The hotel is clean, busy, kinda has the vibe of Millenials and Gen Z mix. The rooftop pool is nice to sit at, the water is very cool. A quick dip and most people are out! The bar at night is nice with the skyline. The 1 set of elevators takes hotel staff to explain as they lock out the room floors so it only goes from ground to rooftop at night - not sure as to the exact time this happens. A separate set of elevators can access the rooms. Easy check in & check out, friendly staff. Our AC shut off during the night and we woke up to 28*C room. It’s an eco-friendly hotel.
Best coffee in Florence at the hotel cafe shop! We really enjoyed the nice mornings on the patio with a coffee.
Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Florence.

Nice, modern hotel at walking distance from the train station (approx. 15 mins with suitcases). Beautiful rooftop, with food and drink stands plus a swimming pool.
Staff were extremely helpful, check-in and check-out was a smooth process. They even have luggage storage available after you check out.
On the ground floor there is a lot of space for co-working, as well as table games such as billiards, ping-pong, and fusball.
Room was nice and clean, with some complimentary coffee, tea, and water available.
Despite other reviews citing noise problems, our room was very quiet.

Hotel was very accommodating, my husband was hospitalized during our travels and I had to keep extending my stay till he was released. They moved other guest reservations so I could remain in the same room. The staff were great!

It’s a good hotel just for a stay for a night. If you’re passing through or you have a flight to catch you can go sleep. It’s a self check in and checkout hotel. No bell boy or staff to help you. Not a hotel to spend time/ explore.

From check-in to checkout the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Security was excellent. Room was very nice and well designed. The highlight is the 5th floor pool, bar and eating area. It's huge, well stocked bars and unique variety of street food vendors. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was convenient, spacious, and beautiful. From the art decorated stairs to games to play, it is a hotel for everyone.

Staff was friendly and helped get me into my room extremely early as I was just expecting to be able to drop off my bags. Conveniently located right across the street from the T2 train that can take you to the airport or center of the city and trains to other parts of Italy.

The rooftop bar can be accessed by the public who can go up by the art decorated stairs. However if that becomes too crowded, hotel guest can still enjoy the scenery and music by the pool that is located on the rooftop. Buy food and drinks from the mini vendors, then sit poolside to enjoy the music and lights of Florence.

When I return to Italy, one of their locations will my 1st choice to stay.

I would Not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is massive with an additional building adjacent which is mainly student accommodation. They gave us a room in that secondary building where you have to change 2 different lifts (at the time were unserviceable!) and walk a long way to get there. Our room smelled AWFUL! Strong smell of sewage! Room temperature control was a joke! You could not change modes or temperature! The lowest temp was set on 20 and you could only change the fan speed and room was warm!
We put the ‘DO NOT DISTURB’ sign on. At 9:15pm, housekeeping started knocking on our door for 20 times, and before we know it, the housekeeping guy opened the door and walked in while my husband and I are in bed sleeping! Horrible! When my husband asked why he did that? He said (with broken english) that he was sorry and he mistakenly opened our room as he was delivering 2 pillows for another guest/room!!
I called the reception at 9:20pm and spoke to Eliza and explained what just happened! She did NOT apologise and kept saying that they do housekeeping until 11pm here! So unprofessional! We did not have a good night sleep, Milli the reception supervisor changed our room to the main building the day after and she compensated us for the first night, she was helpful and professional.
The main building room was better, however still not worth the money we spent.
The breakfast buffet everything served cold Even though they were on stoves.
Free Laundry/gym/rooftop bar/pool was good.

This was the perfect place for a few nights in Florence, super modern and the rooftop was amazing! Wish the pool was heated even just slightly as it was too cold to go in despite it being 25 degrees + outside, but the rooftop is a great spot to spend a few hours relaxing!

Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well.

Great hotel and as named a social hub. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful (be careful to close the shower door properly or the whole floor gets soaked). Staff were friendly welcoming ans spoke English. Great facilities, the gym was big and had plenty of equipment. There was table top football and little booths for working. The café was well stocked with pizza, sandwiches, desserts and other confectionery. Good location only 12min walk from the train station and centre of town. Good clean area. There is a rooftop bar and pool which can be busy on weekend evenings. Highly recommend this hotel. Would stay again.

