Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique. L'hôtel très propre et le ménage très bien fait. Le déjeuner est inclut et c'est vraiment très bon. Arriver avant 8h au déjeuner car il y a beaucoup de gens, mais s'il n'y a plus de place pour s'asseoir il y a une autre salle au troisième étage. Il y a un happy hour de 5h à 6h30 et deux consommations gratuites et collations sont offerts! L'hôtel est bien insonorisé et très calme la nuit malgré qu'il y a vraiment beaucoup de gens. Je recommande cette hôtel sans hésitation!

Subject: Request for Full Refund – Misrepresented Room

I am requesting a full refund because the room I received was not the room that was advertised and sold to me on Expedia.

I specifically booked and paid extra for the Junior Suite with Empire Skyview. The listing clearly showed a bright, spacious room with multiple large windows and an impressive view of the Empire State Building. This advertised view and room layout were the main reasons I chose this room and paid a premium price.

However, when I arrived, I was given a completely different room. Instead of the spacious room shown in the listing, I received a much smaller room that felt extremely cramped. The room had only one small window instead of the large window layout shown in the advertisement, and the famous Empire State Building view that I paid for was not provided.

The room I received looked nothing like the one displayed on Expedia. It felt more like a small enclosed room than the premium suite that was advertised. This was a material difference that significantly reduced the value of my stay.

The photographs I have attached clearly demonstrate the difference between the advertised room and the room I actually received. I relied on Expedia's listing when making my purchase, and the accommodation provided did not match that description.

Because the room I received was materially different from what was advertised and paid for, I believe this constitutes a misleading listing. I respectfully request a full

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in NYC. The parking garage they suggested I park at is attached to the hotel so didn’t have to walk in the street with luggage. The hotel is extremely clean and room was great. The breakfast was amazing and I haven’t had a free buffet like that in a NYC hotel before! Plus you get 2 free drinks at an evening lounge. This is my new NYC hotel from now on!!

This hotel is conveniently located close to multiple subway lines and Penn Station, ESB, MSG and others.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff hustled to make sure everyone was taken care of.

They had a movie club on an outdoor mezzanine that was unexpected and the hotel was very quiet.

Best employee - ADAM at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond and was so fun and welcoming. He truly made it feel like home. 5 starts Adam.

Hotel was crazy busy. People standing in hallways to eat breakfast because there was nowhere to sit.

The resort fee bar voucher is a scam; drinks at the bar are some of the most expensive I’ve ever seen in an average quality hotel.

Fridge in the room was low quality. AC did not work effectively. I will not stay here again; there are several hotels in the area at a similar price which are better operated.

This hotel is a good value for the price and an excellent location if visiting Midtown, Times Square, Bryant Park.
The complimentary breakfast -it was a well-planned menu with different daily spread. They also had a chef staff on hand making omelets to order.
We stayed in a king suite with sofa sleeper, which were comfortable. No elevator issues, which is a plus for a Midtown hotel. They also offer a complimentary happy hour in the early evening (2 drink coupons pp, with snacks), which was a nice surprise on our first day of arrival.

My only tip is to reserve a room that is NOT on the third (Skylawn). Third floor hosts a lounge that plays music into the wee night, which light sleepers could find annoying. I’d definitely consider staying here again but on the higher city view floors.

The breakfast and happy hour amenities are nice but the room was dirty. When we arrived, the soap containers were empty and the room was not cleaned well (dirty fridge, bathroom, and floor). Housekeeping did not come the next day and when we asked if someone could come, we were told that they would come but never came. I stayed in this hotel once before and the rooms were slightly cleaner but not the best.

A real respite in a busy city! This hotel is centrally placed for everything. The breakfast could get a bit crowded but the food was good and wide variety. We appreciated the nightly receptions too. Two free drinks and snacks which is a great deal. The bed was very comfy and all the staff were friendly and eager to help.

