This was small flat with kitchenette high ceilings and lots of light and room. Very clean and tea/coffee restocked each day. Staff were really helpful and friendly. A bit noisy as it’s on a busy street but ear plugs are provided! We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a plus and minus, location is close to the train station and also noisy outside. So the location is ideal but noisy. So if noise doesnt bother you then youll be fine. However if you are a light sleeper then find another place. Overall this was great for a night just to see Florence for a day but if we stayed longer id get something further away. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall id stay here again for 1-2 nights.

I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling via train through Italy. Located directly across the street from the train station, I couldn’t have not chosen a better place. First off, Florence has very tiny sidewalks and A LOT of people. You do not want to be lugging your luggage even a few blocks. Next, 7Florence is super clean, has super friendly and helpful staff, and it smells great inside! We felt very safe and secure getting into the building, hotel, and room at all hours. Also the breakfast is a must have, it’s a full out spread that opens at 0730. The only thing that could have improved was the noise from the outside. Since it’s across from the train station there are people constantly outside. They do provide ear plugs which help but also this is not something that they could change. The location is amazing and despite some noise at night I would stay here again no doubt.

I would make sure you get an interior room. The rooms facing the street are way too noisy due to the 24 hour McDonalds below. I don’t know if I would stay here again but it is very convenient if you are making Firenze a base to explore other areas as well.

We loved 7Florence! We arrived on a 9:30am flight and they stored our bags. We set off for a walk around the city, and when we came back, our room was ready, they had upgraded us to a suite with separate living room and kitchen, and our luggage had been delivered to the room. It was very large, clean and minimalist attractive. Location was perfect, across the street from the train station, easy walk to the Piazza del Duomo and lots of restaurants and shops. Not noisy, despite close proximity to Santa Maria Novella train station, but they provided earplugs anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again the next time in Firenze!

Excellent location across the street from the Santa Maria Novella train station. So you don't have to drag your bags all through the streets of Florence! We had stayed here two years ago and enjoyed it, so we opted to stay again. Despite arriving early, our rooms were all ready for us, so we were able to check in, drop off our bags and set out to see Florence. Had an issue with odor in one room, but staff quickly helped to resolve the issue for us. Beds were quite firm, so if you prefer a softer bed, may be a down side for you.

Very solid for what it is which is a mid tier hotel right by the train station. If that’s what you need and aren’t looking for luxury this could work well. Room was a decent size, queen bed, very clean. Entry is on a corner of a busy intersection. There was some street noise from a McDonalds below late in the evening but it mellowed out around midnight and the windows and room darkening shades helped anyway. Lobby is up two flights of stairs in case you don’t like elevators and carrying your bags up stairs. Location is literally across the street from Florence train station and only a few blocks from the start of the touristy areas. Therefore the location worked well for our one night stopover.

Firstly, the customer service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t huge, but they still took the time to greet you and show you to your room. Every time you walked pass the desk, they greeted you and made you feel welcome.

Secondly, the hotel was very clean and had everything our family of four needed, including a kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and a great relief, given the weather was 37C and sunny.

Lastly, the location was great. We came into Florence by train and we literally crossed the street and we were at our hotel. Most of the historical sites that you come to Florence to see, were within a 20 minute walk.

Next time we come to Florence, we will definitely stay here again.

This is a great little hotel. The value for what you get is fantastic, especially compared to other tourist hotels in Italy and wider Europe.

The room we had was as big as an apartment with two TVs, a huge bathroom with a bathtub, and a comfortable living room area.

The windows even had motorized retractable covers!

But the best part was the service. The nice woman who checked us in was kind, cheerful, and enthusiastic. She pulled out a map and gave us solid recommendations of routes to take in the city and things to see.

Also, the hotel is right by the main train station in Florence, making it super easy to get in and out. Which is extra helpful because there's nowhere to sit in the station, so being close by saves you from standing around too long.

I normally don't leave reviews but felt the need to because this place is great. Highly recommended!

Don’t be scared by its location. The security of this hotel is well taken care of. The room is very clean and tidy. The aircon is great and working well. I have to add that the the noise issue has been rectified. We stay in a street facing room and the night was really quiet. We learned from the owner later that she spent a lot of effort on it and she changed all the window glasses.
