The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue.

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.

Clean and well-maintained property about 20min from old town by tram. Tram station is right down stairs and tram comes every 3-5min.

Check-in reception is not in the property so it could be a little hard to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and checkout was self-serviced (rooms have code locks). I believe check-in reception is only open until 7pm.

The standard double room is spacious with a kitchen with fridge which is really handy. There is a supermarket about 5min walk away. There are some good dining options around but not as many as in the old town.

A great place to stay if it wasn't for the noise

The check-in and the room itself as well as the location were very satisfactory. However, I have never had such a noisy room, even in NYC. The room door directly faces a major street (no further walls), the door does not extend all the way down), and there was a construction site on the other side of the building.

The hotel and it stuff do not respect a clients. The name of the hotel and the intrance is in the building that is under constructions. the bell was not working so there was no posibility to know where is the new resepcion.we came to hotel after flight and very long drive at nine in the evening.reseption is working up to 19.30 and you can not contact anyone not by phone not by mail not by chat.there is no keys for the rooms only codes.the code was not working and we could not contact anyone from the hotel.also people living near try to help us but they the say that it is always empty. At 23.00 we start to look for other hotel to stay at night.hotel had our phone number availible and did not contact to find out if client arive. Day after we came to look for hotel again because prepaid for three nights we saw anothe turist looking for intrance and looking for help.lucky for them it was not night so they answer in resption and told us where to go .in the reseption they say it is our problem we prepaid so there is nothing the can do. They rude and not polite. We will never stay in this hotel again,there many same price hotels and we sugest for everyone to thing before.

A clean basic place to stay

This is a nice place with easy access and is clean and modern. The room is very basic, absolutely no frills. Just a refrigerator and a TV. The room is a converted apartment with lots of space. The bed was a little hard and the pillows as well. It also had a balcony. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The people at the check in were very helpful and communicated well via Whatsapp.

Biggest issue: Left behind a Very expensive Ōura smart ring charging in the bathroom (worth $300!). Called one hour after check once realized. Woman who answered showed little interest. Kept saying no one has brought anything up yet. Had to call back and recheck 6 times over next 2 days. Yes, it was my bad for leaving it behind, but cleaning people who did not turn it in were thieves! Impossible to not see it plugged in bathroom for them.
Clean enough, not a great location, AC was not strong and no way to change it.
My granddaughter also left behind really nice larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they never found those either.

We had a very pleasant stay at QuadraKey. The property is well maintained, clean and modern. The apartment was roomy with a large balcony. The hotel is close to the tramway station and it took us 15 minutes to get to Florence Historical Center. Parking was easy inside the property for an extra fee. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We will stay there again if we have the chance to visit Florence again.

The aircon, a feature advertised, was \"not yet turned on for the season\". It was quite warm in the evenings so this was a serious defect from our perspective.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well looked after.
Although the room was located beside a fairly busy road, traffic noise was not noticeable in the room. The private balcony (at the rear of the room, away from the road) gave an excellent place to relax with a cappuccino after a busy day's sightseeing.
Excellently placed and handy for the new tram route between the airport and the city centre, making travel to either simple, easy and cheap!
Last but not least, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

This is a service apartment.
Location: excellent. Just a 2 mins walk from Tram station. and Tram connects you directly to city centre/railway station and Airport.

Reception: They closed from 2300 - 0700 hrs. You have to pay euro 4.90/pax/day as city tax when you check-in

Facilities: Well maintained apartment. Induction hob, kitchen utensils are provided. One should clean them once used. In a nutshell, you're renting apartment for your holiday stay. The airconditioning was not that good and because of how system works, we had difficulty in setting room temp. Otherwise, nice property for stay.

The room size was adequate however outdated. The shower door was unable to open or close properly. The hotel offers parking but at a cost of 12 euros a day which is ridiculous considering the commute to downtown Florence is over 30 min. The noise you can hear from inside the room is also loud; from street cars to the rooms with guests next door, getting a good night sleep won’t happen here. Room service only occurs once a week. Only major positive was the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Residence staff not so helpful. Ask them to help book a 7 seats taxi at 8:45am for pickup on 9:15am. When check with staff at 9:15am and find out she forgot. Finally we have to call 2 regular taxi and waste more money for it. Also, one of my family ask for towels change since they didn’t offer new towels set after cleaning to room. But the staff said need to pay for replaceing new towels set. So ridiculous. Never recommended to anyone.

Excellent aparthotel with daily housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and the beds large and comfortable. Fully air conditioned. Kitchen has a large fridge and basic utilities. Wifi is free here and of reasonable speed covering the whole flat. We had a minor problem with the bathroom sink which was resolved almost instantly. Another major bonus was free parking in a secure lot. Access to the parking lot is with a fob key that also provides entry to the flat. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive from central Florence.
Staff were very friendly and even helped print out some vouchers for us for free.
This place is extremely child-friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely book again in the future.

This is a decent place to stay but definetly not as a 4 star. It has balconey but you can only see buildings. The internet was down during the entier time of our stay and we had to pay for parking. The recepian simply accepted another customer rigjt in the middle of my check in. The appartment is close to point of interetss so you dont have to go to far to see things.

Well first off the hotel was divided into two with the main hotel where the reception is and appears to be much nicer then there was the other part not connected. It was ok but didn’t feel comfortable. Then they put us in a room directly above the gate and all night I kept hearing the motor opening and closing and I didn’t sleep well at all. It was horrible.

