Our room (2qn) was one of the best smelling rooms ive ever been in! Clean, great view (3rd floor), convenient to downtown, and the harbor! Staff was very friendly. Price was very fair given the amenities. Breakfast was awesome! I will definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed at another hotel last year for three times the amount per night and that room was literally falling apart. My son definitely e joyed the pool. The entire staff was great! The rooms were completely different from the other Inns- clean, freshly painted, the mattresses were not “sink in cause used for 100years”, clean carpet. First time I felt safe to sleep on the mattresses, in the beddings, step on the carpet with the socks. The breakfast wasn’t “ wide variety “ typ BUT it was enough AND not cheap variety…. We saw the stuff to measure the quality of the pool at least 3x during our 1 night stay. Pool is very clean and without that strong chlorine smell… Happy to come again

The remote control for the TV didn't work so I had to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work so I had to call the hotel from my phone to reach the front desk. The first person I spoke to about it said, yeah, a lot of them (phones) don't work. The next guy I spoke to sent up a new phone immediately along with a new remote.

Stayed at the Hyannis Travel Inn on Wednesday and loved it! Patrick and the front desk team were welcoming and even helped us safely store our bikes—Patrick, an avid cyclist, shared great trail tips too. The rooms are clean, parking is easy, and the location is perfect.
We also met the owner, Liam Monaghan, who was warm and genuine—clearly proud of his staff’s hospitality. The “super” continental breakfast offered everything from bagels and Danish to yogurt and cereal.

This was a great hotel with a friendly staff. When the front desk attendant asked if we could use extra towels, and we told them yes. The towels were already in our room by the time we went to get our luggage and go to the room. The attendant also asked if we needed help with our luggage. It was also very close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

I cannot say this enough: the people were amazing. So caring, so kind, so helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was so convenient and the location was perfect to get to Main street for some shopping and all the restaurants. The only negative I will give is that I am a side sleeper and the beds were very uncomfortable for me. I was tossing and turning all night and my shoulders were pretty sore when I’d wake up.
