I was misled by Expedia. There was a parking fee which was not disclosed in my reservation. The clerk did not speak good English. Our television was not working and the clerk refused to get help for this issue. The room was clean.

1st of all the first room they put us in was dirty and the air did not work, so we let front desk know she made it seem like we were lying. Then there's nothing on website that says that you have to pay 8$ a night to park in their parking lot even though we seen many cars parked there that wasn't staying in the hotel so why would you charge the customers to park where they are staying smdh And we never received our deposit back and no one can tell us why keep saying 7 to 10 business days its been 15 days since we were there 🙄 This Motel is a mess We will never stay there Again and if you want to feel safe this definitely not the motel for you.

Parking a this Loyisville downtown budget hotel was 8.00. There were some issues with the electrical outlets on one wall, but I ask for a 1st floor room, which they accommodated. Nice. TV remote was an issue and needed help with air conditioning. Over all for $201.00 to see a concert at the near by KYC YUM! Center, it was just fine.

When we arrived, we were given a room that was filthy. The front desk staff said that they were cleaning out the air-conditioning unit and they shouldn’t have given us that room. So they moved us to the third floor to a clean room. Well, the floors were sticky. The hand towels were clearly stained from somebody’s dirty hands. We honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there. The price you pay shouldn’t reflect the cleanliness of a place you stay in. I would not recommend displaced when anyone else. I don’t normally give negative reviews, but this was over the top bad.

This hotel is exactly what you are paying for, no frills. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but this is not a high end hotel. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and aren’t picky this is a great spot. Central location to lots of attractions but there are a lot of homeless and you will be in the flight path of the local airport. I am not picky and high maintenance, this is a great little spot and would definitely stay there again.

You’re the most part the hotel was fine. The bed was super uncomfortable and you had to pay to stay there not just the room you had to pay to park there to stay there. Also there was a long hair that belonged to somebody else in the shower in Plainview.

I notified the front desk and they said they would send housekeeping up when the pressure washing was done. I left and when I returned, the water was still there. When I called the front desk again they said housekeeping had left and offered to change my room or give me a mop. I did not want to change rooms because I was checking out the following morning. So, I cleaned it myself with towels. Not the best experience overall.

Front desk staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The water was scalding hot but the shower knob was a bit janky. The bed wasn’t ideal but did the job. Room was pretty clean. Overall the place was fine and while convenient, the location was awful; the surrounding noise level was the opposite of peaceful: sirens, traffic, and the relentless yelling of the local homeless crowd made it hard to sleep.

When we arrived, we were told that our reservations had been canceled and were not in the system, even though they still had taken the money out of my account. we had to redo our reservations on the spot which cost additional money than what we were told in the morning. They did refund our first room rate but not the $13 insurance we had paid so we are still out that plus we paid a higher rate for the room to have a place to stay that night.
