Property is very clean and well maintained. Be prepared to pay $25 a day for parking when you get there to prevent finding a random parking garage. Staff was very helpful.

The room fit my family of 5 comfortably! Breakfast included 3 hot options and the rest was continental. The pool was a little small for the large amount of kids using it as a large group of baseball players were staying there. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't use the amenities but I was impressed with the staff. I was given a key to my room and immediately left without going to my room to unload the car. I was starving. When I got back there wasn't a single parking spot so I asked security where I could park and he was helpful in letting me know where to park. Then I got to my room and thought someone else had been given the same room. I had never seen a hotel room in such a disarray except as I was leaving it. I immediately called the front desk and told them what the room looked like and she apologized and looked for another one. Lucky for me they were not full capacity.

Staff was helpful. Easy check-in and check out. Room and hotel were very clean and organized. Parking was challenging. It was a busy weekend and their is not a lot of on-site parking. When I arrived at 7:45pm, most of the parking garage was full. I parked in the lowest level that was named 'additional parking'. If I would have arrived later, the entire parking garage would have been full. Overall, good experience.

My room was so nice and spacious. I loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Plenty of towel and cloths. The breakfast was amazing there was so many options and my favorite was the oatmeal I was able to add nuts raisins and coconut shavings. It was overall a 100/100 I would definitely book again.

Breakfast was not good. Even the kids wouldn’t eat it. Room was clean, any needs the hotel staff would bring up to the room in a timely manner. Kids enjoyed the pool. Elevators were over the serviced date. Great location right off interstate so it was easy to get too. Parking was on site and easy.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The breakfast was absolutely horrible — it honestly felt like something you’d expect in a third-world country, not a place charging these prices.
Parking was a complete scam. I was told it would be discounted to $12, but they charged me full price anyway. That’s straight-up misleading.
The hotel itself looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1990s. Everything feels old, worn out, and neglected.
I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it.

Very nice hotel for families, room was large with plenty of room for my self and my children. Could use some more bedding and towels in room but I didn’t ask either.
The worker we had on check in was SUPER NICE.

The second day we were there they had reconfigured the locks on the doors and did not let us know… we got back after bedtime for my children so we were struggling and ready for bed to get all the upstairs and no be able to get into our, I went all the way back down stairs to get a new Key and the worker this night was super rude and insisted we were given a notice and should have knewn to get a new key (we were not) and acted like needing a second new key was mass murder. I’m sure she was just having a bad night but man was that rough.

The pool seems to be shared by both connecting hotels and is pretty small for that number of guests and was always extremely crowded, super hot air with cold water and not enough towel but over all still fun!

Breakfast was hit or miss, we stayed for a few days… one day the working was running around like a chicken with her head cut off too the point where you felt like you were in the way or bothering her for anything (even though she said very clearly it was no problem. She was very sweet just needed more help and less stress)
The next day we went about 8:30 and there was almost nothing left, the worker seemed overly bothered but also completely uninterested in actually filling anything up and there was a ton of guests there

The room was clean with adequate space for my family of five. We had some minor issues with the sinks backing up the morning we checked out and the sliding doors on the restroom and shower don't provide much in the way of privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Parking is a challenge if the hotel is at or near capacity. We paid to park in the garage and ended up having to park in the open lot at the hotel next door.

Pool was open then closed for the night we came for pool specifically stated day prior I believe the crowd of ball player and children made them keep closed
I was charged parking when I was told I wouldn’t be not to mention I had two room with only one vehicle the elevator was down. Then one side was working but took forever to use being an elite reward member there means nothing to them in since of early late check out we had to beg for one as all plans were changed due to pool we asked for extra blanket went to get they front desk man said we would have to go back to room someone will bring no one came when I called hr later 12am he said I’ll have to come get myself I said I’m sorry I’m in my pjs u told me to come to my room and wait he sai d fine I’ll have them sent up hung up and never came

Absolutely AWFUL. After checking in, we went to our room to find that it was filthy. Linens were stained, walls had smears of something in multiple places, multiple outlets did not work, and fabric headboards were covered with old stains and what appeared to be small dots of dried blood. Shower was little more than a lukewarm drizzle. The adjoining room next to us had a family with multiple children screaming Conditions were so bad in the room that after about 40 minutes of weighing our options, we left and found accommodation elsewhere. When we informed the front desk attendant, we were met with a nonchalant attitude, and absolutely no concern for the state of the room. She did offer to change our room (upon check in we were told they were full). At that point, we were too grossed out to even want to stay in the establishment. Also, having a pool was a selling point for us when we booked this location - we quickly realized it is shared with property next door, meaning twice as many people in one small body of water. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Okay place. Poor communication. I rarely leave reviews but this whole experience was poor. Two hotels under one roof. Very odd. No parking available. Had to drive to a parking garage down the street in a bad area. Nothing was comped. Reserved a two queen bed suite with pull out couch. Due to “maintenance issues” our room was not available upon check in at 11pm. We were given a king room without acknowledgement and had no clue until we opened the door. It was two adults and two kids. Was told they were at full capacity and nothing could be done. Essentially they gave our room away since we were later arriving. Would not stay here again or recommend.

The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and the mattress has visible stains. The manner in which the room was arranged made it so you couldn't see the TV from the couch, only the bed, which was out of sync for what my family needed. The indoor pool looked nice, but it was overly loud in the pool area so we ended up not using it at all. The pool situation was frustrating, as that was one of the reasons we opted for this hotel versus another option. Surge pricing for local events meant that we paid almost $700 for 2 nights in an uncomfortable room, that was difficult to sleep in, with a pool we didn't even use. The staff was nice and responsive to our requests. The breakfast was okay; I enjoyed the variety of oatmeal toppings. The location is convenient and most activities were walkable.

Staff was absolutely excellent but the location is not the safest part of downtown with very little walkability to anything. It’s an older hotel and really if you picked the hotel and staff up and moved it a couple blocks east it would be great. Location is just tough for families.

The pool was cold & i found blood on my sheets. When i reported it, all she said was ok. I got no customer services response. I also found hair in the shower and pee in the toilet at arrival. I didnt accept to be cleaning up. However, everyone else i met was pleasant and the breakfast was really goos.

The only complaints I have are minor ones and would not prevent me from staying again. The first is the parking situation. There were never enough spaces to park and you had to park in a second lot. The second is the breakfast. First, at least there WAS breakfast. Many places have either nothing or a bun and juice. There were several options to choose from but the eggs didn't have much taste and the bacon was so thin it was falling apart. I wish I could rate this 4.5 stars because it was good, just not great. The place was clean and didn't smell, staff were friendly, everything worked as it should, it was up-to-date, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable and clean. This is almost a 5 star.
