The water park closes so early. 6pm. And the arcade is also only open till 8 pm. Your on vacation you would like to have things to do and not have to retire at 6 because it's closed... The hotel was ok. Kind of small rooms . I don't think it's worth the money you pay which was another issue.i only paid a week or 2 before but the day I arrived the price was 7$70.00 cheaper on Expedia which is Expedia fault not the hotel. But overall I would give it a 3 out of 10. Maybe a 4

Its a family resort, i exoected some noise, however it felt like they were in my hotel room and that lasted until 11p. I could live with that but to be awakened at 7a, by the neighbors children knocking on our door was horrible and that hapoened three times in a span of thirty minutes

Overall my family was satisfied with the stay and really enjoyed the water park. The water park is open to the public along with having the option to purchase a season pass so it can get really busy. In my opinion I feel it could have been overpriced. They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides.

The water park was amazing. I have 0 complaints regarding the water park and i would definitely bring my family back. The hotel was another story. I was on a first floor and the person above me was walking around and banging things all night. Also the room smelt moldy among other smells. The beds were good I was comfortable in that regard.

No frills, clean accommodations.. Ping pong tables, corn hole, and picnic tables on property were a great amenity. Staff was truly lovely. our night at the hotel also included free passes to mini golf (so much fun). However, water park was freezing and kids really weren’t able to enjoy that part of the park due to the temperature of water. Unfortunately, indoor pool was also a bit murky during our stay. Would recommend the hotel, for short stay if kids are really interested in the inflatable and waterpark.

Unsafe feeling staying here, clearly someone tried to break into our room and the door was never replaced/ you could see the light coming into the room - didn’t bother me once asleep, just uneasy feeling… it’s a $500 a night room rental fee with two full beds, it’d be nice if the room came with a microwave or how about two complimentary adult beverages or something for the adults shelling out buckets of cash at this tiny slice of heaven in the cape- feels like now w/a parking charge, it’s taking advantage a bit of the people that have supported this place since it first opened (like our family)… a LITTLE goes a long way-

You are paying 3 or 4 start prices for 1 or 2 star facility at best. Price gauging. I guess that’ goes the rest of Cape Cod. The water park was nice, however, you can see that the bottom of the pools is dirty and needs super cleaning especially underneath the water playground.

The rooms were very small, cleaned to most people's standards, but definitely not sparkling clean. It was basically just 2 beds and a bathroom, very crowded and extremely loud at night. Kids running around, banging above us and next to us, it was hard to sleep there with 2 smaller children (ages 6 and 3). It was however, convenient to go to the water park and inflatable park each day of our stay. Unfortunately we did not know if we booked through expedia we would not receive a day pass for the day of our checkout to the water park and inflatable park, whereas if you booked through their site you would. So that was a big disapppointment. The hotel staff was friendly upon check-in. The bartender at the bar at the water park was very pleasant as well. The parking attendant (bald head, older gentleman) was yelling at people where to park, very brash, mean, and not friendly whatsoever. He gave us a bad first impression off the rip with his extremely rude, uncalled for attitude. The water park and inflatable park were very clean, well taken care of and all in working order. There was lots to do for the kids and they had a great time. The flow rider was awesome and the swim up adult bar is a nice touch escpecially if you have older kids that can go off on their own and you can enjoy it! We will definitely go back to the water park and inflatable park, but probably will not stay at the hotel.

I found the water park and area very nice, safe enough for the kids to be on their own while catering to the adults as well. There were many options for drinks and activities, snacks as well.
What I didn't like was the room, it was very clean and cleaned daily but we stayed in the section with the 3 beds and there wasn't a chair, table or anything in the room. A small dresser, mini fridge with a microwave on top and that was it. No mirror except in the bathroom so it was bare minimum. The beds are all full sized and that makes it uncomfortable for some adults.

I like the fact that the park tickets come with your stay. The hotel is either right behind the park or a few blocks down. My family and I stayed in the rooms further away from the park. I like that the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was included with the stay as well. The kids enjoyed both parks. There are adult drinks for purchase located in the park. I definitely recommend the strawberry margaritas. Overall, I would definitely return for a longer stay.

The water park and jumping fun zone is really fun. The arcade offer a lot of prizes. We got about $20 worth of toys for $20 token. The hotel rooms are ok. Also offer smaller indoor swimming pool. Family hotel room offer 3 beds and sleeps 6 ppl. If you have a lot of kids definitely worth your money.