I called the hotel in advance to request a high-floor room and was assured that my request would be accommodated at check-in. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that no high-floor rooms were available and was assigned a room on a very low floor, just two levels above the breakfast and snack area.

This was both disappointing and frustrating, especially since I was traveling with my spouse and young child. To make matters worse, the room's window faced a large wall only a few meters away, leaving virtually no view or natural openness. The experience genuinely felt like spending five days and nights in a confined space.

The staff suggested that I return to the front desk before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday to see if another room became available. However, anyone traveling with family understands how impractical it is to pack up and relocate after already settling in and unpacking for a multi-night stay.

I stayed for five nights, and based on this experience, I would not choose this hotel again.

I also got the impression that reservations made through Expedia are treated as a lower priority compared to direct bookings. While I cannot confirm whether that is the hotel's policy, it certainly felt that way given how my room request was handled.

Great free breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour with appetizers. The rooms are small but that's New York City, especially in the midtown area. Within walking distance from Times Square, Empire State building and Broadway theaters. We did have a view of the Empire State Building, but I wouldn't recommend paying extra for that as you have to stand right in front of the window and look to the left to see it. Also the elevator takes a little bit of time, so I would request lower rooms next time and avoid the elevator wait by taking the stairs.

I found the staff very helpful and quick to respond. Property is well located for theater and shopping. Excellent breakfast selection and the 2 free drinks and snacks at 5pm were very welcome. Room was clean. Basic amenities included, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in large pump bottles. Nothing else. I had to request hair dryer but it was delivered within minutes. Overall excellent stay and would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great but super busy and congested. Normal for NYC! If you go early or late, it is much better. Didn't use happy hour, but was credited $30 for the bar/food daily so that was nice. Great bartenders and staff was helpful. There is a terrace showing movies that we also didn't use but seemed great for families! We love staying at Embassy Suites no matter what the city! The concierge arranged a ride to the airport that was luxury and much cheaper than a taxi or uber.
Thanks Embassy! Can't go wrong with any Hilton property in my view.

The location was excellent. The service was excellent. The breakfast, at first, was meh. I'm someone who likes clean food options, and they were extremely limited. However, they do have an option for MTO omelettes, and that saved everything. All good.
Worth noting is luggage will only be held until 2pm on the day of checkout.

Don't recommend this hotel. The beds are uncomfortable, pillows are flat, walls are extremely thin. I could hear the people next door turning on and off their light switch and open and close their bathroom door. I could hear conversations like they were in my room. They were not loud, just there is absolutely no sound proofing. The front doors also had about a 2 inch gap which means you can hear everything going on in the hallways. I heard people go in and out from their rooms and elevators even though I was the furthest room away from the elevators. You will hear sirens every 15 minutes outside. Good luck to you unless you are a very heavy sleeper, you will get woken up several times at night.

If you are immune compromised and have to mask in crowded places, be prepared to be harassed by staff and guests staying there. Kitchen manager didn't deliver my breakfast omelet because I wouldn't eat in the crowded restaurant dinning.

Be prepared for a $30 nightly fee to require you to spend money on hotel food. The front desk also only holds luggage until 1pm. After that, you are on your own. I was happy to leave this place.

What I did not like was a elevator three of them was right next to my room and I heard every time the elevator went up and down, and the curtains in the room did not darken the room. My , widow was over outdoor theater, so the lights from the theater was coming into the room. i’m not quite sure but I think they turn the lights off about one to 2 o’clock in the morning and still didn’t make it dark enough. The buffet was the best part of my staying at that hotel.

We were here for a few days as a family tagging along with my hubby on his work trip. Location is excellent. The rooms are small but we made it work since it was just to sleep/shower and we were out and about most of the day. Bathrooms are TOO tiny and need more hooks to hang clothes on. The hotel is nice/clean overall. But there was just too many people for the amount of elevators they have (you literally will wait 5 min to get on one) and the breakfast dining area is chaos also, as it is way too small to accommodate the ~34 floors of guests. Hard to find a spot to sit. Breakfast was a great selection for everyone though.

