Cheap comfortable and satisfied!!!

We chose to stay here because everything was too expensive to stay in Florence, it was a short train ride but at least a 15 minute walk and a taxi wasn’t an option, so with our big heavy backpacks it wasn’t a fun walk. One thing to mention our host was super friendly which made us forget about the walk! The room is very dated thought it was 1980s but very comfortable! Breakfast isn’t on sight but a walk across the road to a lovely bakery. Our host was really lovely just unfortunate the area is so dead! There is so much potential. We went to a Scottish themed pub only a few minutes away the staff there were very friendly especially the young boy he thought us a few words in Italian. All and all the room was very clean, staff were friendly, the people are fantastic but nothing to do there!

Bizarre experience, uncomfortable room, mosquitos

Italy is very strict about having the exact number of guests correct on your booking, which I wasn't aware of when I made my booking. Mozes, one of the managers at Eurohome, charged me nearly twice as much as current market rate when I showed up at checkin with my second guest. Please be aware of that when booking hotels in Europe!

The staff at the hotel are otherwise lively, entertaining people.

My room, however, was far from it!

The bed, which was supposed to be a queen size, was actually two twin beds side-by-side. They were extremely hard and uncomfortable (not to mention there being a huge gap in between). I did not sleep well during my stay.

The space between the bed and the wall was less than the length of my sandal (as you can see in my photos). There were also tons of mosquitos in the room, not sure why or how they got in, but I killed quite a few during my 5 night stay, though not before suffering quite a few bites.

The shower door did not close completely. There is a very loud vent in the shower that is pretty distracting as you're trying to relax after a long day (it can be unplugged, which I did do a few times).

There is no do-not-disturb sign for the door, so staff would try to open the door when it came time to clean the rooms (10:30AM).

The room itself is pretty dinghy and felt like hostel-style.

There is a bizarre practice of having to leave your room key at the front desk and ring the doorbell when you get back to be let in.

It was far from the train station and there is no bus or taxi to get to the place at a later time. You need to drive to go there. Room is okay but there were mosquitoes inside. You have to buy your water.

Don't bother.

Booked 2 nights but could only stand it for one. Room was partly under street level (room 104). There were Windows but had shutters which could not be opened so there was no natural light. More like a prison cell. Eaten alive by mosquitos as well. Strange entry system. Had to ring for the owners to let you in every time you went out. Felt like an inconvenience if you wanted to pop out for a few minutes. Wifi was good though. Tiny shower and towels completely inadequate. Would not recommend. Also a good half an hour drive from Florence so not particularly convenient.

This hotel is in SIGNA...It's 20 mins train ride from florence ( every half an hr after 9 am and every hour after 11 am)plus 1.2 km walk from station... If you got heavy luggage , u might need a taxi... Breakfast was crap... A plain croissant n coffee powder with milk powder plus kettle placed in room at ur arrival time for next day's breakfast.....and if you want more, u are advised by the reception to go out n buy extra breakfast...owner was helpful regarding the bus times to train station( hourly not on time)... So , if you have enough time ,you could choose this place... If you don't want to lose precious 2 hrs in florence in commute , you could choose a hotel nearby to train station or in florence .... There are not many restaurants open after 9 pm.., we had dinner at florence n pisa... But, was not a very bad place also as we reached in afternoon n visited pisa for half day...

Loved our stay here, a short train trip to Florence, or about one hour to Pisa. About one klm to walk to train station, or free parking at the station. Couldn't fault this hotel or the family who run it.would have to give it 9.5 out of ten

A true GEM while visiting Florence.

The guys at the front desk are absolutely out of the ordinary. The apartment is a high-class, modern piece of beauty. I'll just mention: LED lighting all around, two 50\" TV's (one of the 3D), playstation, high quality linen, very modern bathroom (with ambience music if you want), excellent amenities all in pristine shape. If you're looking for a high end quality stay, this is a great option. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Hard bed and NO BREAKFAST

the beds were hard. the towels were like tea towels. the room was on the street we heard everything/everyone who went past the front, paint and plaster was peeling off the walls, the tv was a computer monitor the rooms smelt like mold or old socks, the floor lifted the skirting boars when you stood in the wrong spot. breakfast wasnt included. NOTHING what we expected from photos advertising. a very long walk to train station. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

We did not have a nice stay at Bed and Breakfast EuroHome. There was problems with the reservation and the breakfast was not even sutiable to be called breakfast it was 1 \"old\"crossaint in the room and make it yourself tea and coffe that was it. No fresh stuff at all! You had to carry your luggage up several stairs and the sevice in the hotels was nonexisting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing like what we expected!!!

Nothing like advertised. The beds were hard and had bugs, the street noise kept us awake, the paint was peeling off the walls, the rooms smelt like mould or dirty feet, the floor boards were lifting. The location was a long walk from the train station and the towels were to thin to dry ourselves with.

Nothing like the pictures

This place was nothing like the pictures and not what we expected, it was in varing states of disrepair with paint flaking off the walls and the floor lifting in a big way with only the mat over the area to stop it being a tripping hazard. The rooms were smelly and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included at this \"bed and breakfast\", we heard everything that went past the window. There was no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs. The only plus was the staff were very nice and there was a pub close by.

