Franco was the best!!! He was very welcoming, he met us on-time for an early checkin, gave us very good all-around recommendations (scenic hikes, museums, local fave restaurants, transportation options).
The room we stayed in was very clean and although it’s on the street side (not garden), it’s still quiet, relatively speaking, once you close the windows.
It took me only 115 steps (I counted them) from their front door to the platform of the street car that takes you straight to the airport. It was a very convenient 20-min ride and cheapest option for a reliable way to get to and back FLR.
It’s also short walking distance to SMN train station and to the center.
They have a coffee/tea/cookies serve-yourself area that is accessible at anytime. I love the electric kettle which made it so very quick to make myself a cup of hot tea every night before bed.
I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Franco!

Franco was amazing. We arrive late in the evening and he was willing to stay and wait for us. The next day he helped us arrange a Vespa tour around Tuscany and he requested a taxi for us for our departure early morning. He made himself available 24 hours. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The staff was definitely 5 of 5 stars. Very helpful and hospitable. The property however needs some major renovations. Very old property inside and outside. The place smelled musty and they cover it up with overwhelming room scent. The bathroom is the only renovated thing about this place. It’s about a 10 mins walk from S.m. novella. So convenient. They have snacks and water/tea for you but to call it an B&B is misleading.

Nice and clean and lovely friendly host tramlines right outside so noisy with window open but also covenient for travel not to bad if window closed rooms at rear of property would be a lot quieter and look into a lovely garden . Host also had a little dining area with coffee and biscuits nice touch . Room beautiful and clean and good bed and host helpful with local attractions and facilities.

A real gem!

This is a lovely B&B just north of the center of Florence next to a tram line that takes you close to the main part of Florence, and north directly to the airport. Access is on the ground level of the building, which is a plus for those with heavy luggage. Our room was large with beautiful Renaissance style furniture. The foam mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are immaculately clean with tile flooring ( marble in bagno), a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc without needing to use your own account made it a real treat to relax after a full day in Florence. The modern split style air conditioner is extremely efficient and very quiet. I was so pleased that the owners of this B&B thought of everything in the room that would meet the needs of its guests—including a small refrigerator. Last but not least, the staff is wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. Marta helped us with many things, including arranging a taxi for us to pick us up very early on a Sunday morning to get to the airport. This place is a real gem. We look forward to staying here again when we next return to Florence!

My fiancée and I stayed at the Relais Tiffany for a few nights. Franco assisted us with all the things we needed to know prior to arrival in Florence along with recommendations for food, drink, activities. The room was spacious and air conditioned and in a quiet area. Close to the train station. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and will be awaiting our time to come back!

Very convenient location, a couple of minutes from a tram stop which you can travel on to the airport. About 5 minute walk to the central train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, spacious and quiet. Breakfast had a good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service provided by the owners was excellent, very welcoming. The breakfast provided was also excellent, varied choice of food to suit everyone served in the lovely dining room. Water, juice, tea and coffee were available all day if required.
The bedroom was nice and roomy and the bathroom very clean and well maintained.
The property is near to all travel links, train, bus and tram which suited us as we travelled to Pisa and Greve by public transport.
The only downside was we booked this property partly because it had outside space but unfortunately this could not be used due to the high level of insects making it impossible to sit out. This was disappointing to us and the reason I can't give a score of 5.

Staff is absolutely great. They described the city, and made suggestions on what to visit. Great breakfast as well and you can walk to the train station in about 5 minutes if you hurry a bit otherwise you can walk to the train station at peace in about 10 minutes.

部屋の清潔感とスタッフの親切さに感激しました。初めてのフィレンツェでしたが、スタッフがオススメの場所やレストランを教えてくれたのが嬉しかったです。駅周辺は少し治安が悪い感じがありましたが、このB&Bあたりは落ち着いていて、トラムの駅も近いので便利です。

Enkelt hotell, utan frukost och endast bemannat vid incheckning.
Gångavstånd till stadskärnan.
Spårvagnarna går precis utanför fönstret, men de stör förvånansvärt lite.
Ett enkelt gathörns-café finns i närheten för frukost för den som så önskar.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas noches en Florencia, cerca de la estación de tren, lejos del ruido de la zona centro. Marta es una excelente anfitrión. A 5 minutos caminando está la estación de metro que te lleva al aeropuerto.

Nossa estadia foi bastante agradável. Vale ressaltar que o check in não é 24 hs, mas Marta é uma querida e dá todo o passo a passo para ingressarmos na acomodação. A localização é ótima, perto da estação de trem e do centro histórico, fizemos tudo a pé.

Franco는 환상적인 호스트입니다. 제가 몇가지 귀찮은 부탁을 했는데도 친절하게 도와줬어요. 진정성있게 도와주려 애쓰는게 느껴졌어요. 위치는 피렌체 역과 매우 가깝고 저희는 굉장히 무거운 캐리어를 들고 가야 했는데도 도보이동이 그리 어렵지 않았어요. 다음에 꼭 가고 싶은 곳입니다.

Everything is very good. There's a nice garden that you can have your tea / breakfast / etc.

13 mins walk to the main station, and 2 mins to the Tram number 2. You can even walk to the Duomo without taking any public transport.
