When I tried to contact the hotel for directions, it was very challenging. Since I couldn't understand the accent, I asked for an email. I was never sent the email. Several hours later, I called 5 times, and no one answered the phone. The positive was when I was at the hotel, the staff helped arrange a taxi in the morning. The neighborhood did not feel safe at night. The tram stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

This was a nice hotel. The staff were super friendly. It was a convenient location to the airport. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked decent. My only complaint was a woman next-door kept banging on the walls when we were talking. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be near the airport.

We raised several concerns during our stay, including a leaking bathroom, a mysterious bloodstain on the bed present since check-in (I have photos - staff refused to change the sheets despite multiple requests, and to be clear, the blood was not ours), and flooring that was lifting.
After just a few nights, we chose to leave and booked another hotel. Expedia contacted the property on our behalf, but the response? No refund for the unused nights.
Although I received an apology email from the hotel acknowledging the issues, they still refused to make things right. Sadly, it's not surprising considering they couldn't even be bothered to replace blood-stained sheets.

Only book here if you have no other choice

This is not the place to book for a family stay. The room was scruffy, needed a paint and the laminate floor was damaged for the most part. The bathroom itself has a strange configuration which made using the toilet difficult, made worse by the fact that the toilet seat was completely loose. This place needs a major upgrade just to Lok decent.

Inconvenience was that there was no option for a kettle in the room, only the communal one in reception which was really annoying.

On the positive side, the bedding was clean and the mattresses were good.

Poor location, good room but not worth the stay

The male staff at reception were unfriendly, unlike the female staff who were helpful. The hotel is located close to the tram line which was 1 hour of commuting everyday, either to the city centre or the bus terminal. However, we did not generally feel safe walking through the nieghborhood, especially at night time. Overall we regret not booking a hotel closer to the city centre.

The room was modern and had an excellent bathroom but we were haunted by mosquitos every night. The ceiling was even covered with dead mosquitos left from previous guests. The balcony was not safe or useable as it had an awful view of the opposite building so we never used it or even opened the curtains. There are very limited stores or restaraunts nearby which was difficult for us to even get water. The hotel sells its own limited items at highly inflated prices.

Fleas in the duvet of our first room and had to change rooms. After that our room code wasn’t working and we had to wait in a long line for customer service to get in to our room. Also the walls are paper thin, to the point you can hear people in the adjacent rooms roll over in bed and you have to whisper at all times.

There is nothing unique about this property. It is inconvenient, and the area did not feel very safe. Worst of all, there is NO sound-proofing so that all night long, you hear people making noise. The bathroom was not clean and run down. The beds were not comfortable. It was by no means a 3-star hotel. I would say it was a 1-star hotel.

We stayed 1 night as a transition to the airport for an early flight. The location is good, just a 5 minute walk to the tram stop for the airport. The room is very good, clean, modern, in good condition. Unfortunately we were in a group of rooms with some loud guests which interrupted our short night. Otherwise all was good.

The property was incredible! They have an all day spa in your room that you can’t regulate. In addition to that useless A/C in the room, you also have it blowing mold. The cobwebs are a nice touch getting close to Halloween. And when you think that’s all, they surprise you with a queen bed that’s actually two doubles put next to one another! This was one of the best one star motel I could’ve ever wished for. The only good part of this was that the wifi was down for 4 days (the whole length of our trip) which allowed me to self mediate on my decisions to book this one star motel. The shower was fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and they let us check in right away because our room was ready. The desk clerk arranged a taxi to the airport for us the next morning because we had to go before the busses and tram were running. Also only two blocks to the tram that runs between the airport and the city center, which for €1.50 was a great way to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

After multiple excellent B&B experiences, this was awful in comparison. The beds were separate and constantly moved out and away from each other, the window lacked a screen to prevent mosquitos coming in, the bathroom was filled with mold, and finally, the air conditioning never blew cold air with management saying “it’s cold.” Horrible location considering how far any public transport is and the lack of taxis roaming about.

The staff was very accommodating and everyone we spoke with could speak English. They arranged for an early morning taxi from the hotel to the airport for all six of us and were very helpful. The airport is close, but I would recommend a taxi to get there. The T2 tram will also get you there. The rooms were clean, but had a clinical smell… more like a hospital than a hotel. The beds were comfortable. They have staff at the desk 24/7 and a little shop area to pick up the essentials and a snack and drink. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. The accommodations fit the price.
We arrived via train at the Florence SMN station and took the T2 to the Novoli Torre Degli Agli stop and then walked about 6 minutes to the hotel. It is doable, but I would recommend a taxi due to the hassle of luggage. Getting back to the city center was a breeze on the same T2 tram after we were checked in and our baggage stowed. The trams run late so getting back to the hotel at the end of day was not a problem.

During my 4 day stay at this hotel the Wi-Fi did not work properly, neither did the AC, it could only be used as a heater even though the weather was hot outside, the explanation I got at the front desk was that a couple of days before I got there the weather was cold and they couldn’t change it from heat to cool or fan mode, the room smelled very strongly like chlorine or a very strong disinfectant when I arrived, which wasn’t pleasant, nevertheless the bathroom smelled like urine even though it looked clean, not sure if it’s their vent system but I had the bathroom’s ventilation turned on the whole time of my stay to avoid the smell in the bathroom. Because of the heat and the smell, I had to keep the window open even though they ask you to keep the windows closed, and it is mosquito season, so that wasn’t fun either. The lighting is insufficient in the room, the shower changes the water temperature, the “Please do not disturb” sign means absolutely nothing to the cleaning staff and they have knocked very loudly more than once, and the hotel in general is VERY noisy. In and outside. In my whole 1 month stay in different cities in Italy’s hotels and Airbnbs, this has been by far the worst and not even one of the cheap options. I do not recommend anyone staying in this hotel. The staff at the front desk are friendly, they have food and toiletries for sale in the lobby, which is convenient but expensive for what it is, and a decent breakfast for €7.2.

Very friendly & helpful staff, clean room (small room but comfortable bed & pillows & good shower). I couldn’t figure out how to get cool air to come out of the vents, just warm air. Thankfully our room had its own balcony so I just slept with the door ajar & that solved the temperature problem. Very short taxi ride to the airport (the short ride still cost 20 euros somehow). I would definitely stay here again.

Good accommodation for the price. Rooms and bathroom (shower) are big enough, but the beds are not long enough (I'm 185 cm). Refrigerator in the room would be nice. On-site parking is small and is probably full most of the time. Tram station is some 10 minute walk away and brings you to the city centre in some 15 minutes. Services are good. The bathroom door could not be closed (malfunction) or locked (key missing). The blackout curtains were great.

It is a great spot to spend a short period of time at. I stayed on my last night before my early flight in the morning and I just needed a clean place to sleep. The front desk service was very pleasant and the room was clean. I found it very noisy as it was easy to hear people walking up and down the halls and in the stairwell. It is a short walk to the tram to get into the city centre.

Good place to stay. Good staff - treated us well. Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Area is OK, the frontage road that runs right in front of the hotel where you unload your bags is like a Le Mans raceway. So look out. Downtown area is neat and I drove down there, just kind of confusing. I would take public transport if doing again.
