Do not book here! The room was terrible roaches in the bed, dirty shower, broken microwave, with a little tv that ain’t even work. I ain’t even last a night, when I went to try and cancel the lady refused my refund. The place is disgusting and shouldn’t be in business!!!

I got a king size smoking room there was a 30 inch tv that u could not hook up fire stick to and there was lines through the TV .it was nice they had a pool but it was so cloudy it was quite the grounds were v clean no unnecessary traffic was quite staff was friendly overall I hope I want have to go bk there but letting my cat come w me and the bed w my pillows was extremely comfortable

The property staff literally fussed at me for requesting sheets when I arrived that didn't have very disgusting stains. They were smelly and when I finally got new ones they had no smell...but they \"change them every morning\".

The pool was closed for 3 weeks and they cleaned it on my checkout day which sucked because it was the reason I booked for my kid.

To top it off, a very antsy woman who I assume is the property manager kept disturbing me during check in about how I \"didn't have a rebooking\"... Which was absolutely weird considering that's their responsibility to keep their books in order.

I was only there for three nights and the cops were there twice. There were holes in the blankets. Walls and cleaning were cracking. The room door didn't even fully shut air noise and bugs could make it in the room. There were trash bags sitting in the parking lot. Weird people walking around the property at night. I felt the need to put something infront of the door to keep people from breaking in because the door wasn't sturdy and barley bolted on.

It was the most uncomfortable stay away from home I’ve ever experienced the rooms were very small, dirty the rooms was funky smelling carpet was dirty and smelled like urine . is absolutely ridiculous the owner talked with us and his attitude toward customer service was very In humane!! People outside your rooms all night playing music!! I did not feel safe and comfortable at all they totally misrepresented the place!! I would not recommend this place at all

It was very unsafe when I arrived a lady was at the front desk requesting a certain room number and later check out time also the vibe was not a good one off the lady checking in . Unclean area . There was people outside at 10:30-11pm drinking playing music . We got into the hotel and it smelled no soap nothing and toilet paper almost out . The bathroom door in room 155 is missing half of the bottom of the door like a dog chewed on the door . I would not stay there again. What the pictures looked like online vs what the room actually looked like was not the same . Was very disappointed in what I paid and how the hotel was . I never stayed in a hotel and been so disappointed in how it was and felt unsafe .

The property is clean and maintained. The motel is next to a Loves truck stop and Arby’s. Other fast food are a short ride. This is a mid range motel and was satisfactory. My only complaint was the lady who checked me in, was on a private call the entire time. It took her awhile to find my reservation. Morning staff was good.

We booked from out of state. When we arrived it was late and there were people walking all around through the parking lot, shouting at each other. There was trash and old grills laying on the lawn. When we got in the room it was just worn out. For the price this motel should be in a lot better condition.

The area was so unsafe and did not match the pictures or reviews. Met a police officer at the gas station next to the hotel who stated my car may not be there when I wake up. Ended up leaving after multiple suspicious people were seen walking the lot and did not even sleep. No refund given.

The water came out brown from the sink and the shower. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. The sheets still had hair in them. The pillow cases had black marks on them. The blow dryer was falling off if the wall and didn’t work. Very disgusting room!

First off the door handle was disgusting, the bed covers had cigarette burns, what appeared to be blood stains and make up stains on the sheet and pillowed. The pillows were worn down uneven and my children and I did NOT sleep under the covers we absolutely were uncomfortable we slept with our towels on the pillows and covers. When I requested more bedding no one would come to change it out or give us additional towels. When I went to the front desk to complain I got nothing. I really want my money back!!

Arrived at the hotel to check-in. OYO did not have the room available I reserved on Expedia. Front desk canceled the reservation, stating I would receive a refund from Expedia. I was still charged for the room, due to the hotel “cancelation policy.” This hotel is a dump at first glance. Random people walking around the parking lot late at night. Police presence for obvious reasons. Management obviously doesn’t care about customer service, just charging unsuspecting guests for hotel rooms they cannot fulfill. Expedia should not allow this hotel on their platform.

I was disappointed when I arrived after being told at the front desk that this was a non smoking room, when I entered not only did it reek of cigarettes but also pot..my daughter has real bad asthma and within about ten minutes we had to leave because her breathing became labored. I will never stay at this hotel again. I took my kids and we went and found another hotel that was safer and cleaner.

As I entered the room and my daughter sat on the bed I began un packing only to hear her scream mommie a bug, I turn around and it’s a bed bugg crawling on the sheets. I flip the covers back only to find eggs and more bed buggs. I tell the staff and he stated I had been checked in for an hour ! No need to check
The reservation he knows they do not have bed buggs I explained to him I had a daughter and we had been traveling and I did not pay to sleep with things biting me or my child ! He argued that I had been checked in for an hour which I had not! I had been checked in for about 15 mins and I know I didn’t bring bed bugs into the room from my car! This was overall horrible I wish I could post the videos

This was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. There was dried blood in the bathtub, the floors were not swept, there was someone else’s food in the fridge, and on top of that they left us 2 wash cloths and no full size towels. The pipe behind the toilet was constantly leaking so the bathroom floor was wet. It is nearly impossible to get into direct contact with an OYO front desk or anyone from OYO because of their automated system. We also could not use the Wi-Fi because a code was not provided to us and when we finally went to ask for the code it was wrong.

Luckily, we barely were in the room as we were in town for an event. If it was a longer stay, I would have found a new hotel.

The lady at the front desk is really nice. She always is as I stay here often. My room was just nasty. There were roaches crawling on the walls, bathroom counter, and bathroom wall. The shower curtain had blood stains, the sheets were dusty and had cigarette burns. Why are there cigarette burns on a bed in a non smoking room. I literally couldn't sleep because I was trying to make sure roaches didn't crawl on me.

I asked for a non smoking room. The room obviously had smokers in it prior. The entire room smelled like smoke and mildew. The carpet was buckled, there were cigarette burns on the blanket AND comforter, and again the place smelled terrible.

There were multiple make shift ashtrays outside of every room. I did not expect much from this hotel, however it was REPULSIVE and that is being kind.
