A experiência só não foi 5 estrelas porque o ar condicionado deveria estar com problema no seu funcionamento, emitindo um barulho bem incômodo. Mas fingimos estar dormindo em um avião, ao lado da turbina, e funcionou. Sequer reclamei com a recepção, pois deu pra levar. Recomendo o hotel.

Estadia ok, o quarto era bom, a localização é boa, apesar de bem barulhenta. Não estava muito limpo nas áreas comuns, e o café da manhã não é padrão intercity, além do restaurante ser minúsculo. O atendimento do estacionamento foi o melhor de tudo.

Péssima experiência! Intercity São Leopoldo, NÃO!!

Tivemos uma experiência bastante insatisfatória desde a nossa chegada. Fomos surpreendidos pela informação de que não havia garagem disponível, pois todas as vagas já estavam reservadas por outros hóspedes, o que nos obrigou a deixar o carro estacionado na rua.

Apesar de a reserva ser para um casal, o quarto possuía apenas uma toalha de banho, e o atendimento da solicitação levou mais de três horas para ser resolvido, demonstrando falta de atenção aos detalhes e pouca agilidade no suporte ao hóspede.

O isolamento acústico do quarto é extremamente deficiente: foi possível ouvir barulhos da rua durante toda a noite. Além disso, ficamos hospedados em um quarto com uma porta de ligação com o quarto ao lado, o que agravou o problema, já que era possível escutar claramente as conversas e a televisão do vizinho.

Também sentimos falta de proatividade e preocupação da equipe para ajudar em situações como a ausência de estacionamento e o excesso de ruídos. A impressão que tivemos foi de um atendimento indiferente, com uma postura do tipo: “se quiser é isso, caso contrário, hospede-se em outro hotel”.

Por fim, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, com produtos de qualidade abaixo do esperado para o padrão do hotel.

Quarto atendeu bem e o estacionamento também. Recepção simpática.
Queria dormir em vez de ir tomar café mas não consegui, pq arrastaram móveis no prédio.
Fui então tomar café e tanto eu como outra hóspede sentimos falta de um suco natural, não é tão difícil assim colocar ao menos 1. Tinha só uma bebida horrível que parecia de pó. Fiquei então tomando meu café com leite com calma após terminar de comer e uma funcionária veio me dizer indiretamente que tinha que sair pra limparem pois já tiham dado x minutos de tolerância. Que grosseria! Isso pq eu já tinha, ao notar que só tinha sobrado eu no restaurante, chamado uma pessoa da cozinha e falado que poderiam recolher. Achei desnecessário isso, e eu nem queria ter descido pro café, ia pagar pra comer no Quiero Café ao lado para descansar mais, pois estava precisando.
Precisam treinar o pessoal para não arrastarem móveis em um hotel e deixarem os clientes à vontade no restaurante.

Hotel muito novo e bem localizado. No quarto que ficamos o ar condicionado funcionava quando queria e voltava um cheiro fortíssimo de esgoto do ralo do banheiro, muito ruim mesmo. O colchão era um pouco mole demais. Na parede da sala de café havia uma placa de melhor café da manhã de 2024, mas achamos meio fraco. O hotel poderia ter piscina.

Pontos negativos: travesseiro muito fofo (tenho problemas na cervical e agradeci por ter levado meu próprio travesseiro).
O tomate servido no room service não estava bom.
Mas, me hospedaria lá novamente, sem dúvidas.
