Wonderful location near the Pantheon. We walked to the Pantheon, Piazza Novona, Trevi Fountain, and even the Colosseum. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

We stayed in the executive suite which had a ton of space for 2 adults and 2 small kids who slept on sofa bed. The air conditioning worked really great too! There isn’t a full kitchen, but we did use the oven quite a bit to heat up leftovers.

The staff was really great. We would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at Argentina Style Residence was wonderful from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to countless restaurants, cafés, shops, and major attractions. We loved having so many excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options just steps from the hotel.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by coordinating our transfer to the airport, and everything was handled flawlessly. The transportation arrived on time, our checked luggage was accommodated without any issues, and the entire process was completely stress-free.

The combination of an unbeatable central location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service made this a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Argentina Style Residence to anyone visiting the area.

If I come back to Rome, this will be the hotel I stay in (if there is availability). For reference, I stayed in the deluxe suite I believe.The location is perfect, 10mins walk from the Pantheon, Roman Forum and Trastevere. Its far enough away from the busy tourists but close enough for a short walk to most of the hotspots. The location is not even the best part; the staff are incredible. Everyone that worked at the front desk were extremely helpful one of the staff pointing out the best restraunts in the area, and another member helping us choose the quickest bus route or tram route to get to Trastevere train station (which is only a 25min train journey from the airport). The rooms were clean and I felt the decor suited what I imagine Rome to be like. The cleaners folded and tidied all my stuff away when I was out as well. I also had a coffee at the bar which was great and not overpriced. I did not try the breakfast as I felt it was quite expensive so went to a local place around the corner and got a quick pastry and coffee. Maybe the hotel can do a cheaper option like this for breakfast as well as the full priced option. Overall, excellent experience, bang outside a ruin where one of the worlds most influential figures was murdered. Excellent hotel, I highly recommend a visit.

Staff were wonderful - available 24/7 and helped with baggage upstairs. They offered air conditioning, which most hotels on our trip did not. Nice-sized room and bathroom. No laundry machines, but offered laundry to be set out (but not over the weekend). We were housed in an annex off an alley. Completely separate building from the main hotel. 20-25 steps to get to the elevator, and it only holds 1 person with luggage. The elevator didn't work while we were there. Good location, but I would stay closer to the areas I'm looking to visit to avoid transportation. $60 taxi to the airport. The hotel would not work for someone needing accessibility.

Stayed At this hotel with a friend for her birthday. Stayed 2 nights before taking train to Naples. Good location for local touristing and being first time in Rome. Walkable to all the historic sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxis were convenient but walked most of the time. Beds were comfortable and clean. Good value for price. I would recommend for practical and safe short stays.

Charming modern boutique hotel set in an old monastery. The small staff was attentive and welcoming and helpful. The hotel shares the main entrance into a courtyard with other residences. The only negative aspect I noticed would be the trash cans in the surrounding area. Once inside the hotel it's extremely immaculate and pristine.

Very well run with efficient staff, this lovely hotel is well placed, for seeing all of Romes landmarks. Set in a lovely square, with great restaurants all round, the hotel is an old converted monastery and retains some interesting and original features. Our room was small but very clean with everything catered for. Management covers everything. We found all the staff to be polite and helpful and I have no qualms in recommending your stay here. As everyone says, the hotel is quiet and secure and was actually perfect for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was lovely. Set in a pleasant room, run efficiently with so much choice. No complaints could possibly be made, the choice and quality of the food offered was first class. All in all. In a minefield of choices, this hotel was faultless

Room was very clean and staff were friendly. They helped us arrange transport to the airport at the end of our stay. The €20 baby crib was nice to have, but the mattress provided didn’t seem to actually fit the crib itself. Thankfully it didn’t bother our son.
The location is very convenient for many of the main sites in Rome.

what an absolutely lovely calm oasis in the middle of Rome. The staff were attentive yet discrete - a unfussy wonderful place to spend our first visit to rome. Rooms were spacious, it was a delight to be able to open the window - yet the aircon was also perfect when needed. This was an interesting hotel. When we were dropped off at the door, the directions were not clear on how to enter. There is a panel and a big wooden door. We hit the buzzer for the hotel and maybe they opened the door but it was noisy and we didn't notice if it opened. I had to call because we couldn't figure out how to get in and they opened the door. Then, you walk down a big open outdoor area in between the buildings to find the door. The staff was very friendly and did say to contact them 24 hours a day if we needed help. The elevator will only fit one bag and person so very small. You wind through lots of little corridors and walkways to get to your room. The room was very nice but the air was so cold and we couldn't figure out how to make it warmer even with the remote. The shower was also lukewarm at best the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable and quiet. We had to wind through a crazy number of hallways to find the breakfast the next morning and it was honestly wasn't great. It was convenient and a quiet and had a great restaurant across the street so we liked the area. I would say it was fine for the money.

