This place does not look like the pics they show it’s run down and dirty the room was dirty the towels had black marks on them like they used them to clean floors oh an there was someone in the middle of the night wanting to fight in the hall about 1am this lasted a long time no phone cord on phone in room used cell called the front desk no one answered the phone sir in room smelled bad

For the price I didn't expect anything fancy or even average, but the conditions of this hotel are completely unacceptable. Got our key card and made our way to the building across the front desk ignoring all the shady ppl surrounding the place not thinking much of it. As soon as we enter the hallway, the smell of cigarette smoke smacked us in the face. The hallway and walls looked dirty and run down. It was clear people were living there. Dude across from our room was banging in the door asking for someone, other ppl were just hanging around. Some other guys approached my husband trying to sell random stuff. I've been around drug addicts before so I KNOW exactly what was going on in this hotel. Absolutely nothing about the situation felt safe, especially since we had our son with us. Our key card didn't even work and before we made it back to the front desk we quickly decided we would rather sleep in the car than stay one more second in that place. I was genuinely shocked at the conditions. Thankfully despite the no refund policy, Expedia made a huge effort on our part and made sure we got our refund so I am greatful for that.

Honestly, I was pretty happy with what I got for the price. Less than $100 for a single night stay with a king size bed, a microwave and a fridge. There are lots of security cameras, which is nice for anyone who has safety concerns. Staff were super friendly and understanding of my cats being temporarily upset(they hate traveling). One of the guys at the front desk helped me haul one of my huge cat carriers to my car. One of the tenants there helped me find my room.

Must stay wasn’t bad. I killed some cockroaches in my room. Some of the guest was very loud. There were no phones in the room to contact the front desk. when I get ready to leave, there’s no one at the front desk. I banged on the windows for about 10 minutes. No one answered. I put the key in the room and left and the staff called me now. Let them know that I was leaving homeless people is hanging around wanting you to go to the store for them or give them money. I guess overall it was a place to lay your head down to rest. I didn’t care for the sheets they smell the smoke. They did come in and change them, which I appreciate it that I would probably give them a five.

Roaches everywhere! We were in non smoking and the room didnt smell like cigarettes but it did have a musty dusty mold smell. It made me gag. I got up at 5am and there were roaches in the bathrooms and crawling the walls by the tv. Theres a 50$ cash deposit you have to give at check in that dosent show ANYWHERE on the site. There was a piece of condom wrapper literally on the side of the bed. It was disgusting and my family and I will absolutely never return! Also right in front of the main entrance there was a drug deal going on. Spend the extra money and get a better hotel!

The staff was friendlyvand helpful. There was no tv remote. When asked they told me to down load an app. There was no card for incidentals just a mandatory $50 cash deposit. When i asked for a receipt there was no paper. I booked on expedia.com and chose the pay after youvstay option. I had to pay upfront.

The property is abysmal, with bearded-up doors and vagrants hanging around and smoking at the entrances. The room didn't have the advertised television or microwave, which were missing, even though the mounts were present. The shower was dirty, and there were roaches all over the property, on the walls, etc. They demanded a cash deposit for the room, then refused to refund our money when we opted out of staying at this disgusting property.

Recently I am told the bottom of this hotel was flooded. I did not know this when I rented the room. The room apparently had no repairs after the flooding and instead changed ownership.
The room smelled of mold and the hallway smelled of many awful things. Including drugs, BM, various foods, body oder.
There are obvious signs of distress in this building. Door entry boarded up, the room had no lid on the toilet, the lamps are missing shades, lamps also had not light bulds. The floor was so dirty it made my white socks turn dark underneath. No remote for TV and when I asked for help they told me no cable either.
The sink had no toggle for the drain in the top, & the hot and cold water fixture wasn't tightened.
Noticable water damage on the bottom of all the walls.

Steer Clear of this one!

This hotel should lose their Hotel 6 status. It was very dirty, towels and bedding all stained. Roaches dead and alive amongst other bugs. Slept with lights on to help keep roaches away. Only got like 1hr sleep. Staff was very friendly.

