While the location was great. Easy to walk to for most of our dinner and breakfast locations that we chose. We had to ask to get our room cleaned. Which was odd, as we left early each morning (8am) and came back well after 3pm. Not sure if it’s because I travel with a Service Dog? However that shouldn’t really make a difference. We had to ask the front desk staff to have them clean the room. There was no soap left in the shower dispenser and they didn’t refill it. So they obviously didn’t check it. Since they only cleaned the room once , during our 4 night stay. I didn’t bother to get it refilled. As it seemed like a lost cause. The hotel has a great rooftop bar. So if you plan on staying here and you rent a car to get around plan ahead for retrieving your vehicle. As there can be a wait time. With events or people going on/in to the hotel. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our first meal at Lilac and had drinks our last night there as well. As I stated aside from the housekeeping staff we had a good time.

Loved the location. The staff outstanding. They were attentive and every time we asked for something they came through! The room had a partial view of the river (there was a wall covering part of it). We were not enamored with the frosted glass walls in the toilet/shower area. We would have preferred a real wall. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. In fact, I don’t know if cleaning means changing the towels and making the bed only. I know our room wasn’t not vacuumed at all. I took a photo of the crumbs on the table and some littler on the carpet! Also, there was no room service. The young man in the front desk was kind enough to teach me how to use Uber eats !! Guess this hotel is for a younger crowd. Overall, we liked your hotel.

The AC didn’t work so I spent two hours the first night with maintenance in my room. They were very kind and fixed the problem but still not ideal. There was a light in my room that would not turn off. It was one of those that turns on when you turn all the main lights off. It illuminated the head of the bed making it very hard to sleep. My “atrium view” was a view of 13 AC units right outside of my window. I waited over 30 minutes to get my car from valet to leave on checkout day.

We loved loved loved the location and view. However, was not too excited about only having our room cleaned and attended too one time , while staying Wednesday till Sunday. Also, the drinking water, lotion and hand soap never got replenished on the day of cleaning service. Staff was very helpful at the front desk and the breakfast view was amazing

Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff.
We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Suffice it to say we did not have a good stay. In fact this hotel nearly ruined my attitude for our entire vacation. I had planned a long review to describe the issues, but my wife convinced me to let it go.

However, my bottom line is that I will never stay at an AC Hotel again and we will tell all of our friends to avoid them as well.

This was one of my top stays, I would have to say. The hotel smelled great, the valet staff was amazing & the check in & check out went smooth. Watching the barges come in and out was really cool, too! The only complaints that my husband and I have, mind you they are very very minuscule but worth mentioning regardless, the bathroom sink doesn’t drain well & the balcony was hot due to the glass blocking the wind. Literally, nothing major at all! If we are back in Savannah, this will be our hotel again.

We have stayed in several different Savannah hotels Bob etc over the years. Despite the fact, the hotel is brand new it fell a little short in delivering a great experience.. not taking away from the staff who was very friendly and helpful. The overall set up was missing. Something parking is a hassle as it can be anywhere in Savannah, but especially so with little to know parking deck availability, and then battling River Street parking opportunities.. The restaurant has a great view. If they let you out on the balcony the food had its highlights, but certainly was not above and beyond. I guess I would give it 3 1/2 out of five keeping in mind the staff did a great job. It was an no reflection of them, but more reflection of working out some kinks.

We booked for 3 nights. Did not get room cleaning or emptying trash or coffee for the next days. Had to make a request to get the staff to bring coffee to our room. We ended up piling the trash cans and reusing the same towels. Great location and great views from our balcony. The roof top bar is excellent

The staff was polite and definitely tried to be helpful; I noticed that the staff was undertrained on a number of occasions. Checking in was a friendly experience but the lady was having difficulty with all aspects of the process; room selection, accepting payment, valet parking, and so forth. She was very nice and polite - but almost 20 minute check in can just be laborious.

We will definitely come back for the location and hope the staff has better training :-)

We stayed for 4 days and never got our room cleaned. Not once. We called multiple times and were told to give a time for cleaning, which we did, and still never came in the room. Garbage was overflowing, no towels, no toilet paper! When going to desk at night and ask for waters we were told these aren’t for guests? A whole pack of water and can’t give to guests? He ended up giving us a couple along with his attitude, I guess because we asked for water. We would not be back to this hotel that’s for sure. The only positive was the restaurant “Lavender” which they staff was wonderful and pleasant to talk to. We would go back for dinner and drinks but will be staying at another hotel for sure. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. We have traveled for years and this was the first time experiencing anything like this!

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Even though there was problem initially with our room, management and all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean, and the gym has clean and modern equipment. The restaurant had well flavored cook to order breakfast. We are definitely coming back soon!

Not sure if it is specific to an Expedia booking, but we got the worst rooms of the building in front of all the AC compressors or at pavement level on a busy street.

This hotel was perfect in so many ways. First the location is unbeatable right on the river and Factors Walk. Staff was professional and friendly-always ready to help. We loved the bar/ restaurant and drinks outside overlooking the river and the rooms were spacious and clean when we come back to Savannah we will definitely stay here again!!

Hotel is beautifully designed for Architectural Digest, but poorly designed for hotel guests — e.g only two tiny drawers and six hangers for storing clothes. Which may be fine for a business traveler staying for one night, but not for a couple staying for 5 nights.
Reception staff asked if they could do anything to help, but of course it is too late for that. Potential guests should have had an input in the initial design.

Was there for one night only. I am always traveling to Savannah and I've stayed in several hotels near River Street and this one is the best so far. The room was very spacious with a long hallway and the views of the river were amazing. Definitely only staying here from now on!

Very nice hotel. Modern furnishings, newly built property on the Riverfront. Clean, quiet rooms. Expensive parking! $50 per night for cars valet parked and $75+ per night if you are driving a large SUV or oversized pickup truck. Self-parked in their detached parking deck for 3 nights for $126 with in/out privileges. The rooftop area is only accessible if dining in the restaurant or drinking at the bar. Near closing time, you can nicely ask to walk out on the patio to look around. Other than that, you’ll have to reserve a riverfront or river view room to enjoy the river from inside the hotel. The manager at the front desk was extremely slow the weekend of our stay. He was working the front desk alone for some reason, which caused the checkin line to be long and exhausting. At checkout, there were three reps at the front desk and checkout was a breeze. This was our second stay. We will return again!

This hotel was very nice and new. We found the automatic lights very annoying. They are motion activated so if you are standing at the sink/mirror the overhead lights would just shut off. You have to turn on light beside the bed or you will sitting in the dark. There is only a glass wall between the toilet and shower and the rest of the room. When you go to toilet during the night the light would automatically come on lighting up the room. We had no control over the lights.

The best part of the staff are the valet attendants. Never had or saw a cleaning technician in the room. Had to ask for fresh towels twice in three days. No baggage carts available when needed.

No coffee No hot water couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on for the price you could do better also the rooftop restaurant is horrible and when you have an event like New Years it should be available for guests!!! I would not recommend the hotel for a stay The only good thing I can say is when we could get hot water the shower was great.

First the check in was great, the vallet staff was beyond courteous!

The room stated 3?? but it is ground floor and the traffic was in the room with us. Beautiful room and hotel, loud auto muffler sounds, buzzing load motor cycles, music blaring, was not expected or desired. Surprised by the sounds on the street, and just how close it was to our window.

Unexpected disappointment to a well known Hotel system for customer high rates of satisfaction.
