Overall the room was clean as well as the bathroom. The issue we had was the toilet didn’t work properly. The young man wasn’t as helpful as he could have been. We asked for ice and he gave it to us in a small cup. When we asked for more, he made some sort of an excuse that the ice maker suddenly stopped working.

Avg airport hotel in need of renovation. Limited free parking, you need to pay a garage like you were downtown rather than in the middle of nowhere. The underground garage is dirty and in bad conditions. Long line to get breakfast. Room decor is very poor.

The twin beds were small . Requested Double beds but got twin bed. Even then beds were so small that I cannot sleep for 3 nights . It is an airport hotel so requested to change every day but no help. Staff was really nasty and unprofessional. I will probably never book room with Expedia due to unacceptable and inaccurate descriptions of properties. No mini fridge or Tea making facilities in room. Th breakfast was poor with things running out and coffee machine broken all the time. Worst was beds and front office staff attitude.

Room was ok, but restaurant was closed. I booked this hotel because it's on1.5 miles to FLR airport. But they don't any shuttle (free or with fee). The desk did call a taxi for me, but the charge turned out to be 34 Euro for that sort 15 mile ride.

Very convenient to the Florence airport (30 minute easy walk). Friendly staff. The bathroom smelled awful (like sewer, even after spraying freshener), the A/C didn’t work for the entire building and it was hot and humid because of the rain. Opened the window but didn’t help with the humidity, plus it’s a noisy area so couldn’t sleep with all the traffic noise.

Very basic room, only one towel for two people and one pillow each. Bar was closed (we got there early evening). Surly breakfast host, tasteless food. The worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. Honestly I don’t know how it has 3 stars. It was dirty, smelled horrible, the air conditioning didn’t work. We woke up in the middle of the night because the heat in the room was unbearable. The only perk it’s that is really close to the airport, but it’s almost not worth it because the taxi charged us 40 euros for a 5 minute drive. Horrible experience, please don’t go to this hotel

WORST 3 STARS HOTEL EVER - NEVER coming back again

Service desk was not helpful at all - I checked in as one person but was charged double during my stay and the staff would not refund me the extra that I was charged.
The room was outdated, the carpet floors were dusty, the air conditioner was noisy, old and dusty, there were mosquitoeS (yes, multiple mosquitoes) in the room that made it really hard for me to sleep at night. No drinking water, water boiler, refrigerator or safe was provided in the room.
The bathroom amenities included: all in one shampoo+shower gel+hand wash, towels, a hairdryer, 2 paper cups and nothing else.
Location is only convenient if reached by car.
Room was OVERPRICED - it felt like staying in a 1 or 2 stars hotel for the price of a 4 stars hotel.
NEVER coming back again.

If you have an early flight and think you’re doing yourself a favour by staying at this airport hotel, you are wrong.

Novotel has a free shuttle. This place does not. After spending €30 for a 10min ride from the city to the hotel, front desk advises the only way to get to the airport at 4am is a taxi, which turned out to be another €30 5-min ride.

The TV does not work but for one channel.

The front desk lady advises to arrange a taxi in advance but the front desk guy advises to wing it at 4am. I arranged it in advance.

No car there at 4am and I asked the guy to call again and he wouldn’t do it. After a few words he gave in but this is not the service I expect.

If I were to do this all over again, I’d just stay in the city or book a later flight out or Novotel.

P.S. the taxi service did not have a taxi sign and came with an extra “wife” in the front seat for a 4am fare.

Disappointing to find no restaurant facilities at this premises. I walked next door to the Novotel for a nice evening meal.
The room was not cleaned to a good standard. Coffee stains from previous guest on bedside tables.
Breakfast at best, average.
My advice is book the Novotel next door. Only slightly dearer and the rooms are much cleaner!

The property served is ok for 1 night. As an airport hotel it was not helpful that they didnt provide any shuttle servces. Mainly fornthis reason id stay at a different property. The aircon didnt work properly and that made the room very hot. Otherwise, it was ok, the bed was fine and i slept ok.

Rooms were just ok. Staff was friendly and ordered us a cab but at the wrong time, 30 minutes later than we wanted. We had two rooms for one night, in both rooms the air conditioning did not work. It was stifling hot and none of us slept. Opened the windows and there were trucks driving by all night. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is located in an area where you have nothing around. It is ok for one night but it needs more attention to details. We were on a double room and there was only one single towel in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower and the carpet was all stained and damaged. For the price paid, I think it is not worthy.

Price is ok and services are basic at best (not even a glass in the room) but be aware that several tour providers prefer this hotel and you have a hard time checking in or out with tour groups of 60..70 people blocking the entrance. Breakfast is a real challenge with 2-3 busloads of people showing up at the same time. Location is in an industrial area, so don’t expect any restaurants nearby.

There were no services open. We went to the hotel next door for a drink and dinner, but only found it because we took a walk. When I asked about arranging a cab to the airport, the man who checked us in told us we could call in the morning. (The next morning the woman on staff handled it for us). Air conditioner didn’t work, room was hot. Hair dryer died.

A very average hotel close to the rental car pick up location and Florence airport. We only stayed for one evening and it was after traveling for about 24 hours and we were bleary eyed and miserable. It was an acceptable hotel to stay at to just crash for a couple of hours prior to heading to our Villa for two weeks.

Comfortable room with a pretty pleasant design, given it’s a budget airport hotel. Nice front desk staff, too. Compliments stop at the bathroom door, however. The paper-thin bath mat (towel) had nasty lipstick (?) stains all over it and there was a long hair dead center on the floor. Also there was only one (cheap) towel to shower with - what happens if you are traveling with someone? Do you share? Is the other person supposed to use the hand towel? Also, one of the ceiling lights wouldn’t turn off - I had to remove the light bulb to sleep.

I was at the hotel for barely 8 hours to catch an early flight, but was turned off enough to try a different hotel next time.