When I got to the property, The lady behind the desk told me that they do not have cable on the
Tv. The room was dirty. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I stay there for 4 days and not once. Did they come to my room and clean it? They do not have a mirror in the bathroom so it made it hard to shave. They rated at a 4 star. It's not a 4 star, it's more like a one.

Stay Away! Absolutely disgusting. The front desk girl openly said they did not have house keeping right now and that they have one guy that is doing the best he can. Was told half the tvs dont work due to \"switching cable companies\" and that i \"should\" have towels and rags in my room. The printer wasnt working so i had to sign a blank paper for the contract. The card reader wasnt working so she made me write my number down so i could come pay the deposit later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cuz things happen so we just got our room key and wanted to get in the room and lock ourself in. The property itself is disgusting. Weird people all over. We felt very unsafe. Room was on the first floor. the hall way smelled and was just nasty. The walls the floor everything. We got into the room walked around and immediately walked out where we were greeted with roaches on the wall of the room by the door. Towels were dirty, room was disgusting, shower was brown. This place really needs to be shut down or updated.

I had a reservation for last night, driving from Chicago to GA for a funeral. I was stopped on the highway for 6 hours due to a semi accident. As per your website, check in is allowed at this location all the way up until check out. I finally arrived after being in the car for 16 hours at 6AM. I’m feeling relieved thinking I’ll be able to get 4 hours of sleep and a shower finally. NOPE. The lobby doors were locked, with no other entry options. I called the hotel 6 times with no answer. The Hotels.com agent was of no help either. As a female, I was left stranded in a place I didn’t know. I had to sleep in my car. Shame on you. I’ll never book with you again.

That’s not even the worst, the worst was when people knocking on your hotel door all hours of the night. It’s very scary when you have a child and the front staff acts if it’s normal.

Hello. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. The property was very dirty. Trashcans were overflowing with trash. There were no towels in the room. I had to return to front desk to get towels. The room was infested with roaches (I took pictures) and the a/c barely worked. The elevator smelled horrible and was in poor condition and did not have a required inspection placard inside the elevator. This hotel needs major repairs!

Upon arrival I was given a room that was currently under reservation the receptionist initially changed the room but didn’t actually know were the room was located so I had to walk around the entire 2nd floor to not find my room another guest guided me to opposing side of the facility where my room was. The room was infested with roaches from the bathroom to sleeping area even the refrigerator had them crawling in it. I tried to get a refund and was told I couldn’t due to booking online and having already checked in with a $100 deposit. I wouldn’t suggest anyone sleeping in those kind of conditions as soon as the lights turned off it was roach city

Defiantly would not reccomend. We had no towels, tv broken, stains all over, it smelt like weed and piss. Luckly we were only passing through and needed a quick place to stay for the night. We used our own pillows and blankets since there was stains and burns in the bedding. Very run down and not in a nice area at all.

The clerk had a hard time checking me in and didn't know where the rooms were. The entire property smelled of weed and deodorizer. Was given a room where the TV was in programming mode and no remote. Then switched to a room I come to find was a smoking room (ashtray and all), only after I got in the room. Both rooms smelled but the elevator had the absolute worse smell of all.

Pricier than it should but you get what is paid

Fortunately, the young lady at check-in offered us the ability to cancel for free because they were having problems with their water. Upon our arrival. The first room they gave us was actually already occupied so imagine our surprise walking in with the lights on in the bed unmade. The second room and took 10 minutes of us, fiddling with the door to get it open. The room appeared to clean. We were only there for a short period to hold over for an incoming storm and get some rest before hitting the road, but you could hear everything people hanging out in the hallway talking, etc.. The beds are extremely then like the cheapest that you normally find in a pullout sofa old spring style it gives very quickly and a blanket they put on top is also very thin. There’s either mold or dust in the room. I’m allergic to both and ended up with an insane coughing fit having to open the door to let the room air out and turn on the AC to keep things circulating. The elevator smells atrocious, as if people let all of their animals urinate and defecate in there, and the stairs have holes where the metal eroded along the back. It was OK for what it was but not something I would’ve recommended long-term or for more than a night. On the plus side the person at check-in while a bit overwhelmed with also very sweet and wonderful.

