My advice as a customer the front desk need training when someone like me first time I’ve been that place or town. I asked them a question. What’s the place is good to sightseeing or how far the lighthouse from from the place those kind of question I asked in the front desk none of them don’t wanna explain it to me or talk to me about atmosphere around with Margaritaville I’m a little bit disappointed that people work in the front desk

From arrival to departure it was horrible. The rooms were not correct and had to be moved, keys didn’t work, staff just walked in with no knock or notice, lost power in the room on two separate occasions once for over an hour, another staff member walked knocked and walked right in to “replace a soap dispenser” and we were like excuse me and he said “oh wrong room” and left, the restaurant forgot to put in our order and we waited over 2 hours for food. The whole experience was a disaster and staff did not care

We really enjoyed Margaritaville, we love the new renovations. Every thing about the experience was pleasant from check in through check out. We are local and went due to a power outage related to the blizzard; we are more than happy we did. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were extremely clean and looked very new. The water park was great for two children under 6, both kiddos had a blast. We went during Mass school vacation week and it wasn’t too busy, which was great. We also loved the little extras they had planned like shark games, a foam party, and a Balloon Animal making guy. We would definitely come back!

The updates they made are beautiful. You really feel like you’re in the Caribbean if you don’t step outside. All the staff I encountered were super helpful and courteous. The water park was closed for unforeseen maintenance for a day and a half which happened to be out last days so that was disappointing to our 8 year old. The food I would say was just OK for the price. The margaritas made up for the food - yum! We will def go back.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Check in time was delayed 45 minutes, but it was a very busy school vacation week, so it was understandable. We also requested two connecting rooms and they were able to honor that request. My family and I were able to swim at the water park while we waited so it was not a problem.

My grandchildren LOVED the water park, karaoke and the arcade. Their ages are 3,4 and 8. They give the activities a combination of 6 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

They redecorated the rooms after they bought The Cape Codder, but didn’t spend any money on the waterpark, for which now they charge you separately.
I miss the old restaurant, the new redesigned looks and feels like the food court at the mall.

My husband and I stayed here this week and will not be returning. We visited the spa and while the staff was lovely, the experience was awful. There was a loud buzzing noise the entire time we got our massages done which made it hard to do relaxing, sounded like a jackhammer. Then our hotel room mini fridge started making noise around midnight and we got almost no sleep to be woken up at 5AM by noisy neighbors. The water park closed down which then resulted in everyone flooding the 1 pool and hot tub, which wasn’t the hotels fault, but made the experience that much worse.

Our ceiling was soaked - it looked like condensation built up on the ceiling and it was slowly dripping all over the room in various areas. We contacted staff and they said they would look into it. Had there not been that issue, we would not have had a complaint but this was just disappointing.

The report was beautiful but I think staff needs some work. At the pool bar, the bar tender didn’t seem to know the drinks and tried to over charge a few times. We went to breakfast in the morning and there was ridiculously moldy pastries in the glass, so we passed on breakfast.
I’d go back for the environment but the care that was there with the Cape Coder is definitely gone.

I did not understand why I was charged a resort fee. Many of the extras were available to anyone who walked through the doors.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The majority of the staff was nice and welcoming. The waterpark was a lot of fun, and the land shark is reasonably priced. However there are a few things that could be improved. There was some staff that just seemed irritated everytime I asked a question (which wasn’t often). The water was freezing even though it’s advertised as heated. My 4yr old couldn’t even get into the kiddy area because that was like ice water. They don’t explain where anything is so you’ll spend a good portion of your time walking around trying to find where everything is and no one seems to want to help. My daughter got sick and we needed new sheets (I would have put them on myself) and they were taking their sweet time to get around to us so we ended up walking till we found someone to come with new sheets. There are no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go to the front desk. However the lady that was working the front had to do triple duty and we felt terrible for her. It was also irritating that I had to go back everyday for our water passes. The land shark restaurant was ok food, to much sea food for people like me who are allergic. Also the staff got irritated with me when I asked for cheese for my tacos. They were to plain for me as I’m Mexican.

