The hotel benefits from being in a prime location. But that also means its always loud and noisy. I stayed there one night where there were constant yelling and shouting outside the room, very thin walls means you can literally hear the TV sound from other room all night long. The ac and cleanliness of the room was average. Came to out to see cigarette buds on my car which was parked outside the room. Not worth for the price I paid and I am never going back here.

Paid for the only suite room in the hotel. It reeked of weed smoke from the neighbors. Asked to be moved to another room and refunded the difference. They moved us to another room, but would not refund the difference. They charge a 100 deposit, supposed to be refunded upon checkout. Have not received any refund yet. The rooms were outdated and in need if repairs. Chair was stained, paint chipping off of walls, bathroom fixtures felt as if they would come off the wall.

Our room smelled like smoke in the bathroom. The carpet was sopping wet in the front room by the air conditioner. The door was super hard to close. You had to slam it to get it to close. The carpet in the entire room was gross and the 2nd air conditioning unit, which was in the bedroom barely cooled off the room. We told the front desk about the issues and they said there was nothing that could be done. They weren't rude, but also unable to help.
The food and service in the attached restaurant was good. Parking was easy and plentiful.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The TV did not work so the gentleman from the front desk came and swapped it out with a different TV. Unfortunately, I could not adjust the volume on it and it would not shut off so my wife and myself had to sleep with the TV on all night. Luckily, I managed to find a channel that had no volume, but it still was fairly bright in the room for sleeping. With that said, yes, we would stay there again

The room did not have any hot water, half of the room disnt have power and the phone did not work. It smelled very strong of pinsol in the room but the floors were dirty and surfaces were dirty. The door also doesn't meet the frame in places and allowing you to see outside. The hot tub was dated and the white fixtures stained and dirty. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. I got a refund and did not stay.

Registration staff was friendly but the 2 rooms we had were dirty, particularly the carpet. My one year old son's feet and legs were black from dirt in the carpets and my husband's allergies acted up horribly inside of the room. Rooms had a very old, musty smell. Fortunately we only needed the room for the beds to break up a long trip, so they did the job, but we couldn't imagine staying longer than a night.

At first look, the place seems a bit sketchy. But the staff was amazing. The room was clean, you can tell its an older place. But the little Cafe that is there was freaking amazing and worth evey dime just to eat there once. But check in and out is quick and easy. I would stay there again.

The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills.

We pulled up with the hopes of a decent overnight stay from traveling and we didn't even make it out of the car. The property and other guests seemed pretty sketchy. There was even a window that was cracked and partially patched hole from what looked like a bullet impact. No thanks. I'm hopeful Expedia will do the right thing and refund the stay but they've opened a ticket while they wait on a response from the property who is not answering their front desk.

We got the triple family room so with that being said I’m sure a lot of people with kids have stayed there. The carpets were stained and the bed comforters so we had to ask for new ones and change them, there was blood on the blanket and the bathroom door facing but with that being said the owners and staff were very nice, they could use to clean a little better but it wasn’t a horrible stay

Hotel requires a $100 deposit. I left a cash deposit of $100 that I was told I’d have returned at the end of my stay if nothing was damaged. I left the room with trash picked up, towels in a pile together and as good of condition as one should. Upon checkout, a maintenance person was asked to check my room. My deposit was only partially returned because a diet Dr Peppet had over flowed on the comforter when I’d opened it. I disagreed and the woman said because they had to wash the bedding they were wothjolding $40 of my deposit. Wouldn’t one expect the bedding to be laundered regardless? She refused to budge and stole my $40.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, but could use an update. The paint in the bathroom was peeling but it did not effect the cleanliness.
Our only issue was the condition of the pool. It needed to be \"shocked\" and it didn't look like the filter was running, so we didn't use it.

Unfortunately cleanliness is a big thing for us. When you have littles that can reach all the low areas and pulling old trash from behind the tables of bed isn’t cool. It was great to stay for a night when you’re passing through, don’t recommend a long term stay.

Let’s just say we left to go home after driving hours already. Air conditioning unit was so dirty when you put it in it smelt so bad, the refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, everything was filthy. Non smoking but pot filled the air with other guests who were loud. The hall to go to the room smelled like dog piss.

You are warned now to stay away.

Staff was very nice. It was excellent to find a property with rooms for 6, that is rare! So helpful for a big family. Carpets in room are old, and could use a good cleaning. Overall the room was clean, and we were comfortable. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. Staff said they would get it fixed.

The room was okay, the bed was comfortable, the property was quiet. We registered for a assessable room with a roll in shower and did not receive this. The bathroom was very difficult to use for a mobility impaired person and that was why we registered for the room that we did, so that was a bit disappointing but it was just a quick overnight stop.

I’m not quite sure where all the great reviews came from but y’all must stay in some shady places if you think this is clean! Room was not clean bedding had stains and floors were disgusting!! My granddaughter put brand new socks on (cuz she had flip flops prior) and the floors were so dirty her socks were black! Pics are 30 min after arrival and she was on the bed most of that. So gross. ONLY reason we continued to stay is I paid in advance(never again).
Then walking to the restuarant there was cockroaches in the hallway. When I told front desk they acted like that was normal. I will never stay there again!

This hotels needs alot of cleaning. We arrived to an off-putting pea green pool. We had a two room suite that smelled. We booked this suite for the purpose of having a \"hangpad\" with other people we were travelling with on our way to Florida. No continental breakfast offering but a 10% percent discount is highly touted for the connected diner. The discount is never applied at the time of bill. Our server told me straight faced that it doesn't look like the discount is on there but it is. My bill had three line items so it's easy to see that it wasn't. He hid until after we left. If you don't want to honor a discount, don't offer a discount that you tell everyone about at the front desk. The parking lot was sketchy with other cars pulling in (obviously not guests) and trolling the parked cars as if they were car shopping. I feel misled into this booking. I would probably not recommend this hotel to others. I would never recommend this hotel to young families. Ive stayed in many budget hotels and this hotels ranks at the bottom. Sometimes a budget hotel can be funny when you arrive and you just have to laugh. It can make for a good story later, but this hotel falls too far below even tapered expectations.

The size of the 3 bed room was nice. The only room had a cosmetic makeover but needs to be gutted the wall was still chipping and mold was growing through the paint. The showerhead needs replacing as it was spraying everywhere but on me. We stayed in room 139 which was the end unit by the gas station. The room next door that was also connected in our room appeared to be long term renters with an indoor outdoor cat and they left their door open. You had to stand in front of their door to get into our room so it felt very uncomfortable with theirs open. It also complicated us getting our dog into the room. Also right next to it is a gas station and a dumpster between them. People hung around literally all night at the dumpster as well as went in and out of the room next to us. My husband drove for 12 hours but because of everything ended up staying up all night to keep watch as we also had our daughters with us.
