Wow, Wow, Wow!!! We stayed in this beautiful hotel on a recent trip to Sorrento. Everything about it was beyond our expectations. First, it is nestled in the heart of the charming historic district ... easy walking to everything. It is so filled with class and charm, and the staff are so very thoughtful. The room was called Romance (no numbers on the door, just Romance) ... all the rooms were sweetly named, Love was around the corner. Just another touch that made it extra special. Our room had a gorgeous balcony with a view of the water which we enjoyed tremendously. I could go on and on, but you should go yourselves!

The check Kim was wonderful,half the luggage was not put on the Swiss Air flight so we could not leave the airport for 2 1/2 hours there fore missing our organised transportation but the hotel night auditor organized another person that had already finished work for the day to come and pick us up for another 150 euros. He did a great job organising it. The hotel and staff were outstanding and the hotel being built in the 1500’s was immaculate.

This is an amazing hotel. It is a gorgeous and historic (built in the 15 century) property that is located exactly where you'd want your hotel to be, close to all the dining and shopping areas of Sorrento's old city center. Also very close to the bus and train terminal, the marina port for ferries, and the beach. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Excellent daily breakfast was included.

The Palazzo is located close to the town square and to the docks to catch a ferry to the other islands. Plenty of shops and cafes. The staff was outstanding! Kind and very helpful. Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. It was everything you'd expect in a suite and more. 2 bathrooms was ideal for 2 women travellers! The views breathtaking especially at sunset.

We were delighted with our stay at the Palazzo Marziale. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous in its old Italian style. We stayed in a very basic room and it was perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right close to the centre of Sorrento and great access to the beach and marina grande. Especially convenient to be close to the elevator down to the water for our ferry to Positano. The breakfast was very nice and there was lots of room to relax if you wished. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located at the best possible location in Sorrento. It is walking distance to anything in Sorrento from beach, to the shopping district to all the happening restaurants. The hotel is beyond beautiful and clean. They provided cleaning service to our room multiple times a day and would leave little treats on our pillows every night. The A/C in the hotel works really well which is wonderful specially when you are traveling to Sorrento in the summer months. Breakfast was ok. I think they need to be more proactive in refilling items on the breakfast buffet table. Every morning I had to ask them multiple times for different things like eggs or bread or pancakes as it would not be enough and they wouldn’t fill it up constantly. Other than that everything else was EXCELLENT.

Wonderful stay! Beds were comfortable, room was spacious. The bathroom area felt like a spa. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very helpful. The common areas are relaxing and well appointed. Loved the glass panels in the floor showing the Roman ruins below. We did not get to have breakfast as we checked out very early to catch a train to Pompei at opening time. This stay was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy. From the moment we checked in everything was AMAZING. The staff was so helpful and beyond EXCELLENT. This is an excellent small central hotel. It's is traditionally furnished but with modern bathrooms and comforts. The reception areas are beautiful. Staff at reception and breakfast could not be more helpful or charming. The breakfasts were excellent - a small choice buffet but with excellent dishes including a home made savoury torta every day, fresh pastries and excellent coffee.

A very unique property in the heart of sorrento. Walking distance from the port and piazza Tusso where all the shops and restaurants are. Also about 10 mins walk to the train station. Staff v helpful and breakfast v nice too. Only thing is that property needs some maintanence update eg some sockets not working. Beware of mosquitos, do carry a repellent of some sort. This is not specific to he hotel but is a general problem!

The location was excellent, close to the lift you can take up from the port if you’re coming by boat. Close to lots of restaurants and a great view of the sea and port.
