We stayed for two nights in October, and the weather was cloudy and rainy, so we didn't spend time in the pool or at the beach. We did have a beautiful oceanfront view, and a very nice deck which we would have used had it been sunny and warm. The room, with a small kitchenette was clean and comfortable. There were some maintenance issues which needed attention: front crank out window was open when we arrived and it took two people, one outside and one inside, to close it. The toilet needs a new flapper valve, runs continuously, the kitchen electrical outlet didn't work, so we moved the coffeemaker into the bathroom vanity area, the door lock needed lubricant, which maintenance took care of as soon as we asked. All in all we had a very nice stay, all things considered!

The room was dirty and rundown. No curtains on the bedroom window, so in the AM the early sunlight woke you up by 6 am. Cords on the floor that connect the TV hanging and are connected to a power extension cord, which we tripped over a safety hazard. Found a water bottle under the bed by the nightstand. Carpet was not vacuumed when we checked in, water was dripping all night from the bathroom tub and we found a \"roach\" weed by the heating vent. Window blinds broken and there was not ocean view as shown online. I will be uploading photos on my account

Great location, nice sized room, beach beach beach. Kitchenette came in handy. Only issues; toilet would not flush. We would have to take the back off & use thongs to flush. We reported the issue, maintenance came, but the toilet was never resolved. The sofa sleeper needs to be replaced. Terribly uncomfortable. Bar staff was amazing. Housekeeping was daily. Front desk manager came off rude. When I reported the toilet issue - she wasn’t apologetic & made it seem like we broke the toilet - 3 adults, 2 kids & a broken toilet for 3 out of the 5 days unsanitary. Loose nails in the wood floor boards on bottom level hallway. Almost cut a toe. Property could use a little TLC & front desk a little customer service training.

I liked the location but not my room. We were on the first level and there was a second door in the back that the pad lock didn’t work which I didn’t realize u til at night when we were going to sleep and the office was already closed . Also there was a plunger right next to the toliet that we needed to use several times which tells me they are aware there was a possible plumbing issue but just put us in there anyways .

The good: location to beach, outdoor lounges & umbrellas and nice staff to assist, outdoor bar, pool, chairs and very clean. Kitchen clean and well equipped.

The bad: carpet in room old and very musty smell, upholstered chair stained and smelly, decor dreary, other things rusty and dingy. Downstairs room with kids and adults running around above - too noisy.

Housekeeping was excellent. The ice machine was broken but the had a cooler of ice that you could use instead. It’s a somewhat secluded location so it’s not noisy. They have a private beach and provide beach chairs. Walkable to several restaurants and a short drive to Harwich Port. The rooms are well kept and very updated. It had a full kitchen with whatever cooking equipment you needed and several containers to store food that we prepared.

The Corsair and Cross Rip resort is a great beach side vacation spot. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating.
The Deep End Cafe, which is located on premise, has a wait staff that will take your order and bring food and beverages to you on the beach.
There are a variety of restaurants close by, some within walking distance. The Sundae School is a must for ice cream lovers!
This year was the first year my family visited Corsair Resort and we feel it is going to be our annual vacation spot from now on.

We booked through Expedia a five night stay in a deluxe full ocean view room at The Corsair and Cross Rip ocean resort in Dennisport MA.
The room advertised direct access to the pool via a glass slider . Upon arrival on July14 we were told that they had closed thst direct access to the pool with a wooden gate barrier which is permanently secured. So we are not able to open our slider to reach the pool deck.
We complained and were told there is nothing they can do. We asked the manager for a reduced rate because we no longer have the room amenities we paid for and have had no response.
This was not a deluxe experience and falsely advertised amenities.

I found this resort on Hotels.com and reserved a room for three nights with my spouse. Glad I did. The resort is right on the water and a descent down some stairs to a private beach. The Deep End Cafe is looking over the water and provides good food and also service on the beach!! There is also room to bring your own food and drink on the terrace overlooking the water. The workers were friendly. Our room had two queen sized beds in it and it would have been tight with two more people in the room. The kitchenette was nice to have with the refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven. The location is also near restaurants and the Sundae School!! We walked most places or the car ride was very short. I would stay there again.