Breakfast was good with fresh eggs, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, and omelet bar. Cocktail happy hour was a lil short, could be longer. There is scaffolding out front just like 80% of downtown has and there is work being done but it did not become obtrusive in any way. Rooms are very small compared to other Embassy Suites but it NY city. Staff at the check-in counter could use some additional customer service training. Avg to below avg customer service. Antonio from the Engineering Dept was a star for us by getting our door locked fixed so quickly.

The photos on Expedia absolutely DO NOT REFLECT the room itself. I specifically booked because of the partial \"wall\" in the Expedia photos only to show up and be told the wall is not longer there. One of the managers even told me they get daily complaints about this for 6 MONTHS and Hilton/Expedia have yet to update. I ended up having to get a second room because a member in our party snores. I will take it up with Expedia for a refund for that room due to misrepresentation of the property.

The included breakfast was truly apprecitated.Saved a lot of time and had great variety. The complientary evening snacks and drinks was also a great idea although unable to make use of it . The bed mattress and pillows were too soft but did ask sor firmer pillows and received them.
The rooms had only one drawer and there was no shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries. Also missed having a bathtub especially after a full day of walking.
The staff however was very receptive and concerns were addressed fairly quickly

If you’re expecting the spacious layout typical of most Embassy Suites properties, this hotel will likely disappoint. The rooms are extremely small and compact — more like a standard tiny NYC hotel room than a true suite. There was very little storage space, with no drawers, inadequate closet space, luggage area, or even convenient outlets.
What was especially frustrating was the mandatory $30 per day food-and-beverage credit system tied to their small lobby café/bar, Heist. The credit can only be used there, does not include tax or gratuity, and menu prices are inflated to the point that the “credit” feels more like a tactic to force additional spending. Most menu items were in the $25–30 range, beer was around $35, and even a glass of wine was about $25. Seating was also limited and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, after checking out and requesting a final printed bill, we later discovered an additional $28.82 charge posted afterward that had not been disclosed at checkout. We are now forced to dispute the charge with our credit card company.
Overall, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This property does not deliver the Embassy Suites experience many travelers expect, and the hidden-feeling charges left a very negative impression.

My only dissatisfaction was with the breakfast menu. The quality of the food was mediocre-often not hot enough, flavour could be improved. That's an easy fix. Highly recommended. Will return.

One night we decided to use $30 credit in a bar. We ordered two glasses of apperol. We were served by nice lady but the size of the glass was like one third of the size of the glass which is used in US as well as in Europe for apperol and no alcohol flavor at all. But the price of that aperol like drink appeared to be $22. Which is ridiculous as per size and per content!!!

Hotel is nice, clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday, yummy breakfast with lots of choices of breads, bagels, eggs scrambled and sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt. Or you can order an
Omelet. We had a group of 5 couples traveling and we got the ugliest view room of them all. Even though I bought a room with sofa and they didn’t. The view out out the window was just 3 brick walls very close to us, felt like we’re in some closet. But everything else is great, recommend the place but would ask for better view room.

The front desk refused to store our bags beyond 2 hours. We had an evening flight and we had to lug our bags for a mile and pay $80 to put our bags in storage. When ai inquired why that was not disclosed during booking, the front desk just stated that their policy had changed recently.

Overall a very good experience with just a few suggestions. The room was very small ie closet was in bathroom. The women at the front desk were less than warm and welcoming. Seemed like they didn't want to be there or care. Does not leave a good impression w guests.

Finally, kudos to the breakfast crew. A real complementary omelette station was a treat and all the staff did their best to bus tables and keep things running smoothly in a very busy breakfast area. Thank you

Room was very noisy- ice machine, elevators. Outlets did not work- they were very loose and our devices would not charge. Sink drain stopper did not work so housekeeping took it out and left the hole open. Towels are very thin and rough. Breakfast was fine but seating is very limited.
