Apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff was very helpful. The only downside of the apartment is that one of the balconies (which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel) overlooked a back alley facing an old building. Thankfully, we had a large end unit that had two balconies and the other one had a better view. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Jacuzzi was cold so we did not use it.

Apartment as advertised, clean and spacious. Complimentary water bottles appreciated. The only issue - security deposit on check-in only refunded within 24h of check-out, but not immediately on check-out (which is usually the case in most hotels). Thank you for a great stay!

Very spacious! Check in and room service cleaning was excellent! Had a washer in the apartment and the dryer is down the hallway less than 10 feet, balcony was nice. Kitchen was great if you have a family and you want to heat up extra food. If you’re from the US and you’re used to big hotel rooms, I would highly recommend Norfork. It’s close to all the attractions within walking distance. No need to take a grab.
If you do need a ride to the airport or anywhere else, I would highly recommend the Grab app. I strongly recommend Norfolk! It’s a bit pricey for Vietnam. but for the room size, laundry ability and location it’s worth the money! Location is extremely safe.

Tours to Mekong Delta picked up at this hotel. We stayed 12 th floor at back of hotel and it was quiet. Staff were very nice. The air conditioner in master bedroom was a little loud when compressor kicked in. The 2 bedrooms were large. Living room was large and had a large balcony. Pool area and hot tub clean. We felt the breakfast buffet was a little pricey so we did not eat there. Restaurants in area or you can take a Grab. Overall nice stay.

My family of five stayed in a three-bedroom balcony unit with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The spacious condo allowed us to relax comfortably after our daily outings.
The breakfast was sumptuous. In addition to the buffet items, we could order continental food and local favorites (pho and banh bi) from the kitchen. The restaurant staff were always courteous and attentive.
The furnishings in the rooms are a bit dated. The water did not drain well in the shower in the second bathroom, and the added washer/dryer made the main bathroom feel cramped. A full-length mirror by the front door would be lovely. The housekeeping staff worked diligently to keep the place clean.
The lobby staff greets you warmly when you enter or exit the building. The hotel is close to many excellent world-class restaurants, and a Win market is only two blocks away.
We had a wonderful stay and plan to return to Norfolk Mansion on our next visit to Saigon.
The breakfast was sumptuous. In addition to the buffet items, we could order continental food and local favorites (pho and banh bi) from the kitchen. The restaurant staff were always courteous and attentive.
The furnishings in the rooms are a bit dated. The water did not drain well in the shower in the second bathroom, and the added washer/dryer made the main bathroom feel cramped. A full-length mirror by the front door would be lovely. The housekeeping staff worked diligently to keep the place clean.
The lobby staff greets you warmly when you enter or exit the building. The hotel is close to many excellent world-class restaurants, and a Win market is only two blocks away.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Hotels.com inadvertently double booked us-the hotel and hotels.com refused to cancel our “2nd room” and provide us with a refund. It took us 90 min to check in as the hotel was trying to force us to check in for both rooms. We were harassed every time we left the hotel and returned. The hotel room was pretty spacious, but a little dated. Room was pretty clean (we had a 3 bedroom suite). Breakfast was adequate, but below average. Area was OK-district 1.

This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment with friends at first and the a 1 bedroom appartment atferwards. The 2bd was spacious and clean the kitchen was a bonus as we were able to prepare breakfast and warm up dinners etc. The location was a bit far to walk to the centre eg Nguyen Hue as the heat gets to us but in sayng that catching a taxi only cost around $3.00 AUD..
