s in a busy street, can be a little noisy for light sleepers but we were fine. Walking distance to major attractions. Small tip: make sure you know how keys open the main building door, it catches slightly. Highly recommended!

The room is not a hotel, so there are some good things such as the size of the room, location is also great. The cons: room was not as clean as it should, there was not water to drink and no items for showering.
The worst is the noise from the street, very difficult to sleep.
