We really enjoyed our stay. We could find not fault. The rooms were all lovely - nice and clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us find our way around.

The hotel is located around the corner from a main but not too busy road with a major, modern shopping mall and a tram stop and buses within a few minutes walk. Definitely worth staying there.

We fell in love with this hotel. It’s close to public transport. The hotel also has an elevator, the room was big for European standards, and the breakfast was on the restaurant connected to the property which offered a lot of good options. It’s vey close to Old Town Prague as well. We would love to stay here when we visit Prague again.

The hotel has a great location with easy walkable access to tourist attractions like the old town square and also to public transport for trams and metro. The rooms are spacious and comfortable also well appointed and maintained. The service from all staff was excellent. The breakfast had a good selection. It is an absolutely beautiful property. Impeccably clean and always well staffed. Rooms are well maintained.Beds are comfortable Morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Close to everything and the main train station. I have been traveling Europe for 3 weeks and this is the nicest place I stayed. You won't go wrong here.

Our stay was disappointing due to a significant issue with our room upgrade. We were told an upgrade would be provided but it was never honored. Beyond this service failure, the rooms themselves are small and noticeably dated. The carpets show their age, and the bed was clearly past its prime. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, it's a calm and quiet area, only a quick 10 minute walk to the old town center.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Prague. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, featuring a king-size bed. Hotel is clean, friendly staff at the reception area. Breakfast is excellent, great variety! The room was very comfortable in all aspects, with warm bathroom floor suits our needs. I will definitely recommend this place, also the location is convenient and walking distance to all landmarks. The Next door restaurant was also excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very quiet — perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The atmosphere felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I walked in.

Special thanks to Sasa at the front desk, who was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to recommend an excellent Italian restaurant nearby. Her suggestion turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.

We stayed 3 nights. Thus far best value for your dollar in Europe. Nice size room, good bathroom, and service. Breakfast was great and affordable.
The only issue is that bathtubs are slippery and they don’t provide a mat unless you request it. My wife had a bruise rib for days. Our fault I guess but standardizing it would be nice.

This is my second stay at the Cosmopolitan. The room was comfortable, quiet, not too hot or cold and clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is generous. It does get crowded in the morning with tour groups having their breakfast. But there was always a seat for me. The only thing was that I didn’t get the welcome gift I think I was supposed to get but that’s minor- I really like staying in this area - it’s really well situated and I can walk almost everywhere I need to go and public transit is all around. There’s convenient shopping and good restaurants as well as easy access from the train and bus stations and airport transfers are easy by public transport or uber. I will stay here again when I come to Prague.

We stayed 2 nights. Here are the positives and negatives.
Positives: excellent location, a large window that can be opened, comfy bed, good speed WiFi, good working air-con, friendly house keeping staff and good quality toiletries.
Negatives: poor quality bathroom slippers that makes weird noise when walking in bathroom, poor quality and limited breakfast options, the whole dining space, china and cutleries smelled of egg, turn-down service was just a couple of chocolate, no kettle in Executive room just coffee machine, very limited tv channels, hairdryer switches off every minute and staff in dining and reception could be a bit friendly.

This is my 2nd time staying at this place. First time was in 2017 for 9 days. This time only stayed for one night . Of course decor is a bit outdated compared to the other places that I stayed recently but cleanliness and very welcoming staffs made me overlooked the outdated decor.