Cute for a one night stay! Traveled with my family of 6 and had the family room on the opposite side of the park! About 4-5 minute walk on a main road after a long day at the park with 4 kids made it a bit challenging since we were all wet and cranky kids at that point!

Dirty washcloths on floor in bathroom. Ring in tub we had to clean. Bugs of some kind that bit us during night. Only 1 armless office chair in room for 6. No blankets on bed. All they did to make a \"family room\" for 6 was to remove the closet and trade the 2 queen beds for 3 fulls. When housekeeping had not made an appearance by 4pm, we left a day early. Nobody in the office cared about that.

Propery was family friendly. Loved that the stay came with park passes for everyone for the park at the property, for every day of stay. Staff was friendly. The couple things that i think would make thisbstay better would be tthe cleanliness: there were some corners and spots that were not clean; the toilet: our toilet moved each time it was sat on; breakfast: continental breakfast was included, however there was not much selection. Two cereals, two choice of bagels, english muffins, and gas station mini muffins/danish. Two years ago we stayed very similar property and their continental breakfast included eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc. Overall fair priced, family friendly property.

We had a great time when we stayed at the Cape Cod Inflatable Park!. Even though we live here on the Cape, I took the grandkids on a Mini Vacation to the water park and we spent the night! I can't say enough good about the whole experience. It was clean, service was great, park was a lot of fun and the employees were friendly! It was a fun filled day and night!

The room is another story. First there was mold on the windows and the sink was falling apart. The bathroom door was half painted and the bathroom shower ceiling was stained. The floors were gross and dirty. The bathroom door also had about an inch of dust on top of it. If you expect to sleep early forget it! The walls are paper thin and if you have someone above you it sounds like a stampede of elephants over your head. The stomping around didn’t stop till after 1am both nights I stayed there! The park really needs to put some money into its rooms instead of the park. Truly disappointed and not worth the crazy money I paid for the room!
The room is another story. First there was mold on the windows and the sink was falling apart. The bathroom door was half painted and the bathroom shower ceiling was stained. The floors were gross and dirty. The bathroom door also had about an inch of dust on top of it. If you expect to sleep early forget it! The walls are paper thin and if you have someone above you it sounds like a stampede of elephants over your head. The stomping around didn’t stop till after 1am both nights I stayed there! The park really needs to put some money into its rooms instead of the park. Truly disappointed and not worth the crazy money I paid for the room!

It was nice. Very family friendly so obviously it's kind of loud and crowded. Our beds in room 4 are up against the wall where the outside stairs are and it sonds like elephants are going up and down evey time. I'd move the beds to the interior wall. Other than that it was fine for a quick fun family trip!

The park does not have an area to take a shower for after you finish playing especially when the room is not available you also need to have the larger menu with more different food ... to finish in the cabin area you need to finish the ones that are not They have electricity, a fan to finish fixing the area of the entrance of the lazy riverbank because several adults and children fell to the floor because the entrance was slippery ... but the park in general was nice I would return again ... The water park was right behind our room so it was easy to walk back and forth. The room was small, but clean except for the the extra blankets provided in the room. It was located on Main Street, so it was easy to get to restaurants and other tourist sites.

We arrived early because you can use the water park before check in. We were told to come back at 3 to check in. We did this and were given our key but told they were very short handed. That our room would be ready in about 45 minutes. We decided at that time to go grab a bite to eat. We came back about 90 minutes later, opened up our door and the room hadn't been touched. It was still dirty from the last guests. We went back to the desk and they gave us another room. When we got to that room it was still being cleaned. We didn't want to bother anyone else so we went back to the water park until it closed at 6. When we went to our room then it was finally ready. I would like to say that everyone was very apologetic and courtesy. Obviously they were very short handed. My son also had a great time in the 2 parks.

We actually left 24 hrs earlier than when our reservation ended because we couldn't sleep in the conditions of our room or this park. We slept on our towels on the bed - not in the bed, would not shower, and definitely did not walk on floors with bare feet. The screens on our windows were ripped and we felt very unsafe. Illegal substances could be smelt the entire time were were here (24hrs) and the pool area would have been much better if there weren't used bandaids laying around and garbage. Extremely disappointed!

The parks are very nice and fun for both kids and adults in my opinion. The only thing that needs to be improved is the rooms, especially the bathrooms. They are old and also very tiny. We had 2 rooms and both of their bathrooms were in a bad need of an update.