The location was amazing and the hotel was very clean. Very convient tram access just three stops from the city center. However, it got very hot in the rooms however. I waited to call the front desk because it seemed the air conditioning was working during the day but not as well at night but when it seems unbearable our third night I called the front desk and the fist thing they said was we should have told them when maintenance was there I was kind of taken aback and also tried to explain we didn’t call during the day because it was working then and we weren’t sure it was an issue till that night when it got unbearable, however they did graciously offer for us to stay in a different room and keep our stuff in that room that night, we did forgo this option because we didn’t want to leave our stuff in an unattended room nor take the time to move it late at night but we also realized after research another room would likely not have been better as it seems most hotels restrict air conditioning at night in Italy (we couldn’t turn the thermostat below 20 Celsius and even at that it felt much warmer). I do wish the hotel would’ve just been honest and explained this, however knowing it’s a thing now overall the stay was enjoyable. I also felt very safe there. They do have a cafe on sight for convenience, but I would not recommend. The food was subpar.

We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub hotels in Europe when travelling again.

I had never stayed at The Social Hub before, but after this visit, I will be looking for more Social Hub hotels to use! The rooftop setting was very nice to see the city and enjoy the weather without ever leaving the hotel. Also, there is a public transit stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

My first impression of the hotel is very good with the display of the hotel ground level. However I found the service is vey limited: the clean up is not through and they did not refill coffee pods for 2 nights. Then I had to phone the service which is always busy. I had to drag myself out of bad to the reception in order to get coffee! Then, I got a knock on the door to clean the room so I tried to leave to give them some time to do it. Even though I spent three hours outside and came back to the untouched room. So I spoke with the cleaning person on the corridor and was told to go to reception for the arrangement! I almost found this feels like staying in a hostel with the hotel price!

We were so impressed with the Social Hub Belfiore. It’s clean, modern, and there’s such good energy in the lobby where people are casually mingling, playing pool, getting some work done. The rooms are very clean, nice showers. Checkin was smooth. Elissa was so friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant and cafe- both were excellent and reasonably priced. The rooftop bar had a great vibe, would be nice in warmer weather. It’s right on the T2 line, straight route from the airport, very close to most areas you want to visit, clean and safe for families. A must stay if in Florence.

I’m only giving 2 stars because my room was super hot during the first week of November. The hotel had already turned off the AC for the season, and the only option was to crack the window a few inches — which didn’t help at all. On top of that, mosquitoes got in and bit me all night, so I did not get any sleep. I asked for a fan, but the staff didn’t have any available.

Great “new modern” hotel type where the main focus is not on the rooms but on the amenities around the hotel. Multiple dining/bar spaces; fantastic roof top pool and great social spaces in the lobby.
Conveniently located near the train station as well as a quick walk to the touristy areas yet far enough away that it’s quiet and away from crowds.

Only two downsides: we were awoken by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Nothing the hotel can do about that, however it was chaotically disorganized outside so perhaps a fire drill with the staff might be in order; and we felt like we were going through high-level security every time we came back to the hotel in the evening.. The same gentleman asked us for our keycards multiple times each evening when entering a different space and/or directed us to confirm we were guests with the front desk - this was obnoxious and off putting. At one point we told him he saw us less than an hour ago and again the evening before.. perhaps they have issues with folks walking in off the street, however our private country club back home doesn’t take it to this level.. it’s a social club, not the UN Headquarters.

All said, we would stay again when in Florence when not in a villa, and will try out their other locations during our next travels.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room size was just right – not too big, not too small – and overall quite cozy. The staff and general atmosphere made it a pleasant experience. A couple of small areas could be improved: the wardrobes could be more practical, and there was some occasional noise from nearby rooms when furniture was being moved. I also noticed a slight smell coming through the bathroom vents. Nothing major, but addressing these details would definitely make the stay even better.

The hotel is trendy and vibing, the reception area is big with 2 restaurants/ cafes and lots of hanging around spots. The lobby is also great for getting your work done.

The staff are super nice and helpful.

Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!

There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station.

It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.

I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc.

We enjoyed how spacious this hotel was. The rooms were perfect size and very clean. The hotel offered a lot. There was so much to do. The property is well kept. The rooftop was amazing and so were the views. The night life was chill and the street food portion and options was a plus. We loved renting bikes that were right outside the hotel and riding into the near tourist locations and plaza. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We plan to use this hotel chain wherever possible. Very near to the Florence main train station.

The concept of the hotel has potential. The downstairs area has a nice atmosphere and the self-checkin was an easy process. However, the walls are too fine - you could hear everything! The bathroom has no fan, leading to an uncomfortable stale smell. The light switches are inconveniently at the front of the room and overall it was just meh.
