Been to Qiu Hotel quite a few times in the past 6 months as it is close to an appointment I have every month. They know me so check in is quick, room is usually ready by noon when I arrive, Just about any shopping you want is within a 5 minute walk, as are the street vendors, massage, BTS station and movie house.

My first time staying at this hotel as it is close to a doctor I see in Bangkok, Check in was fast and I was a couple hours early for check in time. Hotel is smaller but clean and staff is great. Food is good in the restaurant and there is plenty of street food nearby. Interesting place; built in a square around a pool area in the middle. Only downfall I saw was the room was smaller than advertised on Expedia--much smaller. Not even room for a chair between the bed and desk. A beanbag chair was provided however.

The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The hotel was well located near to On Nut railway station with many shopping malls and markets close by.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
There was a good choice of both Asian food and European food for breakfast.

Although our room did not have an outside window, The room was clean, bed, linen, towels were good. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke english. Breakfast buffet was good. A little far out in that we had to take skytrain and taxis up to 1.5 hours to get to attractions. Nice clean pool.

Beware... This place looks pretty good in pictures but it leaves much to be desired in person. We should have known the price was to good to be true. It was so bad we actually checked out and went to another (much nicer) hotel. The wallpaper was cracking in long strips, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows lumpy, the room overall very dark with zero windows to the outdoors. The neighbourhood also leaves a lot to be desired. The good news is, it is right by the metro so you can get around very quickly. The metro in Bangkok is amazing (especially compared to how terriable the traffic is).

Hotel room was a little small however, the bathroom was huge. Bathroom had both a tub and a shower. The room was clean and looked modern. The bed was firm but comfortable to my tastes. The sliding glass door to room was different but a non issue. No windows in room but didn't matter to me personally. Pool was nice and was never crowded during my stay. There are no English channels on the T.V. just Thai, Chinese, and Indian. I come to a city not to watch tv in room so it was a non issue. 5 min walk to the On Nut bts station which was awesome. There is a 7/11, Super C, and a Mall walking distance to hotel. I had to pay extra for an early check in but I was so tired from long flight I didn't care. Overall, I thought this hotel was great and would stay there again due to Location, Rooms, Friendly staff, and price. -

Property was in a good location near the BTS Station, although there aren’t a lot of great restaurants or fun areas nearby. A nice central pool to relax by and a billiards room. Definitely get the poolside room! The restaurant was even pretty good! You got a bargain rate on Expedia, but I think it can get fairly expensive during the weekends or peak season.

Cosy place. Had a free upgrade. Staff were friendly and helped us bring our luggages up the room. However the housekeeping is good but not fantastic as they are not responsive when asked for extra pillow. And did not help to fold our messy clothes on the bed. Otherwise, all is great!
Tip: uber/grab in bkk is cheap hence proximity to BTS may not be of priority. As we find ourselves cabbing most of the time.

Stayed in ground floor near pool. Clean Room, quite small, really just a bed. Good size shower and toilet. No where to sit outside room and lacked a private feel. Great restaurant next door and Thai BBQ across the road. Starbucks coffee 2 minute walk away next to sky train. Reasonable breakfast and good prices in hotel. Decent pool and gym facilities. Staff were a mixed bag, most were friendly and helpful. Great part of the city I thought.

Value for money & great access to public transport

The staff were helpful and the rooms were surprisingly larger than expected. Breakfast is rather disappointing as the variety is rather limited and very Thai-orientated.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is that it is close to the public transport system especially the overhead-train (which is literally 2-minutes walking distance away). Once you figure out the transport network, it is easy to connect anywhere and get to wherever you need to. Bear in mind that this location is not in Bangkok central per se, so you will have to pay extra for public transport like taxi/ tuk-tuk as the traffic is nightmarish and you can expect to wait for upward of 2 or more hours for a few km's if you get caught in traffic - familiarise yourself with the public transport rail system, it's fast; punctual; safe; reliable and saves you time! Especially if you're trying to make the most of your time.