We stayed at this resort for five days and it was a good experience. We had neighbors on both sides of us. We did not hear anyone so, you had some peaceful time. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. They do have a game room, but it definitely needs some updating because even the ping-pong ball table itself looked like it was falling apart and we had to rig it up a little bit to keep the net up. There being two outdoor pools and one indoor pool is a big bonus. The hot tub on the side we were on was closed most of the time we were there, which was disappointing. If you’re going to order food and drinks, the cafe they have has very limited hours.The food was average too good I wasn’t expecting anything fantastic just something to get over to you next meal. if you’re gonna order a drink, you’re better off probably going to the bar yourself instead of having the waiter get it for you.The drinks were beyond weak. It did not feel like there was any alcohol in them and there were other guests while I was staying there said the same thing. if you’re going to charge $15 for a drink, please make sure that there is some type of alcohol in there beyond a drop. The room having its own kitchen is definitely a bonus. It came in handy for breakfast and for midday snacks or whatever else. Also there are beach chair vultures be careful lol they wake up very early and put towels on the chairs so they can call those spots. So if you are an early bloomer, get your beach chair

The hotel is clean and updated- nice bathrooms but it is vertical to the beach so no rooms are on the beach. You shouldnt be able to say 2 hot tubs on the property when BOTH are broken at peak. The pool has seen better days. we couldnt get in our room through the screen door so had to go all the way around the property to the back to come in. Our room was right at the noisy pool gate which slammed EVERY time. did NOT like the open deck to the rooms with no seperation especially with the 2 drunk guys at 9 am!!!!! We would not go back. Check out Top Mast Resort North Truro where we spent the rest of the week....

Just be careful, stipulation between “ocean view” and “ocean facing”. Ocean view rooms are family efficiencies, ocean facing rooms are upgraded with balcony and newer kitchenette. We expected a private balcony, when we booked but that was the only issue we had. Property is beautiful and staff is incredibly nice. Beach is convenient and food and drink service a major perk. We loved not having to park at a beach and lug all the stuff. Chairs, umbrellas, everything provided. Warm water and small waves for little ones. We had a wonderful vacation and are planning to book again next year!

Very disappointed with the staff at check in. We were led to believe that we had a great ocean view and in reality it was very limited. Staff told us there were no other rooms and were sold out. However a friend called and asked if there was a room available for that night and was told there was. The room description needs to be adjusted on the Expedia website. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable but the rudeness of the front desk staff put a damper on our stay. Easy beach access was a plus.

We visited two years ago and had a great time. Hot tubs and the pool bar were open, grills were by the pool for guests to use . Visited last weekend and the grills were gone , you now have to walk to the indoor pool area to use the grills, which defeats the purpose of the convenience factor . And also being able to grill on the premises was much more enjoyable . Hot tub on our side was broken until the last day, the pool was freezing (not sure the purpose of an unheated pool in mass) breakfast was no longer available in the lobby. (Back in the day they offered amazing coffee and pastries every morning for an extra cost) just an overall disappointing experience not sure if we’ll return under the new management. Still a beautiful beach and location and the rooms were clean . Beds and pillows are great.

Was placed in the Crossrip. At check-in at the Corsair, staff was kind and friendly. Room was quite small, but ok for two nights solo. What was a bit frustrating was that I had some sort of sidewalk digging and construction directly out the back of my room and had taping and painting going on directly outside (and ON) my room door. I appreciate that they are trying to do hotel upkeep, but may have made different arrangements had anyone advised of this prior to or during check-in. A bit disappointed, but again, …I understand. Just wished I was advised.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend and in the CrossRip property. It is is process of getting renovated and ready for the season so my experience is just a snapshot. Excellent location and view, and I had a value room so most likely there are some renovated rooms. Room was very dated, peeling formica in kitchenette, decor and bathroom. I could not get the hairdryer to work but I had a spare. Pool had just been opened but pool area hadn’t been power washed yet but it did have a gorgeous new area off the pool area that should be ready soon. I think I just stayed too early in the season. I would stay again, as the walkscore is good.

very clean rooms, bed were good, sea view was not so great as the pool fence is high so it hard to see from first floor, bathroom is small and toilet is lower then most toilet I found in hotels. Staff was very friendly, did not feel the Ocean View (Deluxe Ocean View) was were it should have been based on description when I was booking room. Parking is not great is your on the first floor you need to walk around building to enter room, would be great if they gave you a key to the glass sliding door to enter room from parking lot. Over all good place to stay.

The pool ,beach and front sitting area are unique..in that they are conveniently located and quiet! We felt like we had the place to ourselves!..The property is immaculate! Amenities were functional!

The only negative was the miscanthus grass landscape box that was in the parking lot! It obstructed the view for drivers to leave the lot! Aesthetics shouldn't take presidence over safety! Perhaps a smaller fountain grass would fit the lot.

The Property Owners should think about putting smart TVs in the rooms so guests can stream Netflix and other Services to the TV. The Wi-Fi was weak in our room. I didn't feel I received appropriate value for the nightly cost of the room. I don't think we will stay there again. I wish the hotel would have considered upgrading us to a better room given the low occupancy. Several missed opportunities to generate good will with this customer.

