The room appeared poorly maintained and in unacceptable condition, with significant deferred maintenance. There was visible water damage, cracked marble around the sink, rust in the bathroom, chipped paint, and damaged doors. Overall, the property was in extremely poor shape and far from what one would expect from a “spa hotel.”
Parking policies were unnecessarily strict and confusing, adding to the frustration. The photos advertised online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. This is easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I would not recommend booking this property.

Overall this was wonderful 2 day stay fo myself and my husband. The hotel is located close to everything. The pool was warm and enjoyable! Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and coffee was pretty good. This was an enjoyable weekend.

We had two days of trouble with our room keys not working. It was addressed by staff but an inconvenience to us. The desk chair (only one chair in room) made it inconvenient to anyone else trying to get by when occupied. The dining area for breakfast was also not accommodating. The tables present didn’t have enough space to sit under comfortably. Think measure twice and then order the seating wasn’t observed?

The property was a bit run down looking. Staff was helpful. Exercise room equipment was in sub par shape if not broken. The room was ok but not updated, clean enough but could have used a good scrub of the floor and bathroom. All in all just ok.

The pool area was nice…the indoor pool warm… only thing to know .. is there is no elevator and always get a pool side 1st floor with patio particularly on west entrance … we stayed in room 108 and I would request that same location if I returned. Tipped housekeeping $5 each morning… room was kept very very clean each day

The staff is wonderful but the property felt rundown. Pool tiles broken around the property, hair in the hot tub, and just families grilling like it’s a state park. The bathroom ceiling is coming apart with a ton of water damage and the balcony door doesn’t lock. The breakfast was something I’d be comfortable passing on. Beds were comfortable. But the hallway light is so bright and filters into the room. I had to book very last minute or else I would have stayed somewhere else. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store and the beach.

Room 134 was extremely disgusting, the floor needed a thorough scrub down. The shower seat in room 134 was falling off the wall. Mold and mildew in room 134 shower. Room 250 had unresolved plumbing issues whereby the water wouldn’t go down the shower drain. I called twice to have the drain in room 250 fixed and that never happened. Spiders and bugs in both rooms 134 and 250. Housekeeping was rude and knocked on the door way too early before checkout time at 9 AM and then again at 10 AM on the day of checkout. Checkout time is 11 AM. I had to remind housekeeping of these policies. Front desk
Personnel needs to have their manners adjusted. I strongly believe a credit should be issued for the well over $2000 I spent on a five day stay. For the record, I checked out at 11:02 Am. I will never again stay at the all seasons resort again unless the above issues are resolved and some form of refund is issued for all of the aforementioned issues. We had an issue on the sliding door that gives access to parking. I brought to the front desk person in the morning and in the evening they were already finishing fixing it. Hotel lacks a few things: breakfast can be more diverse with more food options, simple requests like extra pillows and towels were never fullfiled and also doesn’t provide laundry bags. Overall staff experience really chill and great.

This hotel was fine. Our kids liked being able to choose between the indoor and the outdoor pools. The breakfast was fine - hot eggs and sausage each day along with waffles, toast, pre-packaged pastries, and juice. The room was clean. Staff barely interacted other than at check-in, but they were nice. The room was moist... maybe just chilly, but felt a little damp sometimes. The location was convenient.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend. I have to post multiple reviews because I am not given enough characters to properly relay my experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing from the moment I arrived. There were two major issues right off the bat. First, the smell in the lobby was overwhelming and extremely unpleasant. It was a strong, rancid odor poorly masked by an excessive amount of air freshener, which made me feel physically ill.

Second, the front desk staff was shockingly rude. Before I even had a chance to speak, I was cut off with a curt, \"If you're looking to check in early, no rooms are ready.\" Not even a basic greeting like \"hello\" or \"welcome\"—just immediate attitude, which set a very negative tone. When we got to the room, it was clear that the hotel is extremely outdated. Referring to it as a \"resort\" is a real stretch. While it was relatively clean, the overall condition was poor. The bathroom hadn’t been updated in what looked like decades, and there were noticeable stains in the shower/tub.

The bath towels provided were comically small—barely larger than a bath mat. I tried calling the front desk to request additional towels, but no one answered. When I walked down there in person, I found a staff member present, which makes me wonder if the call was simply ignored.

I took my boys to the cape for a few days and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the resort. Beds were clean and comfy. Breakfasts were good. The pools were open and fun and there was a hot tub. It was close to everything and there was an ice cream shop within walking distance that we visited two nights in a row. Great stay!

NEVER AGAIN AWFUL EXPERIENCE

This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The pool and jacuzzi where unable to be used by adults the jacuzzi which is supposed to be for adults where being used by underage children 7-8 year olds jumping in and out of the jacuzzi like animals. Kids running and screaming in the hallways until late hours in the night. I spent 600 for me and my family to enjoy this hotel I was unable to do so was a complete waste of money.

This is a very nice hotel. I didn’t like all the kids in the hot tub in the pool area. Kinda ruined it for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary. Mostly in the room because of all the kids and the parents that didn’t monitor them. I didn’t even see staff enforcing the rule of 16 and under can’t be in there. Very disappointing.

The rooms are very clean and apparently newly remodeled. They are small however. I had 2 queens and a bit tight. Nice area. The staff at the desk when I arrived, specifically the female who was training/assisting the other staff member needs to tone it down. I walk in with a walker and she simplay proceeds to assign me a room on the second floor. I ask if there is an elevator and she says No. I have 2 teenagers with me and was now becoming nervous that we could not stay there. I had no idea it was not handicap accessible on floor 2. She immediately barks \"no reason to be rude\". I was in no way rude and told her that. Pretty bad when two teens raise their eyebrows and go on about how rude she was and so forth.

The pool and hot tub was nice. Not a fan of having it in full view of front check-in lobby. The continental breakfast was far less than we expected. The fruits looked wilted, and not fresh. Great place to stay if you want to stay at a daycare. Kids playing hockey in the halls, so many kids breakfast was hopeless, brats. Pool was off limit cause there was a gazillion kids in it. Don’t sleep in a downstairs room and you will need heavy duty earplugs because you can literally hear people taking a crap in the rooms around you.
