I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stained surfaces, dust in multiple areas, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the entire property appeared poorly maintained. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip quickly became frustrating because of the condition of the hotel. The experience was so unpleasant that I made the decision to end my trip early and return home rather than continue my stay. For the price paid, I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but this hotel fell far below even basic standards. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will not be returning.

My family and I love this place. We always come back and will not go any where else. The staff is amazing and go out of there way to help you when needed. The female whom always seems to check us in is the best I believe her name is Teresa. Always happy to help and smiles with you. This place is #1 in our book

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We checked in late after flights were delayed and at that time the public areas were full of sketchy drunk people who may or may not have been staying there. I’m not talking one or two but dozens.

The room was dirty, complete with fake eyelashes glued to the bathroom sink, dead bugs everywhere, trash still in the bin and stains on the walls and linens.

The public areas were clearly in disrepair.

We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but checked out as soon as we could after 1 because at that point it was too late to find a new hotel when all of this was discovered.

The hotel staff made themselves unavailable, unhelpful or rude when hotels.com tried to call to mediate a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay. And I was only going through hotels.com because no one would answer the phones the many times I tried to call. The hotel manager refused a refund so now I’m going through my travel protection to get a refund figured out.

I picked this hotel for location, and because it wasn’t an off brand and I ALWAYS check reviews and people had to have been lying because we have NEVER had a such a bad experience in cleanliness or service.

I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The hotel is very much need of a renovation. Our key cards stopped working every day and it was annoying that the room was far and at 1:00 am come back to get them reprogrammed. Check in takes for ever, 15-30min. if they are only helping you. For some of the other people that came with us it took them up to one hr to get checked in, with only one person at the front desk.

Very nice rooms, windows do crack open even on upper level rooms. Be prepared to walk quite a distance from the front desk to your room as well as the parking lot. Huge hotel.

Hotel is not bad if you’re looking for a quick place to stay. Don’t have high expectations compared to other name brand hotels. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, Bed covers were stained, curtains were ripped, A/C smelled like vinegar, room had a humid smell to it. Pool didn’t smell like it had any chlorine. Gym had no disinfectant products so you could clean machines before or after using.

Overall the hotel was nice but the room they gave me was raggedy.. it was hair in the tub and the sink that was not mine.. the door barely open and close. They said they had a hot tub online that was a lie there was no hot tub nor was there any complimentary breakfast. You get what you pay for I guess last time booking there.. SMH they need to do better with the money they're making off of people with their rooms there was no microwave the freezer barely froze anything.. 6/10 for my stay

Complete dump. Don’t understand how they even stay open. There is a helicopter pad in the parking lot. Very interesting. Don’t think it’s seen a helicopter in years or maybe decades. I would have been interested to ask about it but good luck with that as there were enough problems getting questions answered about my stay. There was one young lady at the front desk who had it together and was very helpful. Also another young lady in the restaurant bar who was extremely nice and helpful. Other than that just incompetence and indifference.

I have a very hard time everytime I stay here either getting more towels, getting my room cleaned or even getting my trash picked up if I sit it outside my room. I have stayed here 5 weeks Jan row because I am a travel nurse waiting for my Vrbo to be available but it seems like the longer I stayed, the harder it was to get anything done. I called the front desk several times to try and coordinate times to have my room cleaned because I work nights and it was never done. I stayed for 2 full weeks and never had my room cleaned and I even complained and nothing was done tile 2 days before I was supposed to check out. At that point, it was pointless to even worry about it

The room was clean. The hotel was adequate. It is old and shabby. The first room we were assigned had water on the floor near the refrigerator. The second room's showerhead and control were not fixed into the wall - they moved when you touched them. Both rooms had sounds of water moving through pipes every few minutes, throughout the night.

Spend a few dollars more, and stay in a newer, nicer, place.

Bath are painted over and the paint is chipping.
The pool area and the reception are exceptional and ver nice.
Very unfortunate that the hotel is not as nice as the pool area.

The hotel has it posted no pool parties and only 4 people per room but everytime we went to the pool there was close to 100 people in there and more people bringing kids and dropping them off for the “birthday party” . They had all kinds of floats and pool toys all over the place on top of that there was a few boys that kept screaming bloody murder non stop! The pool area was out of control the 3 times on Saturday (different times of the day) we went to try to use it.