The property - and there is a lot of it - is very nice and clean. However, it needs major maintenance and facility upgrades. We stayed in the Cross Rip building with a broken dresser and crooked headboard. The room and outside building would benefit from being painted. The pool at Cross Rip and the indoor pool were well maintained, but could use a fresh coats of paint. They could also have better looking and better absorbing beach towels. As for all the employees we encountered, they were all extremely friendly.

This was our family's second year at The Corsair during July 4th weekend and would definitely return and recommend again. Our son is 4 and its perfect for what we're looking for in a Cape getaway. Both he and my husband love the water so having pool options and beach access right there is amazing. It wasn't as sunny our entire stay but it did not deter from our enjoyment of the property and surrounding areas.

The staff was very courteous providing clear instructions at check in.All smiles all the time.!So much to do at Corsair and Cross Rip Resort! 2 outdoor and one indoor pools, 2 hot tubs and a rec room and gas firepit. Along w/ beautiful beachfront at Inman Beach and safe neighborhoods surrounding the resort, walking is a great way to spend some time meditating and taking in the \" Cape Cod style\" of life.
Beautiful sunsets and pleasant fog makes it a bit damp but the daytime sun shines bright and balmy breezes blow!
The resort is open year round and there are holiday celebration events, altho the restaurant / bar is closed during off season. All the rooms have a small deck w/ plenty of ocean view; my patio was poolside w/hottub in the Cross Rip building. Chairs and lounges Everywhere! Great cleaning staff, plenty of towels Frig. and Micro in room for bringing light snacks or take home from the local restaurants. Great food on the Cape! Off season makes it quiet yet still very friendly! Just what I needed to regroup and relax in gorgeous off season weather! 4 1/2 stars!

Overall it was a great stay! We went with our 3.5 year old son, and another couple and shared a deluxe room - it was plenty roomy for us. We got in on a Tues right around lunch and our room was ready! Staff was extremely friendly. And we left on Sat morning. We were in the Corsair building on the first floor. Location was excellent and good amenities - love the bigger room fridge w/ freezer and the fact you could cook in your room! We did not utilize it much but we may do so next time. The only minor thing was they did not clean our room while we were there and I thought they would by the 3rd day. They could have come while the back door was deadbolted? I'm not sure. Prior to the 3rd day, they did stop by and check on our needs so we got a couple extra towels then, and emptied our trashes (filled up fast). I would recommend this resort and would definitely return!

Despite a nearly empty property in the fall, we were stuck in a room with no view, a very tricky entrance, and high traffic being the first room others had to pass. Our outdoor area was inside a giant vinyl fence vs adjacent to the pool, grass, or beach. The spotlight to this patio was super bright for getting an knfant to sleep. Fridge wasnt cold enough to store food and has signs asking not to adjust. Pool and hottub close at 6pm when you'll be at dinner at nearby seafood restaurants. The beach, however, is AMAZING! Chairs available, early morning walks allowed more distance onto other private beaches, awesome shells available at low tide, and quiet on the fall.

We were totally pleased with the facility and the amenities. Staff was accommodating and very pleasant. Room was very functional with a mini kitchen that had quality appliances. The bedding was extremely comfortable. We plan to revisit again for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a moldy smell to the room that we had to air out. We did bring our own cleaning products( Lysol and Clorox clean up) that definitely helped. The staff were all so nice and helpful. I can’t say enough about Ms. Bev !! The location was perfect!! Right on the beach and literally 20-60 mins away from from many of the places we wanted to go. We went from P-Town to Chatham and enjoyed every moment. The beach right outside the door was great. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as the indoor pool. All the amenities are just steps away. It was also nice to have a full size kitchen to make some meals. Especially traveling with children.We will definitely be staying there again.

Good location, poor layout.

Received a phone call after making reservation and the woman implied that we were paying more than shown. When we arrived however the balance due after the deposit made was correct. I think she just explained it in a confusing manner. Check in was easy. Due to Covid, no daily housekeeping, but they were very good at replacing exactly what we left out for dirty towels, responded to a note for extra toilet paper, and picked up bagged trash from our door. Amenities were only two small bars of soap-no shampoo or other toiletries and no facial tissues. Hair dryer, small refrigerator with microwave on top almost out of reach. Room was small and table impeded access to closet. Large screen TV but only place to watch it was from the bed. Only two straight back chairs with the table and no other place to put them. Back door led to enclosed patio but it had not been cleaned recently and there was litter on the ground, tables, chairs, and barbecue grill were all dirty. Chairs in front near pool were in better shape and that area was clean. Pool was nice but we were in shoulder season and many days they never took the cover off. Beach was right there but was difficult to see and access was down a set of stairs. Indoor pool and recreation center across street. Many games but no pieces to play in sight. Pleasant surprise they had a piano there in good working condition. I am learning to play and would would have brought some sheet music. For the money a more comfortable room was expected.