Great room and great service

Overall it was an amazing stay the room is very clean and spacious and the service is great. The bed is comfortable and all our requests were fulfilled even our request for a connecting room. The food is great really delicious. The only downside in our stay is bad internet connection, at times the connection is good and often times there is no connection but when we call the front desk they immediately send someone to fix it which is great but well it is much better of you don't have to always call for the wifi to be fixed.
I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come back to bkk

Very nice hotel and steps to the BTS

We only stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy with our stay. Nice pool, good food. 7/11 just down the road. The BTS is just a short walk up the street witch will get u pritty much anywhere u want. We took it the first night to kosan Rd then our last night the the amazing Chatuachuk weekend market, thats a must see. There is also a pritty cool mall just down the road as well with good food at very cheap prices. The hotel staff r so nice. They helped us with anything we needed and were very happy to do so. Thanks so much

felt unwelcome to stay here

This stay was the end of our Honeymoon so we paid for a Poolside room which was a mistake. Surrounding the pool everyone congregated to smoke so as non smokers were could not leave our room door open. Right outside our room we were greeted by a large pot full of cigarette butts which stank. It seems to have been cleared once in our week stay. The pool room was really just ground floor access but would rather be higher away from the stink of cigarettes.
Breakfast was included in our stay but unless you were there early don't expect much as it seems that breakfast is supplied from a budget and popular things run out quickly. One one occasion we had an accident with a coffee cup. Due to the stacking technique of cup on saucer they were very unstable when collecting on the low shelf where they were stored. We dropped a cup on one occasion but before any attempt to clean up the break the staff rushed over and demanded we pay for the break. Other customers showed their shock at this treatment but this was the last straw. If we had not paid for a week here we would have left.
On all our travels we have never felt so unwelcome and unhappy as we were with Qui Hotel.

No complaints about this hotel. Front desk staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had new items every morning. There's an omelette station, typical western breakfast items like toast, ham, sausage, poached eggs and a selection of Thai dishes and fresh tropical fruits. Some Thai dishes can be spicy - but get used to it - you're in Thailand now.
Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, small fridge, hidden safe and a TV (although TV has mainly local Thai channels). There was a DVD player in my room.
Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. My room had a bathtub and a separate shower stall with decent water pressure.
Excellent location in Sukhumvit right next to BTS SkyTrain On Nut station. TescoLotus, a giant supermarket with large food court can be accessed directly from BTS station.
Some inexpensive street food can be found near the hotel. There's a massage place right next door. Also 7/11 on the corner that's open 24/7.
If I come to Bangkok again - I'll stay here again. Excellent price and the fact that SyTrain is just a short walk from the hotel makes it a huge advantage.

Breakfast has improved from last stay with a buffet style now. Restaurant open during the day and evening. Small gym facility and beautiful pool area. Quiet side street very close to Tesco and BTS. Friendly staff. However hotel has lost some of its overall ambiance with big water feature in the center not working. Bleach should be used to clean mould build up in shower area and wall paper will need attention soon.

It's not a big brand hotel but a cozy hotel. Neighbourhoods come out to the pool side chit chatting.... drinking wine...at night, feeling comfortable. Staffs are friendly, when our taxi just arrived at the hotel bell boy quickly came out to take our baggages inside and receptions always stand up while talking to guests(so polite). I stayed here with my boyfriend and my other two couples friend, we love here so much. My boyfriend and I took a photo with the reception staff before leaving to airport, they were really nice! The first time I'm writing review so detail because it worth me to spend time writing here!

The Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit (formerly the Green Bells Hotel) is a very good value hotel located by only a 2 minute walk to the On Nut BTS Skytrain station.

The rooms are spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed. Air Con works well and the Wi Fi signal in the room is very strong.

I have stayed here on 4 visits to Bangkok and I look forward to my next visit to the Qiu Sukhumvit.

Fantastic Value for Money

My wife and I have being coming to Bangkok every year for 10 years and this is without doubt the best value for money hotel in which we have stayed. In fact we extended for an additional seven days, making a total of 17 days. Its clean, within 2 minutes of the BTS, 3 minutes to a Tesco, great food court and one minute from four massage shops. Its just out the more 'singles' area, but fast and easy reach to most places of interest.
The staff were friendly and helpful and would go that extra mile.

Comfortable hotel very close to the BTS Skytrain !

I have stayed several times at this hotel, formerly called the Green Bells Sukhumvit but now under new management.

The rooms are comfortable and represent very good value for money.

The main reason to stay here is the location close to ths OnNut BTS Skytrain station, a two minute walk away, although it takes about 15 to 20 minute ride to the city centre at a cost of 42 Baht.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

WiFi works well in the lobby but not so well in the room.

This hotel is a good value place to stay and I will return here again in the future.

This is a great hotel for the price and although not right in the heart of the city is just a BTS ride away. Sukumvit Road is busy but the Green Bells is very quiet! And there are lots of local restaurants that are inexpensive and fabulous!