Hotel front desk was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The hotel reached out before our stay to anticipate our arrival, and had our room ready early. Our room was spacious and comfortable with loads of lighting. We also enjoyed the wide selection of fresh breakfast options. The location was perfect! The ruins across the street were a landmark for all of our comings and goings and we walked almost everywhere. A taxi rank steps away saved us when we needed it.

We had the exec suite, with one bedroom with walking closet and a huge family room with full kitchenette and a dinner table. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice and responsive. The breakfast buffet was very good.
I would like to mention that at nights, we could hear a lot of city noise, but I suppose that's the price you pay to be in the city center.
The location was excellent.
I wish the bathroom was more practical. There is almost no surface for your toiletries, and no hook close to the shower for towels.

Fantastic small hotel. The staff are wonderful, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaning team. All so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.
The room we had was in the main hotel and was very spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was well equipped with a great shower.
The breakfast buffet selection was good and catered well for my coeliac friend.
Location is ideal. Walking distance to all the main areas. Taxi rank and buses in the square outside for longer journeys.
We would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Great location for major tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in their annex which is a couple of buildings away and not as classy as the main property. The furniture was minimal and ikea quality. We especially loved the breakfast offerings and the quiet space. For the price, we would have appreciated robes and daily water. I initially was slightly disappointed when I arrived, I wasn't expecting to stay in the annexe and I thought I'd booked breakfast inclusive with my stay, but on checking with my booking details, it was all there in black and white and I hadn't, if I'd had only read them properly!
The room in the annexe was lovely with a beautiful ceiling. I was on the first floor overlooking the road, which was ideal as some of my family were running the Rome marathon on the Sunday and I could watch and cheer them go by.
My only gripe was the sink and shower water took ages to get hot.
The breakfast was in the main hotel a 100 metre walk away, it was everything you could want and very delicious!
Very friendly breakfast staff and concierge.
All in all I'd recommend staying.

Beware when booking the Annexe, it is not A separate building but IN a separate building, being one floor in a block of flats, primarily residential/business and completely misrepresented in the information and photographs. The communal area of the annexe to the lift is grubby and smelly, not maintained and does not have the appearance and ambience of the main hotel and does not feel very safe. The annexe does not have on-site concierge support. Our allocated room was filthy with layers of dirt and dust on the headboard, a used shower and toilet, blood on the bathroom wall and had not been cleaned in a very long time and had clearly just been vacated by someone. The hotel failed in their obligation to provide a safe, clean and comfy room. Avoid the annexe it is not in keeping with a 4* hotel. Beware of the non-refundable policy and the hotel will ignore questions and end communication with you.

The staff at Argentina Residenza Style Hotel were knowledgeable, helpful and always quick to respond to email inquiries. I set up two nights in Rome for my daughter and her friends and their flight got in at 3am - they helped with setting up transportation, making sure someone was available for check-in and allowing them to leave their bags the last day to be able to sightsee and catch a late train out to Florence! The girls loved their room and said it was clean and beautiful and in a great location to walk to so many things. Thank you!!

We were sent to the annex building even though we didn’t know that was what we had booked through Expedia as it lacked that description. For 3 nights in a row, we had people screaming and yelling and chanting all night outside our window. It was still going on even until 4:30am! At first we were hoping it would stop but on the third night, we had to call the reception to ask for help, and were told that was “normal”. Since we had to deal with jet lag and then all these rude screaming made it worse, my immune system was down and I got sick. I had to call the reception to plead them to call the police to assist with this out of control situation. At first we were patient thinking it was just a different culture but then when it went on all night without curtesy or regards to anyone’s well-being, our frustration grew and we had to ask for assistance to inform the police.
On the fourth and last night in Rome we were asked if we wanted to change room, and by that time the police probably had been informed. We had to leave early in the morning and to deal with a building or room change would be too exhausting.

I was genuinely looking forward to this stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. Our suite was located in a separate building next door rather than in the main hotel — something that was not clearly stated on Expedia at the time of booking and only communicated at check-in. That lack of transparency immediately changed the tone of our stay. If a room is in a different building, this should be clearly disclosed upfront so guests can make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, the welcome did not help set a positive tone either. The front desk associate was not very warm or welcoming, which made the check-in feel transactional rather than hospitable.

While the room itself had potential, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The floors were visibly dirty and dusty, as if they had not been properly swept. The walls had noticeable stains, which was honestly off-putting. The entrance to the secondary building also felt unclean and poorly maintained. Overall, it did not meet basic cleanliness standards.

We asked about an upgrade to the main building or a higher floor, but it was fully booked. As someone who truly values the full hotel experience — the ambiance, the service, and the feeling of being immersed in the property — I didn’t feel like we were part of the hotel at all. It felt detached and below the standard I expected.

I’m sure the rooms in the main building may offer a stronger experience, but based on this stay, I would not choose to return.

This room was perfect !! It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. I loved looking out the window down the alley to the roads. We had some beautiful sunset views!! We would definitely stay here again!!!
