I was very happy staying here. I had a rental car so being out of the center of town was actually more convenient for parking etc and it was a 5 min drive into town for restaurants and such. The property is thoughtfully appointed, comfortable and reasonably priced. I definitely would stay here again.

I am definitely going back there again. The place felt warm and welcoming. The place had personal touches to it like freshly made brownies and cut up fruit. The swimming area was open for use until 21.30. The staff were lovely and made sure the area was clean. It is such a great place. Loved it!

It's a place that's going to be easier to stay at a second time, because the first experience is wandering into the property, feeling lost, and walking around awkwardly trying to find the room you're staying in - the whole \"We have no reception\" vibe is definitely a \"Okay, now I know, it'll be better on round 2\"

This place is very lovely.
Pool area great.
Fresh cooked brownies a special touch.
However our room at the front was quite noisy due to road traffic, and parking a large car is an issue. Parking lots very small.
We also had the fire alarm go off for no reason at 1am in the morning.

The room was attractive in a sparse post modern fashion. Breakfast is strictly continental but high on sugar and low on protein. It consists of sweet flavoured yogurt and granola as well as sweet baked goods. It would be much better if it included eg hard boiled eggs

A little gem between Byron and Suffolk Park

This is a little gem. The room was spacious and very clean, the provisions both in room and in the common area were great (especially the brownies!) and we loved sitting out in the comfy chairs on the deck with a drink, a coffee or a book. We will definitely stay here again. We also loved that it was adults only.

Beautiful little guest house. We stayed in the studio loft and was very cute and slightly separate to the rest of the rooms. Very private. Nice little breaky and coffee each morning. It is a bit of a walk into town but nothing you can’t handle. It’s nice being out of the craziness of Byron plus we think Tallows beach is the best beach in Byron. Staff were great Nicki was a legend and helped make our stay. Big thumbs up would definitely stay again.

The initial greeting with Nikki was most welcoming. She goes well beyond what is required to ensure your stay is comfortable. Fresh baked cake of the day, fresh fruits such as grapes, passion fruit, strawberries and pineapple for your nourishment.The premises are very clean in a beachy modern contemporary style. Even though we only spent one night st Byron Springs we would not hesitate to return when next up this way.

Luxurious and relaxing stay, only a short drive or bike ride away from the busy byron town center. The guesthouse grounds are wonderfully maintained offering beautiful tropical gardens with sky high palms, shared pool, kitchen and lounge areas. Received a warm welcome and hospitality from Niki and Roo throughout the whole experience, from booking to departure. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place with just a few rooms. It is a bit of a wall into town but that wasn't a problem as we had a car and it was certainly worth it for the peace and quiet . Breakfast was lovely and the pool area looked great but we didn't have the best weather so didn't get to use it . Our room (7) felt like our own private beach hut! I would recommend this place if you are staying in Byron Bay .

Welcoming & relaxing stay at Byron Springs

We had an enjoyable stay at Byron Springs. Situated about a 20 minute walk from the town centre in a quiet & relaxing location. We found the accommodation & facilities to be clean, modern & well attended to, whilst our hosts Lyndy & Niki were friendly, welcoming & very helpful.
A fridge & freezer in the Communal area is available to store items during your stay which we found very handy.
A good selection of cereals & fresh fruit is available at Breakfast along with Tea & Coffee which you also have access to throughout the day.
To be honest our only disappointment was that we'd only booked to stay the one night. We'd certainly recommend a visit and would definitely look at staying again when we return to Byron Bay next. Thanks to Lyndy & Nicky for a lovely time.

This was an amazing guesthouse with a very welcoming host, Lyndie. The walk to the beach and town was easy and as described on booking. The property was spotless, set comfortable and well cared for. Breakfast included a wide range of options and was delicious. We enjoyed using the new pool and appreciated not smelling of chlorine afterwards. We would love to return for longer.

Byron Springs has a lovely pool area and truly the best brownies I have ever eaten. We liked our room, but felt it was pricy for what we had. Room #5 was small and faced the parking lot. The bathroom was outside the room and had no closet. I imagine most of the other rooms are more spacious. The decor is very nice in the reception area, bathroom and sleeping area. The hotel is close to Bryon shops and cafes.

I booked the stay for my parents and they absolutely loved it. The owner has been exceptional with them, going above and beyond expectations, trully showing what hospitality means. The place is next to a national park and giant (and less crowded) beach. We recommend the place, go there with closed eyes.

If you want a nice, relaxing getaway then this is the perfect place. The other guests were all couples so it was very peaceful and not loud at nights. The banana bread made by Lindy for breakfast was delicious and the pool is handy!
Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous one-night stop location with heart

Right from the initial welcome the whole stay was memorable - to the point I am looking forward to staying there again. While B&B isn't for everyone this was a unique exception - it's open plan leaves plenty of room to have both quiet time and be around others. Set back of the road gives privacy while still being only a few minutes from the heart of the town and beaches. If you're after a one-night stop and want a comfy bed, location and hospitable location then give this place a try - am so glad I did!