When we checked in we were told the rooms were adjoining, they were not and we were unable to move to another accommodation that would allow us all to stay together. The resort was incredibly clean, which is a major requirement for choosing a hotel. Also, the attention to detail regarding decor in each guest room and all around the resort was next level and very fun. My one negative was there was no clear signage for the fitness center which was difficult to find and we had to ask several staff how to find it. Overall, great place.

Indoor pools/kids pool was very cold for our grandchild to be in. Asked the supervisor twice about the temperature and nothing was done about it. Pool remained too cold to enter for our whole stay there (3 days). We were also told we could not enter any of the pools without a child safety device on the baby yet we saw several other parents holding their infants in the pools. Very unfair to not allow us to be in pool without a device but others were ok and lifeguards did not say anything to them. We have decided not to revisit this hotel in the future since the cost of using the water park - which we could not use with a baby and frustration of what happened is not worth our stay. We will not recommend this hotel to our family/friends with under 1 years olds.

Went here last weekend with my wife and 2 boys.
Let’s start with the “water park” that costs $50 per person… it has 2 slides, a lazy river, and a very small kiddie area. This was the main reason we booked this trip and the water park is VERY UNDERWHELMING…
There is no where to actually swim… The kids stayed for 15 mins and then asked to go to the outside pool…

Food- food is TERRIBLE and OVERPRICED.. eat elsewhere. It’s also a joke that a $500 a night room doesn’t come with breakfast… the breakfast buffet is terrible… powdered eggs and cold pancakes.. not worth the price. Go offsite for ALL of your meals.

The one nice part of the trip, but then again it was $500 a night. Rooms were new and clean. Beds were comfy and the room was great.. worth $500 a night? No, but still the highlight of the trip.

Staff- the maid staff was awesome and everything was very clean.. front desk again horrible… they placed multiple $600 holds on my card (double the amount of the stay) and no one would help me. I was told the finance person would call me back multiple times, but never did.

Outside pool- again you get charged $15 a person…..
Pool is nice, life guards are nice, but the pool is very small and got VERY crowded. Same for the hot tub.
All drink are $15 by the pool too!

Overall- this place is not worth the money. Food is inedible and the water park is a joke for $50 a person…. Customer service is horrendous as well.
They nickel and dime you every chance they get.

Waitress at restaurant was horrible. Sarcastic and lazy. Manager was great. Addressed all our issues. The number one worst issue is allowing day passes to people. This is a terrible violation of the trust from your paying customers especially allowing them into the outdoor pool. There were six people in the hot tub with their clothes on! No supervision, nobody checking room keys. The outdoor pool should be off limits to everyone but paying hotel guests. The room was excellent. Even trying to get to get a coffee in the morning was impossible. You have serious problems with the restaurant staff. Nobody was around to seat us. Allowing people who are not guests of the hotel to wander around is a deal breaker for me coming back.

The property was clean and included all the amenities. I like that the bathroom had a double sink vanity and the shower was nice. The property had firepit with chairs and it was to make smores when we were there. The bartenders at the bar were all nice and the margaritas excellent.

What I didn't like was that when I booked on-line, I was led to believe that I was paying extra for a pool view. When I arrived, I found out that the view was of an INDOOR waterpark with no outside view. Because I was on the first floor, there was no privacy so I kept the curtain closed. This was a definite disappointment. I will not pay extra for \"pool\" view again.

We arrived early to enjoy the water park before check-in, understanding that, since it was a Sunday, an early check-in for our one-night stay might not be possible. When we checked in at 4 PM, we were assigned a room that was already occupied, which was a bit frustrating after a long day. However, overall, we had a great time, especially the kids, who found plenty of activities to enjoy. Dinner was delicious, and the s'mores by the fire were a lovely addition. The property itself was recently renovated and very clean, which enhanced our experience.
