The hotel staff was very good at communicating a making sure you have everything you need. They gave us food recommendations for dinner which was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and more than I could have asked for. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. I would love to come back here and stay. We loved the BB Kingsman! The room was gorgeous and clean. Our favorite part was the in room breakfast. They even made sure I had some gluten free options. It’s a short walk from the train station and a 15-20 min walk to the duomo.

The perfect place to stay when traveling through Florence. We only stayed in Florence for two days and didn't have a car so it was important to me that we were within walking distance from the train station. Kingsman B&B is a short walk (5 minutes or less) from the station on a quiet side street. The breakfast is brought to your room each morning at the time you specify and it's excellent. The room and beds are very comfortable and inviting. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend Kingsman B&B and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B&B Kingsman. We chose it mainly because of the 5 minute walk from train station but it is also very close to the centre and all the Florence main attractions. It is located on the first floor of a very old building which looks a bit basic when you first enter but once you go up the stairs and through the Kingsman entry doors, it is decorated just as shown in the pictures on line, the rooms are beautifully furnished in an ornate Italian style, all spotlessly clean!
You are given a warm greeting on arrival and the management couple go out there way to meet your every need and good travel advice. They really are as nice as everyone says!
The breakfast is perfectly adequate and you have a 2 hour time slot for requesting it delivered to your room on a tray. If you prefer to be somewhere small and intimate, it’s the perfect place for a short stay in Florence!

I seldom write reviews of hotel stays because I am often disappointed by a listing not living up to the marketing hype. For the first time, the opposite is true and I feel like I cannot say enough good about my experience at B&B Kingsman. It was more elegant and comfortable than could be captured in a photo. It is a gem.

We had an amazing stay at B&B Kingsman. The owner Paolo and his wife are super nice and accommodating, room is decorated with taste, clean and comfy. They have towel dryer, exactly what doctor ordered for a long walk in cold weather, their room service style breakfast is fantastic, not to mention only five minutes walk from central train station. I have a kid with me, Paolo and his wife was so kind and prepared a nice little gift for her and brought big smile to her face. All in all, highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoy our time there.

Our two night stay at this property was very good for what we needed. We were 3 adults looking for a reasonably priced option close to the train station. The area surrounding the hotel is not great...lots of folks hanging around the street which put us off at first but as soon as we settled in it was fine. Room is large and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were great...front desk service was great. It is walkable to most places but not many great dining options in the immediate area. Duomo region is a 15 min walk. The hotel/BnB was perfect for what we were looking for.

This was a great B&B. Very beautiful, clean room; also quite a large room for Italy, and very quiet. Proximity to the train station was a big part of why we chose this property and it was excellent to be so close. However you give up proximity to the main centre (10min walk) which when it is so hot out may be a consideration.

The Kingsman was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. The bathroom and bedroom were sparkling. I booked it last minute due to missing a train and they were prompt with making contact (via whats app) and I was able to check in. Breakfast was tasty and was delivered at the time I had requested. We will be back! Super near the train station too!
