The room was extremely outdated and not at all like the pictures on line. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The bathroom door did not shut unless it was physically lifted. The hot tub was filthy and I needed to spend my own money on jet cleaner. The other rooms around me were exceptionally loud and staff is in another building. The vending machines were broken or unfilled.

The service was not very good – there was a lack of friendliness and the staff were not very welcoming. The room did not seem clean; when we opened the bed we found hair on the sheets, and when we went to take a shower there was a small USED towel hanging on the curtain. There were also two holes in the floor near the wall that we had to cover with paper because we were afraid of what could come out of them.
They said there was a vending machine, but it was completely empty, so we had to go out to buy something to drink. The cleaning around and inside the bathtub could have been much better; it looked like there were caulking residues, and especially the mirrors were dirty.
The experience could have been better—especially since we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and drove three hours to get there! They definitely need to improve both customer service and cleanliness, urgently!!!

I don’t even know where to start. We stopped here for one night on the way to celebrate my girlfriend‘s birthday. First of the hallway smelled like a sewer plant. Then once we get into the room, I had noticed the ceiling had been flaking, and the Jacuzzi tub was full of paint flakes. Turn the jets on with a little bit of water. Looks like the Jets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time fast forward to about 1 AM. It was a pleasure being woken up to a couple next-door having sex and it was extremely loud with music being played. I called and complained three times. It never stopped then I woke up the next morning and I have picture proof of paint flakes all over my bags and Coute definitely an interesting experience. three times. We have come here twice a year for several years. This past summer we felt it was going down hill. This stay, will be our last. Staff support was severely lacking. The ice machine was not working the entire time we were there. They kept saying they fix it, but they did not. We bought a bag of ice every day, on our own from the local market.
The room temperature was too hot, then too cold. The water had to run for a minimum of 3-5 minutes to warm up enough to shower. There was a leak in the bedroom window area. The inside sill had puddled water on it from the snow/rain. It was a huge disappointment. We won't be back.

The room was dirty, toenail clippings on the floor. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, and the jacuzzi tub plug was sitting on the side of the drain. People on either side of us were having a loud party and the hallways smelled of marijuana . I asked for extra towels(jacuzzi suite) and was told to go to the front desk. Complained about the loud neighbors and jacuzzi tub not draining and was dismissed by the front staff. And when I say partying, we could hear it through the walls and feel it in the door. Got a “Oh, we’ll look into that.They moved us to another room to only be disturbed at 9:30 by maintenance asking if they check if there are any leaks in our tub. We were both naked trying to enjoy our evening. There hasn’t been a single moment were we could relax here. Drove over an hour for a night away to put up with this b.s. We should’ve just stayed home with the kids. At least there we would’ve dealt with far less BS.

The stay was exactly what we needed. The room was ok clean but not what you would have expected and when you first walked in the room looks fantastic but once you turn on the lights and start to settle in things changed. All the dressers handles were broken off and placed in the drawers. The chairs on the jacuzzi room were all falling apart or broken. The sheets were inside out we had 1 towel for the jacuzzi to share. They said we would get robes in the closet but we had none ans so on. Its To much to write but we made the best of it as best we could.

Also, apparently now anti-slip on the floor. I suffer a fall in the shower causing bruising and pain to my right hip and buttocks. Asked if they had a Handicap room, they do not, not one in the whole motel. Seems to plenty of room to enlarge the shower and add some safety rails or other safety/handicapped equipment. Also, the exterior doors, although had key access modules, did not lock.. leaving the interior of the hotel wide open to the general public, this does not give a sense of security. .. worse it does not provide any level of security to your room and therefore your family.

I didn't like that someone painted over the jet adjusters for the jacuzzi. The switch in the tub to change to take a shower was broken it seemed wouldn't work properly. Also noticed tiles in the hallway were loose. TV reception was very spotty with limited channels. WiFi was also terrible, came in and out throughout my stay.

Relatively large room. Slept well. Seemed like an older property which has been cobbled together into a large 2-story U-shaped hotel complex. Bummed that there were no elevators. The night we arrived, there were some strange people wandering around the parking lot; not sure if they were other guests or what, but none of them approached or bothered us. Two surprises on arrival: an $8.50 \"resort fee\" I had to pay onsite and hadn't expected (but I went back and found it was in the fine print and the total was still what I expected), and a busful of senior citizens that kind of temporarily took over the entrance of the building. In the morning, we were greeted by the sound of gulls of other shorebirds outside, but guess that's part of the Cape Cod charm. We picked this place for our first night at Cape Cod because our plane to Boston arrived relatively late and this hotel has 24/7 desk service - that worked out well.

Could not get the internet to work with their WiFi. Stayed four nights and it worked the first night, but not the next three. Also, their TV system is wacky. It appears they have a dish system and the entire viewing experience interrupted shows constantly with freezes. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice fridge and coffee maker. Shower was excellent and was a walk-in. Nice, clean towels and facecloths. The front desk people are robotic and short on personality. Upon arrival I was charged a $34 resort fee that they said was not included in the hotels.com offering. This has never happened before and I have been using hotels.com for years.

I stayed on an overnight prior to my trip to Nantucket. I went to shower in the morning and shower didn't work. I was unable to shower prior to engaging on a very important annual event. I do not feel I should pay for a hotel that I could not take a shower.

You can tell this hotel was once a great place to stay, however it’s been cheaply remodeled and is now just basic. Expedia pics make it look much better than it is. One night was ok here, but don't recommend a longer stay.

Our room was clean. There was a specific smell in the room. You could smell it when you come back from outside. The first floor of the hotel smells like weed. The second floor smelled a little better. The swimming pool was dirty, it had a lot of dirt and debris swimming in it. Nobody was swimming. We stayed in the older part of the hotel in the regular hotel suite with 2 double beds. There was no food in the hotel, no restaurant, no bar. Make sure you buy some snacks and bagels for breakfast. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops near by. Plenty of parking. We came there with 2 cars. The hotel is very conveniently located but needs to be cleaner.

Room we stayed in was recently renovated. While clean, the shower leaked water every-time we used it, meaning there was a constant puddle in the bathroom. Bed was comfy and clean. Maid service was prompt and efficient. Wifi is open access. There are no Smart TV connections. I asked the manager why TV wasn’t connecting to my phone and that on the website it stated they had Smart TVs available, to which he responded that they did have the TVs but that they weren’t connected to the wifi (LOL!) and that our best bet was to watch live TV, which is glitchy and blurry. Not a turn off, just a funny Overall the location is great since it is about 2 min from Main St and has plenty of parking.

The room and hallways felt poorly maintained, with peeling paint and a dingy atmosphere that made the stay less inviting. We were especially disappointed to find the Jacuzzi dirty and the shower dispensers empty. Parking was also concerning, though signs warned unauthorized vehicles would be towed, we never received a parking pass, raising doubts about whether non-guests were taking up spaces. Considering the price, the overall experience felt average and underwhelming.

Dirty hallway. Bugs in the ceiling light. Chocolate on the bed. Holes and stains on the bedsheets. Missing cover on the TV remote. Lack of outlets in the room. Terrible lighting by the sink. I’m sure I’m missing some things, but I ended up going to get a can of Lysol spray that’s how bad it was. Don’t recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.
