The property was very well maintained and clean.
The front desk manager was extremely helpful upon arrival. She found us a quieter room at our request. We loved the interior aesthetic and design of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable.
The main bar appeared to have only one seasoned employee. He was great at his job and very helpful. Upon future visits to the same bar, we were left disappointed by the lack of attention and detail to customer service by other staff. Especially considering how expensive the drinks were.
The basement bar was underwhelming. And, service by a male employee, named Sam, left us feeling unwelcome.
The pool area and upstairs bartender, a female named Sam, was a breath of fresh air.
Overall, room and amenities were comfortable. Staffing could be improved with more consistency and training.