Since my arrival, was assigned to a room 101 full and infested of roaches. I have videos of this and pictures as well. Then after my complaint, I was reassigned to room 110, both first floor. And after lay down and try to watch tv, but tv control has no control over tv, another roach came down in tv screen. You can see the videos in my review on google Motel 6. As I do not have other place to go and been catch by storm, I request one more day. Manager, told me to wait till Saturday to renew my room. I agree. So Saturday I leave the room at 10:44 and move my belongings to lobby and the clerk or manager in that moment came tome with an attitude kicking me out from hotel. I ask to stay one more day and refuses the service to me. I ask if they going to turn me back my $100 dlls deposit and or honor it with re stay one more day and says he did not know me and they going to keep the deposit. This happens just know. Let me tell you my bus ticket to boarding time is 2:30 am Sunday, so now I’m homeless in Chattanooga with my belongings at street with few bucks. Want to mention Angie, the maid. She is doing a big effort to keep this hotel running but she is not enough to such a big responsibility!! Again see my videos at google map.

I booked a room ahead of time thinking it would be cheaper than trying to get a room \"last minute\" anywhere. I reserved a smoking room. After a rough day of driving that ended up being 10 hours, i get to my room. There's a roach on the door and there's no remote for the tv and no way to maually operate it. I discover a fire hazard when trying to find an outlet to charge the phone. I ask for a room with a remote for the tv. I get one--the remote doesn't work. Same type of tv--no manual operation available. There's a dead cockroach on the bath floor. I \"need\" to also deposit $ for incidentals. When I checkout, ask for a manager, ask for a corporate number (\"You'll need to Google that\"), and complain about my experience, the gal accuses me of throwing a pen at her, which,I did not, and informs me I won't be getting my $50 deposit back, and tells me to leave. She also said the other refund (for the room, itself), would need to go through Hotels.com since that's where it was booked. Apparently there's no real way to connect to their customer service either. It was good to note they are affiliated with Expedia as well, so there'll be no need to ever use them again either! I have the video of the bug n non working tv, but, apparently, one can't upload videos, pix only.

The gentleman at the reception desk was however very friendly and phoned a few other properties. I demand repayment of the charges to my credit card. Fix it asap.

File a dispute with hotels.com already. I woke up with my 14-year-old son screaming because a roach was crawling on while he was awake. I didn’t know there was a roach on him until I turned on the light and there was one on the phone. I guess the roaches only come out after midnight. I spoke with the gentleman the next morning about the roaches and he got a attitude with me and we cussed each other out.

Ghetto is the best word I would use to describe this place. There are people using this motel as long term housing, which is very clear by their laundry hanging over the railing to dry and children’s bikes in the walkways outside of doors. The non-smoking room I got smelled immediately of extremely strong smoke, there was a roach in the room, the toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall, and it there appeared to be human feces on the door to the bathroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this, and will never stay here again. Absolutely awful.

This is not a place for someone traveling solo. First room had fleas, I requested a change of room which the lady on front desk immediately attended my request. The second room wasn’t the best but at least no bugs. Floors seemed like never met a mop before. Who knows if the linens had ever been washed. For the price you get what you pay.

Cockroach motel

We couldn’t even stay, we left within 2 minutes of entering the room. The staff was friendly however the room was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere(I mean EVERYWHERE), it smelled musty/moldy, and my kids were absolutely freaked out.

Sleep in your car

This is the nastiest, low class, roach infested, crack head hotel i have ever encountered. Only reason we disnt sleep in the car is bc crack heads were slumped over drooling in the parking lot.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the airport.
What was wrong with the place?
1. Full of cockroaches (German and large black ones.
2. Homeless people and drug users and dealers hanging out all times of day.
3. Both exit doors at the same end of motel, locked and unable to be opened- serious fire risk!
4. Hallways and room floors are filthy! No one cleaned these the entire week I was there.
5. Only 1 roll of toilet paper allowed.
6. Room was not cleaned duringy stay, and garbage was overflowing.

I could go on, but I'm sure you get where I'm going. The owners should be made to stay here. Deplorable conditions the employees have to work in. Absolutely disgusting!