Last night near Florence Airport

This stay was the first day in October and neither the AC nor the heat were working. Location looks like a rough neighborhood, but it gets better about a block away. Restaurant suggestion (Tito's) was close and excellent. We chose this hotel for our last day and wanted to be close to the Florence airport. Taxi fare was still about 16 (sixteen) euros for two with luggage. Room was quiet but remember there is usually no heat in Italian hotels until November. Used Get Tours for our entire trip and they were excellent.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's lucky if it's a 2 star hostel. The only resemblence this place has to a hotel is that there was a bed in the room (and I use the term bed loosely), and the door to the room locked. The bed creaked, was so thin that we thought the springs were going to puncture through. You could hear the springs with every movement in the bed. There were no extra pillows, we had to pay for access to the fridge in our room. We were above the gate to parking area and to access the front desk, so every time it opened and closed we heard it through our room, and couldn't sleep. We were right on a main road, and there is no insulation, so you can hear every noise the cars make, including the music playing in them and the conversations of the passengers. If I had intended to book a budget hostel, this place would have been great, but in terms of it being a 4 star hotel in the class of a Marriott, they are completely misleading you and are delusional about the rating, or even calling themselves a hotel. This was NO hotel by any real definition of the word. Now that we're back, we have to see the dr for the pains in our back from the springs poking at us. Would never stay here. If you are looking for a hostel, this is your place. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, keep looking because this place isn't it.

Hotel was nice, air conditioners was not working, we had to keep windows open, and got mosquitos invassion. Paid extra price for 2 bdrm apt, got charged more for 2 extra ppl, that stayed with us. Not sure if its fair. Do not signup for breakfast, not worth it. Breakfast must be included in the price of stay. We only stay here one night. The receptionists were helpful. Our flight was at 6am and we needed a taxi take us to the airport by 4:30 am. They called and had a taxi reserved for us.
The down side was that both my kids had major bug bites on them the next day. I believed it was from sitting on the sofa bed. The beds were fine since we did not get any bug bites. The pillows were very flat. The apartment itself was clean overall.

I loved the staff of the hotel. Very helpful, and always patient. The one thing about this hotel was the location. its very far from the Duomo and Tourist attractions. Google Maps didnt help with directions as it was more confusing then anything. Remember the bus 22 from the Train Station. easiest way to get to and from Hotel... Loved the neighborhood and Restaurant in the neighborhood.

Half an hour by bus 22 to centre of Florence

Clean room with daily maid service and very necessary air conditioning. One minor criticism you have to ask reception for an electric kettle but all else you need is provided in the kitchen and studio. Reception also sells bus tickets but beware the bus inspectors if you fail to validate you r ticket on the printer found on each bus or make the mistake of using the same side of the ticket twice you will be fined 50 euros on the spot. A real bummer when you have already paid 4.80 euros for the ticket of four journeys why would you then try to defraud for a journey worth 1.20 euros? The 50 euro fine is extortionate and I made two errors and was fined 100 euros no allowance is made for mistakes by these inspectors and this has put me off Florence- I will never go again - I blame the city for employing such inconsiderate people and for setting such an extortionate fine furthermore you will pay 4.50 euros a day to this city for staying there on top of your hotel charge. Spoiled an otherwise wonderful and cultural stay.

Great value. The room and bathroom both were so much larger than any of the hotels we stayed at while vacationing in Italy at Rome, Naples and Venice. The neighborhood and location weren't the best nor the worst, just a ways away from the train station but easily accessible via city bus. The staff provided us with details on taking bus 22 which stops twice near the hotel, once around the corner/ accross the street and again on the same side as the hotel about half a block away.

Great value for money outside of city center

Nice apartment style hotel outside of city center, lots of room, beds, and a kitchen with all you need to cook meals as well as a very decent size fridge. Bedding and pull out sofa a little worn but overall a comfortable place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Elevator available and some housekeeping, long hours at reception desk for any assistance, and a grocery store literally outside of the hotel lobby. A few minutes walk to the bus stop (22) will get you directly into the city center. Tickets are cheap and can be purchased from the front desk. Family-style tickets are an added value. Would recommend and stay there again if I was to be outside the city center as it is about a 15 to 20 minute bus ride. Next time we'll try something closer in only to save commute time.

Nice hotel

Hotel wasn't close to many things but was a good clean place to stay for just one night. We couldn't get a hold of a taxi in the morning but they were nice enough to call one for us.

We stayed here for a final night in Florence before departure early the next day to travel home from a 2 week vacation in Italy. The service was good and the location convenient to the airport. We walked to dinner and found an excellent and local restaurant with great Chianti. The hotel space was large and accommodated our family of five. However, the shower was small and there was no hot water.

A little challenging to find but convenient and secure parking garage for an additional 10€. We left our car at the hotel and took the bus into Florence.

Lots of ants in the room! Terrible!

Many ants in the kitchen and all over the room. They went into my luggage. Kitchen and fridge smelled so bad! Terrible!

Very clean and great for 1 night stop over in Florence. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing to do in neighbourhood but no big deal. Seemed to be in a domestic area that had been converted to a hotel.
Negative was I was told free parking on my booking but was charged 10 euros.
Didn't pick it up till I was checking later?

Not a great location but close to public transportation. Staff was great. Rooms were new and spotless. Pillows were really bad. Fees and taxes doubled the price we were quoted for the room which I found unreasonable.