Also no pool towels everytime they would bring a few in the same group kept taking all of them and using them once and moving on.

Other then the pool area being out of control our stay was wondering . Nice rooms and staff

The WiFi did not work. The outside looks way worse than the inside so don’t be scared away. If you are 6’ or taller this hotel will seem short to you. Biggest downer was the WiFi being down and not being able to connect for work or school.

It's a very old,needing lots of repairs property, and I was not even sure I was at the right place when I pulled up. It looked nothing like their website. The elevators were terrifying. There was busted up concrete all over the property, on the sidewalks, in the stairwell and in several areas inside where carpet met flooring. The hallways smelled musty and like Marijuana. The pool had a lot of chlorine in it and there was a very dingy black rim all around the inside edge. I got in and out quickly. The outdoor pool was closed. My room was disgusting. I would have left if I wouldn't have lost out on the money I payed. I had to save for months for this trip. There was mold all around the window frame (I took pictures) and it smelled so musty, I spent most my time AWAY from my lodging. The carpet actually felt damp under my feet so I couldn't take my shoes off and relax. I've stayed at many Radisson hotels and am so disappointed I doubt I will try another. I suggest they update their website and let the renter be aware!

The property is spacious and inviting, featuring a large pond, lovely outdoor areas, an indoor pool, as well as an on-site bar and restaurant. Dont be fooled by the photos. This place feels like its straight out of the shining. You have to walk what feels like a whole mile to even get to your room. The whole place was musty and hot. Finally got to our room on the other side of the world, and it stank too. The curtains were stained with who knows what. The bathroom had pieces laying it. Toilet barely flushed. I didnt dare undo the bed. We got the heck out of there 15 mins after check-in.

It's a very large compound and we ended up having a room in a separate building from the main building where the restaurant and bar was. The problem that we had with the room was that the air conditioning unit was ancient and it would run for a while. Very loudly extremely loudly so loud that we couldn't hear the television with it cranked all the way out and then it would just shut off. We would set it back for 68° and it would start running again and then about in an hour it would shut off again and reset itself to 74 °. By the time it was 1:30 in the morning we contacted hotels.com and they called the actual hotel and they wanted to move us to a room with better AC at 1:30 in the morning. We were not willing to do that so we just stayed up and kept the very loud air conditioning unit going so that we could survive the night and decided not to stay our second night even if we weren't reimbursed, which we haven't been yet

Seems like its a trucker hotel, area is a little ratchet.

There is a bar that is open to the public and safety wise idk how that works.

Upon arriving at the room, the door was already open and tv blasting. That made for a creepy entry. After telling staff about the situation, nothing really came of it, and wasn’t even offered another room. Other than that, you could tell no one was really policing the marijuana use on the property.

Such a great stay and for such an affordable price! The bar life was fun and they had karaoke during our stay! I would suggest if you are doing breakfast to get there when it starts. The pool is amazing with a great view! 10/10 highly recommended stay

Overall it was a good stay. My only complaints are the breakfast buffet was not good at all. The biscuits were doughy and the bacon was cold. The bartender was very friendly and welcoming. They definitely need more staff for their food service. The bartender was making the appetizers herself due to there being no cook do the menu was limited. There were also hoes in my curtains and my room smelled like fish and chips. It was clean and close to downtown Louisville. There wasn’t much noise even though the hotel was hopping. It was a decent hotel for the price and we will probably stay here again.

The room i stayed in was disgusting. There was some type of substance on the walls, headboards, curtains. The bathrooms were outdated and dirty, had someone elses hair in the shower. We stayed in the "A" wing. Ground level had a nasty smell and leaking ceiling tiles. The 9th floor was old and very outdated. We will not be staying here again for our monthly travels to kentucky. The lobby looks nice. The pool was cloudy, smelly, and had so much hair in it, we were only in the pool for 15 minutes till we decided to leave. Woke up with a sore throat the next day... read the google reviews before booking here. List them from review date not from best to worst. Made a mistake booking here. Especially since the breakfast wasnt included and they offer the same foods a free breakfast hotel has. Nothing special... the only good thing i can say about this hotel is the bed was soft. .. didnt like the sheets because they were torn.

The room and the bathroom really wasn’t that clean. No exhaust fan in the bathroom which sucked. Good view though. Weird layout for the hotel. If you are staying on some of the upper floors you have to travel quite a ways to get to the elevator.
