The jetted tub had black mold on filters and jets as well as on the shower curtain. When turning on the hot water, it took about 10 minutes to get warm. It would have been nice to have a better description of the tub, the pictures posted does not do it justice. Bed quality could be better and pillows were very flat.

It was all good, as it usually is. although, I wasn't able to get the Jacuzzi tub to work. You may want to have maintenance check it out, (though I may not have been pushing the right buttons) But all else was perfect.

SO DARN LOUD!! The 'not too high' price was not enough to compensate for the stiff, creaky bed, nor the intensely loud vehicle noise out front. TV remote wouldn't work well. Bathroom was clean, however, there was packing tape all over the top of the bathroom window- peculiar.

My flight was delayed, I called ahead to let me know. She said no problem use the night window. I rang the bell repeatedly, called in the Phone number, finally someone came out and we’re rude. Get to my room, the mattress gives way to the floor when you sit down.
Next morning, try to make coffee, coffee machine won’t work. So look up their website and they have continental breakfast so I go down to get coffee. He says There’s no continental breakfast. And asks me to show him where I read it. It’s right on the website. He at least lets me in to make a cup of coffee. Next morning, try to make coffee again, not working asked to be let in for a cup of coffee. Any argues with me that my coffee machine in my room works after about 15 minutes. He brings me a new machine. This one actually works, but he was really rude in the process.

Room smelled with funky smell, saw a dead spider near sink, seems like it was killed but the area was not cleaned, bed mattress was not comfortable, pillows were ok. My major concern is the cooler/heater in the room because the vent was dusty and when fan blew air you can imagine what I was breathing. I was so dead tired that I didn't bother to ask for a different room at 10:00 pm at night. Will not be staying here again.

The place itself is conveniently located with amenities near by. Please note the AC is very loud and keeps you awake.
Towels are old,
Toilet was unable to flush, they offered to move me as the plumbers was unavailable for sometime.
The chair in the room looked dirty, I did not sit on it.
The microwave was smelly as it looks like the last guest warmed or cooked had curry or something like that in it, and it was not clean.

I feel bad for the owners here. This property needs a MAJOR cash investment. Here is just a brief list of issues in my room durung my 2 night stay.

Terrible mattress.
Chair so stained it looks like it just came out of the dumpster.
Worn, chipped furniture.
Bedside outlet not working.
Zero water pressure in shower.
Water takes several minutes to get warm.
Water never gets hot, ever.
Room door is cracked.
Light comes in all around the room door.
Rusty exhaust fan grill.
Shower rod completely rusted.

Had to pay $229 per night in what looks to be an old Motel 6.

Im sure that this is a very tough business to make money in, and I'm sure that if the owners had the money they would fix it up. But it was just horrible. Sorry but i will not ba staying there again.

This is a motel not a hotel so I didnt have high expectations. The front desk employees were very nice. The breakfast was container juice (not individual) and cereal. Didnt have “breakfast” on site. Went to Starbucks down the street.

The property is what it is and ideal for business travelers. I found it to be clean, everything functioned well, I had no issues at all with internet or noise. It’s a 2 star property with 5 star management. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, from management to the domestics. I had to extend my stay a few times and I was accommodated with no issues. The staff is present and that adds security to the location. It was by mistake I booked here, as I tend to stay in more upscale properties, but I truly appreciated the personal consideration that the entire staff demonstrated consistently which made extending an easy decision.

Well, since you asked; - Limited front parking. - Got sized up by thuggish guy in back, where I was forced to park my truck. He was walking down the back alley and threatening me as soon as I parked and got out of my truck. Had to wait for someone in front to leave so I could park there instead, and secure my tools. - Street and commuter train noise was atrocious. Two trains every 20min? They crossed within 10 seconds of each other, right in front of this hotel. - Luke warm water for shower in a.m. - Ironing board didn't have a decent cover. (I mean, Come On!!) - TV volume was either too quiet or too loud, depending on the action. - Remote's Volume UP button wasn't working. I had to shut the TV off and on again just to get it where I wanted at that moment. - Door appears to have been kicked in as striker plate was loose, and door moulding was cracked. - Neighbors, as well as own room doors, had to be slammed to close. - Scarred my shins on the fricken corner of the bed frame, which is oddly low and wide. This hotel is permanently off my list!

The room I was given did not have a inside bar lock (illegal), there were holes all over the walls with screws poking through, the old floresent tube lighting in the bathroom was flickering non stop, there was only one set of towels for 2 people, the AC unit did not work well, the place was dirty, and smelled musty. I had booked the room for 3 nights because family was in the hospital and I only stayed one night because it was so gross. I was denied a refund for the remaining 2 nights (I even purchased the insurance). This place should not be on Expedia.

For the most part, this location was a decent place to stay. There is a train that goes by occasionally so it can get noisy. Also, there was no latch lock on my bathroom window which had no screen so it could easily be slid open. There was also some kind of live bug on the toilet paper roll with what appeared to be its severed wings not too far from it on the rill as well.

Loved the room, it was big, beautiful, and had everything in it that we needed, a nice table and chairs to eat breakfast or dinner and (the one we had at least) had a microwave and little fridge so we always had cold dronks and snacks on hand, there was also nice desk in the room which was great for getting our business done, it was really quiet which was an added bonus and led to a perfect hotel stay.

The hotel location is the only reason I’d stay again. The bed is adequate. There are no elevators. The breakfast does not look like the images on the website. No waffles or fruit. There was no remote. The one they finally gave me had never been programmed for the TV and we couldn’t get it to work. The room was quit even though it faces El Camino. The lobby is always locked but someone answers the bell.

Don’t book

The hotel was in a sketchy area and was not the cleanest hotel. The chair had stains all over it. The toilet did not flush. The TV did not work and the traffic noise from the main road was so loud I could not sleep. Definitely would not come back. At check out I was going to let them know, but nobody was at the counter and nobody would answer the phone.

The room definitely needs to be remodeled that I stayed in the bottom of the Bathroom door was all swelled up from water damage. some of the trim in the room was all beaten up and scratched or broken. Both chairs were dirty and stained with multiple stains. Gross! The bed was comfortable though.

Clean basic hotel.

Nice and clean. Basic but no elevator and we are older with bad knees and backs so getting upstairs was difficult. Ice machine was little and had no ice so we had to buy some at the store. 😢 I’d stay again but only on the first floor!
