Property feels damp and smells musty even in the lobby. Room smelled bad. Stains on floor in room. Only two towels provided and no washcloths. No shampoo bottle in room. Curtains hanging off rod. Had to make several trips to front desk to ask for things. Pillows in room smelled so bad had to spray my son’s cologne on them. Breakfast was terrible. One slice of stale bread on each tray in bread compartment. I could go on but I’ve wasted enough time with this dump. I was booked for 2 night but got refund for second night and went to a much more comfortable hotel. Find another place to stay if you’re considering staying here.

This was literally the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. So dirty, cuss words written on the wall of the hotel room, not vacuumed, floors stained and dirty, pull out couch had things on it I couldn’t even identify.

My nonsmoking room had a cigarette burn in the comforter. There were stains all over the carpet, wallpaper was coming off the wall.

Room was cold and the heater took over 12 hrs to get to 75 degrees.
The breakfast was very disappointing and the microwave to heat up oatmeal was very dirty with pieces of food all over the inside . Looks like it had not been cleaned for several days.
Lamp on nightstand had dust, hair and food crumbs all over the base of the lamp.
Carpet was stained throughout the room and dirty , giving the room a bad smell.
Will definitely not be using this hotel in any future stays. Did not meet expectations of a Quality Inn.

The breakfast wasn't good. There were not many good options. No muffins or sweet breads were availiable and no fruit other than bruised apples. I made a waffle with the mix that was provided and the waffle tasted chemically. Room was very clean, bed was great, A/C was nice and cold. I expected the TV's to have Roku or better channel options.

I didn’t like the place at all.. the hotel is hidden and I felt the area unsafe, we got 3 rooms for a family trip.. mine had a bad and strong smoke smell and I asked to change it .. the carpet was dirty stained everywhere and the remote control for the tv never worked.. the batteries were exploded inside and the breakfast very poor and very basic

it was very dated. it was quite however the continental breakfast was horrible, there was a few pieces of bread, the waffle mix tasted like sour dough bread so we did not eat it there was 2 types of cereal, a couple of yogurts, a little bit of orange juice, only 2% milk, and as for fruit there was only apples no eggs, no bacon, no sausage. we have stayed at quality inns before and there has been a much better variety of breakfast items. this was a bit disappointing. plus many of the tables needed to be wiped off. we decided to skip breakfast on sunday morning because of the experience we had saturday morning with the waffles and them tasting like they were spoiled and eat at a restaurant and not even waste our time at the hotel

Breakfast was terrible room was in bad shape, mold on the walls in bathroom. Workers started cleaning our room before (10:05 am) we even checked out went back up to room because my son forgot his wallet and the room was already turned upside down and no wallet to be found.

The room appeared to be clean. However, there were stains on the floor that made me super uncomfortable. Other than the stains, it was all good.

Room was like a sauna! Stains everywhere!

Room was hotter than hell when we got there after 6 hours on the road and at almost midnight.

The man at the desk offered a box fan. It wasnt until morning when the room was actually cold enough to turn the air up. The bedding was filthy. Stains all over.

Breakfast is a joke.

Im frugal and have been to many budget hotels. This has got to be the worst!

We arrived at about 9-9:30 PM. It was still warm outside and the room was very warm. We tried to turn on the air conditioner on and couldn't. Went down to the desk and told them and he came up and said it needed to be reset. When it started it smelled terrible. We let it run for about 30 minutes and still wasn't that cool. The manager brought us up a fan to help get it cool. it ran all night. Why can't they get the room cool befor you arrive?? the room was not clean at all, stains on the rug, and a bug on the bed.

I want to start off saying I frequently stay at \"budget\" properties. I dont expect first class amenities when I choose these type of hotels. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in! Dirty sheets & comforters, dried blood spots on a pillow, stained couch cushion (they did flip it over at least ?!?), stained walls where something had spilled down it, pealing paint and wallpaper in several areas, air conditioning only cooled room a few degrees( definetly not to 60 like it was programmed to do), breakfast was awful (stale cereal, waffle batter gross-either not actual waffle batter or expired-not sure which but tasted bad when cooked, only included a few yogurts of 1 flavor, 6 slices of bread, stawberry jelly, apples, pitcher of orange juice). In addition, my son woke up with bites all over his arms. The positive..we had clean towels and the beds were comfortable..if the sheets didnt have stains on them I might have actually slept. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I have pictures but not sure it will let me attach.

I think all hotels should be required to post updated photos to truly depict the state of property currently and not those old photos when it was first built. This property needs major renovations. I had to come to the front desk and show photos of my room to ensure I wasn’t held liable for the holes in the wall. I guess that was the reason the price was it was.

Pros and cons

This was just a one night stay with a late night arrival.

Pros: Check in was fast and without hassle. The room was fine for our needs as we went to bed right away and planned to leave by 8:30am. No pests in the room that we noticed.

Cons: only three cars in the lot but room we were assigned should have been in better condition (the deadbolt didn’t exactly line up so had to put pressure from below the door to lift it so the deadbolt would work, carpet stains, toilet didn’t flush so I had to fix it). I imagine the other rooms are worse then if this is one of the rooms they would rather give to guests? All of this I can deal with. For me the real red flag was the breakfast area. So many fruit flies by the food (in the bread and in the nozzle of the juice machine). The waffle we made came out tasting sour. That has never happened before. Ended up just going somewhere else for bfast. My advice is don’t offer breakfast if you aren’t going to make it sanitary. We aren’t picky and know that we aren’t paying for a luxury experience. But if you offer breakfast, that’s part of the calculation when choosing to book with you. So I expect that I won’t be needing to get breakfast elsewhere for me and my kids.

Again for what I absolutely needed (a place to crash before I continued a long drive), it was fine. But the red flag of bugs in the eating area make me concerned about what might have gone unnoticed in my room.

I mean no disrespect and wish the owners well.

I booked through Expedia two weeks in advance. One day after booking the hotel canceled. With zero notifications. As far as Expedia new and I new the room was still booked. When I arrived my room had been canceled, from the hotels end. The desk clerk even going so far as to say she thinks someone called up to cancel. I still have not received a refund. Okay, but ……

Stay was acceptable for a one-night excursion but room smelled like it had been closed up for a long time and king-size bed had three tiny pillows. When we got back to room around midnight, no clerk could be located and front door was unlocked and open. Came back down to ask for additional pillows and still could not locate any staff. Safety latch on room door was completely missing.

This property is in a need of major renovations. We have stayed in Quality Suites on numerous occasions and this was by far the worst we have ever experienced. When we checked in they gave us a room and, upon entering the room, it smelled of pot. They gave us another room and the wallpaper was peeling, the vanity counter was drooping and the carpets looked worn and dirty. We turned back the covers to make sure the bedsheets were clean. The room gave us enough concerns that we did this. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Well, the room was adequate but almost killed myself on the threshold for the bathroom that was sticking out. Breakfast was fruit loops and waffles, white toast and yogurt. We got our bleached sugar and flour quota in for the day! Pretty sparse and coffee was bad. Water is $2 a bottle, maybe for $150 a night you spare a bottle or two? The bed was comfortable though, tv was good.

The food area was dirty, the first room door lock didn’t work, someone had put the lock set in wrong. The first room had a bad smell also. The second room was better, smells better and the walls were painted instead of papered. Overall we will not be staying there again.