Uncomfortable bed and no breakfast

Paint was peeling off the wall the floor was lifting when you walked on it. Our room smelt, there was cob webs hanging from the roof, we heard Everything that went past the hotel. The beds were unconcomfortable and two of us were bitten by bed bugs. There was no breakfast offered because we didn't book through them. The hotel was located about twenty minute walk to the nearest train station.

The owners of this little b&b are lovely, however we were not intitaled to breakfast here not sure why. We were traveling as a group of 9 and a few of us got bed bugs. And my room smelled so bad I could hardly sleep.

The pictures that are displayed for this place are nothing like the place. There is paint pealing off the walls cob webs hanging from ceiling the beds were uncomfortable, two people in our group got bitten by bed bug and the pillows were useless. The rooms smelt like mold or dirty feet, the floor was lifting so much that when you walked on one part another part of the floor would lift up and the skirting board around the edge moved up and down, it was only just attached to the wall. We heard everything that went past the window not allowing us to get much sleep and the final straw was when we were told there was no breakfast in this hotel because we booked off a web site. We all hated it and wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. But the staff were very nice and helpful

Chambre dont les volets ne peuvent être fermés ou ouverts qu'à partir d'une cour intérieure (dont nous n'avions pas l'accès : il fallait à demander à l'accueil...) . Le petit déjeuner est très maigre : 2 pâtisseries au choix et une boisson à prendre en dehors de l'hôtel à une centaine de mètres. Ce n'est vraiment pas le top : dans un bar-pâtisserie où un va-et-vient incessant des habitués du quartier viennent prendre un café.
Pour l'accès il faut sonner à l'entrée puis donner le n° de chambre pour ouvrir la porte : peu pratique !...
Par contre, la personne qui s'occupe de la clientèle est de bon conseil et serviable.

É um hotel familiar ,bem pequeno ,o check in foi ok ,porém o recepcionista não se ofereceu para ajudar com as malas com dois lances de escadas ,nos deu poucas informações da cidade …o café da manhã vc recebe um papel que dá direito a um croissant e um café na cafeteria na frente do hotel e nada mais atem disso .ha uma caminhada de 20 mim se chega ao tem que passa de z50/50 mim para estação central .pqra nossa surpresa a cidade não dispõe de táxi nem Uber ,chegamos de táxi e tivemos que arrastar malas pela cidade para ir até a estácao de trem .de táxi da estação novela em Florença até o hotel gastamos 60 euros .a cidade de sigma onde fica o hotel não dispõe de atrativo nenhum então melhor ficar em Florença mesmo

Più che un hotel la definirei una pensioncina. Il personale di servizio molto cordiale ma la struttura lasciava molto a desiderare. Mi spiego meglio:
- l'albergo è evidentemente stato \"ricavato\" in qualche maniera e si sviluppa su tre piani. Piano terra ha una piccola reception; primo piano al quale si accede con poche scomode scale, da accesso ad alcune camere ed il secondo, dopo una rampa di scale abbastanza ripida, da accesso ad altre camere.
Il mobilio è di modesta fattura ed il bagno (benché pulito) era in condizioni d'uso pessime (mobiletti economici con evidenti segni di usura, porta asciugamani non ben fissati alle pareti, ecc.) il tutto dava una evidente aria di vetustà.
Pur capendo che, trovandosi nei dintorni di Firenze, i prezzi siano quello che sono ma sinceramente penso che il prezzo sia \"fuori fascia\", anche in considerazione della zona dove è ubicata la struttura. Non avrei obiettato nulla se il costo fosse stato di € 60\70 (eravamo in tre persone ed abbiamo speso €110 con poche decine di euro in più, sui siti di ricerca, era possibile accedere ad altre strutture apparentemente di maggior pregio). Comunque la nottata è passata tranquillamente, l'acqua calda in bagno c'era, anche se penso vi fosse un'autoclave da regolare (all'inizio l'acqua manifesta chiari sbalzi di pressione ma poi funziona regolarmente).
Mi è dispiaciuto scrivere questa recensione perché il personale alla reception è stato davvero piacevole e cordiale.

Buona sistemazione

Hotel piccolo ed accogliente camera pulita e spaziosa ma un po rumorosa (almeno la nostra tripla) perchè direttamente sulla strada principale. Non ha frigo bar se avete bisogno di acqua provvedete prima. Per una notte veloce nei dintorni di firenze va piu che bene. Buona sistemazione se si viaggia con la macchina.

Majapaikka on melko kaukana firenzestä. Huoneessa haisi home. Huoneeseen piti palata viimeistään 00:30, joka oli hieman outoa, eikä se näkynyt hinnassa. Siivous ajankohta oli epäselvä ja aamuisin oveen koputettiin, muttei tapahtunut mitään. Yöpaikkana huone oli ihan toimiva mutta muuten ei. Plussaa ilmastoinnista joka helpotti kuumina päivinä.

O hotel fica a 15 caminhando do trem que leva a cidade ( 15 minutos também)
O estacinamento do hotel é na rua em uma area comercial.
