Excellebt bed!!!! Ibusually sleep bad and wobt stay in bed long but i slept so well and i just didnt want to getvout of it. The breakfast for 6 euro is more like a free brunch. Delicious fresh, perfect start for a florence walking day. Location nearby a tram station. Many atm machines, aboid the paribas one which has awful exchabge rate. Graxzie mille, ritornarai a presto!

Good, comfortable B&B

This B&B has all your basic travel needs covered. It’s convenient (near the airport), clean, quiet and comfortable. The room I had was no frills but it provided everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items to meet various dietary needs.

We needed a place for our one night in Florence, it was close to the airport. Not a great location, the AC somewhat worked but the AC was dripping enough to soak through two towels. We arrived at 1:20 but we weren’t allowed in our room until 2:00pm even though it was ready. We checked out at 4:00am so we used the room for 14 hours. It served its purpose but this hotel was the only downside to our entire stay in Italy.

The hotel is 5 minute walk to the tram system that took us into Florence. It had underground parking that was quite safe. The staff was over and beyond helpful. We arrived late check in, was out late one night, and the overnight staff was the most delightful man to chat with. He was like a long lost friend. My wife and I had such a great time chatting with him. The breakfast was worth the addition to buy. It was a good place to stay.

The staff here were very nice and helpful. Alessandro patiently answered all of our questions about how to get around the area, where to eat, etc. He took very good care of us. The breakfast was nice and the lady there was friendly also. The hotel itself is nice, and in a convenient location, but needs some maintenance. Our room had damaged walls and doors and the balcony had crumbling concrete. Our friends room did not have damage and was much nicer and they were on the same floor just 2 doors down. Also, there was a heavy musk perfume smell in the hotel that gave me a headache. The hotel should keep in mind that some people are allergic or sensitive to fragrance.

The property is very convenient to the airport and the Tram 2 line into Florence. It’s also near rental car return area. The front desk staff is very nice but got confused by the fact that we were two gay couples (2 men, 2 women) in two rooms but none of the men were rooming with the women. This in spite of the Inclusivity posters everywhere! It was quite funny!!
The tram stop is just 3 blocks away; airport is just a couple of stops away and SMN station is just a 20 minute ride!
Alessandro, hope your back gets better!
Rooms were tidy and quiet (7th floor). Front desk called us a cab and it arrived in under 5 minutes!

During our stay, we encountered a few concerning issues. First, the washroom lock in the lobby was faulty — my husband got stuck inside because of a glitch. Then around 5 AM, two intoxicated girls tried to get into our room multiple times, making a lot of noise. I'm not sure if they thought it was their old room after checking out or something else, but it felt very unsafe. Reception should have been more vigilant in preventing such incidents. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and the hotel is conveniently close to public transportation.

When we first got to the hotel, our room was extremely hot (even compared to outside) we had trouble sleeping the first night. We were told the AC was not working but did not have the option to open the window/balcony door due to being on first floor which is less safe. Thank you to Alessandro for quickly resolving the problem and upgrading us when we voiced our concerns. He was very attentive and helpful in optimizing our stay!

Fantastic Staff! Secure & Free Parking.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property. Alessandro at the front desk was so incredibly helpful by providing information regarding the (very close) location of the tram and which stop to get off at (San Marco Square) to visit all of historic Florence by foot. He also made superb restaurant recommendations and shared the location for the best gelato in Italy! Alessandro clearly enjoys his job and takes guest experience personally. Carmen is the lovely manager of the property, and when we asked if it was possible to switch to a quieter room (away from the street), she immediately offered not only a quieter room but also arranged for a sweet upgrade to a room on the top floor with a more modern bathroom, balcony and a refrigerator. Levy, who manages the dining room, puts out a beautiful breakfast buffet and Manuele was very helpful at checkout. We chose this property for its free and (gated) secure parking but got so, so much more via the care and attention we received from the team there. The tram into Florence city center is only one block from the hotel and costs less than four euros. There is also a clean and easy to use self-service laundromat less than a half block away. We were genuinely impressed with the property and especially with the people. We are very happy with our choice to stay (3 nights) at this hotel in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was with a balcony view over Florence with mountains on one side. The room was clean, breakfast very affordable and delicious. 2 mins away from Tram station to go to city center. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We left our luggage after checkout at the hotel as well and they accommodated for it.

We booked for 5 nights. We stayed for one. The room was very basic. There were no drawers to store clothes. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The room was quite clean. Very dated room. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. This would be okay for one night. Not as a base for exploring Florence.

This is a very basic hotel. Functional for one night near the airport. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended vacation. It's old, doors are broken, beds are uncomfortable. But on the plus side, staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We booked this place because it said it was a 12 min walk to the airport. The front desk informed us when we arrived that it is not walkable they recommended the tram but it does not start until about 5:30 AM so for our early morning flight we did take a taxi which was about a 10 min drive.

Basic, clean hostel type accommodations. 10 min direct train to city centre or to airport. Thumbs down for after hours. No staff so you have to check-in using electronic system so make sure your credit card will cover amount because you can’t get a security code if declined (due to over tap limit and you don’t have an actual card) to get to your room. Only time i felt unsafe, like being at an ATM at night with others. Also the screen is huge so others can see all your personal information.

For the price and the proximity to the Firenze airport, I would say this is a perfect hotel. Plus you can take the public transportation every 10 minutes or so from down the street into the city center.

This is a very basic hotel option for when you are on your way out of Florence. It's close to the airport and to Asmana Wellness World. I would not recommend this as an option for your stay IN Florence, but if you have an early flight out as we did, this is a great option. No frills and inexpensive.

Overall it was very good. Only 4 minutes walk to the tram which only took 20 minutes into city centre. Had aircon in my room which was noisy but I closed the vents a bit which stopped the noise. Had my & own bathroom. The breakfast was great with a lot to choose from & able to have a nibble for lunch. There was snacks & drinks to buy in foyer & a jug to boil hot water in to make myself a coffee. Plus a microwave to heat up any food. The only down fall was hearing water running when other people were having a shower & people banging their doors at night tme. Usually no noises inbetween the hours of 11pm & 6.30am. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Finishes a bit old, the curtains in my room in particular had seen better days. Also smelled like cigarettes in the hall but fortunately not in my room. Location was fine for airport proximity, also pretty easy to use the tram to get into the city center and to the central train station. Relatively safe neighborhood, but not much in the way of restaurant options on a Sunday (lots of closures).

Very narrow rooms, bathrooms and tiny shower. No service, no bar, just self service machines. Nice and helpful receptionist. Comfortable beds, nice TV. Not having extras, like fridge, or waterboiler, in the room. Free parking. Hotel on edege of Florence, close to tram station to citycenter (15 m. ride). That was fast, easy and cheap. Good self service breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice. However you could hear every person going in and out of their room, water running, shower running, and people being loud during all parts of the night. I ended up getting zero sleep before my long flight back to the states. The rooms were also extremely hot due to them not being able to turn the air conditioning on.

This hotel is ok. The location is good, close to the airport and to the tram station. Check-in was good, the staff was very nice and helpful.
However, during our stay, we could not reduce the heat in our room. We had trouble sleeping as it was very hot. We could not sleep with the window open because it was very noisy outside (busy street). Also, we were disturbed by the noise from our neighbours.

Pretty simple room.
First off all I did not have any room shoes ,which made me upset and second also big problem , no coffe machine in the room ,not even water just 2 plastic cups ,that’s it .
Also my mirror was dirty and my window curtain too .
