They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest

DO NOT book this property. This property was absolutely not what the pictures showed! This is not a destination property. It felt like a truck stop hotel. If you are visiting Florence and looking for an affordable place to stay DO NOT stay there.
There is 0 parking, mountain of garbage in the back of the property,

This place is NOT A 4-star property!! It is barely above a hostel that is falling apart and has no accessible wifi, rude staff, sparse rooms, insufficient parking ...and it isn't overly clean either.

Not a four stars hotel, wrong rating. This is a first start at the most. Wifi is useless, I was never able to connect, only in the reception. Taxis… hard to get one.

The property is outdated, it seems you are in a 1960 hotel without updates. They need to do better.

Hotel staff were not friendly! Very rude to my husband who was wanting to have a swim and doesn’t speak Italian and someone was shouting at him to “GET OUT!!!” Of the pool area. Which is very rude. Accommodation is very basic and does not look as advertised.

It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to, I’m disappointed at Expedia for having them listed, pictures are not true pictures, furniture is old and broken and nasty, breakfast is terrible and coffee is terrible, they shouldn’t even serve breakfast without the health department checking them out. Room had no ac, got bit by mosquitoes, phone doesn’t work they switch my room but it was no difference, pool was green, don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s nothing like the pictures

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very noisy, A/C was not working and when I went to ask the receptionist, she said ther air conditioning does work. I asked really! It wasn’t mentioned in your website. She said to deal with it. Hostile to English speaking customers in my opinion. The sad part was that payment was non refundable. Mosquitoes kept me up at night and it was hot. It was an experience I will not forget in a hurry.

Hi when I booked this property via Expedia I knew I am booking 3 star hotel and my expectation should be match with what I am paying .
Hotel in my idea was Motel not even 2 star . No water in room . No safe in wardrobe. Noisy corridor. Poor breakfast entry and areas, poor breakfast quality , mirror and decoratives in corridors was dirty reminded me like motel in 20s to 30s

Something interesting hotel sign was 4 star which i believe should be change to Motel or B&B

I asked kitchen staff about warm scramble eggs , they said you late it was 8:00 even one hour before breakfast time finishes

The first room we received has not been cleaned because the pillows and blankets were all askew, the second room was a smokers room. The third room had a blanket crusty food on it. The housekeepers walked into our room without knocking wanting to clean it, yet we still had an hour and a half for check out. The walls were so thin you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbours and noisy visitors from parties taking place. The elevator smelt like pee. Doubt this place stays afloat from returning customers.

Good Hotel for 3-4 day Florence/ visit with Family

Hotel staff was very nice. The pool is a great amenity for after a long hot day sightseeing in Florence, especially for the kids. The Hotel is outside of Florence, the bus stop (Bus line #2) stops right in front of the Hotel and takes you to the SMN Train Station (the center of Florence) in 30min. Bus tickets are sold at the Hotel front desk. No need to fight the traffic by car. The rooms on the side towards the main street are a bit noisy in the late evening, but it quiets down at night. Breakfast buffet was great. There is a Hotel Restaurant, but we did not eat dinner there, therefore can't rate it. Rooms are clean with some minor cosmetic issues. But for the price this hotel is a great value. There is not much in regards to sight seeing directly around the Hotel, there is however a shopping center/stores about half a mile down the road and a couple of smaller restaurants. Since the Hotel is off the A1 Autostrada, it is an easy 1 hr drive by car from the Hotel to Pisa. (Based on three night stay in July 2013)

Shame! Hotel Delta Florence - not in Florence!

Overall not a bad experience. However, this is labeled a \"Non-Smoking\" hotel, but it clearly was not always the case. The smell of stale smoke lingers so every time I walked into the hotel this was the first thing I noticed.

Most important, this hotel's name is the Hotel Delta Florence. This hotel is NOT IN FLORENCE! The hotel is not even close to Florence. We took a 45 minute cab ride from the train station, which ended up costing about $40 Euro (as of June/July 2012). This is unreasonable since all the tourist activities and access is in Florence. This would be almost $100 Euro round trip if you took a cab.

Our option: take a bus for $1.20 each way/$2.40 round trip into Florence, which takes 35-55 minutes depending on the time of day. Luckily, there is a stop directly across from the hotel, so at least you don't waste time looking for the bus stop. This means you have to build in travel time to catch the bus and catch your train, making for very long days You'll be in Calenzano.

Just plan accordingly...

A good stop for Florence and Tuscany area

Hotel staff excellent and helpful when we got a ticket on the austostrade. The restaurant is not very good and the food not very nice. The room layout meant that our son was on the other side of the bathroom so we had more privacy than three in the same area.The beds are hard and pillows hard and low like most of italy so not particularly with this hotel. There were bus loads of tourists that were served breakfast in the adjoining room and kept trying to come in and raid the are that general hotel patrons were. They also crowded the loby very much. We felt very inundated with such large groups in the same area. I think 4 to 5 busloads.

Schreckliches Hotel!! Die 4 Sterne hat das Hotel bestimm in den 60-ern bekommen. Die Einrichtung wie aus einer Zeitreise. Das angebotene Frühstück ungenießbar. Schlechte Wurst kaltes Tetrapack Rührei. Kein Obst kein Gemüse. Nur Toastbrot und Süßkram. In dem Hotel übernachten überwiegend Monteure, LKW Fahrer auf Durchreise und Bauarbeiter. Nichts für Famillien und schon gar nicht mit Kindern. Schrecklich.

Solo per estrema necessità

Un albergo che non so come faccia ad avere quattro stelle, vecchio, antico, vetusto, sembra di essere rimasti negli anni 70. Al piano terra annessa all'hotel c'è una disco-piano bar e potete immaginare, la sera (almeno il sabato) è impossibile trovare parcheggio. La camera piccolissima, una tripla evidentemente adattata dove non ci si entrava e non c'era posto neanche per poggiare i trolley aveva i serramenti di legno vecchissimi chiusi con un chiavistello. Il bagno aveva il bidet ATTACCATO alla tazza (vedi foto) impossibile da usare. Lasciamo stare lo stato della vasca con la ruggine (non doccia).

Hotel 4* qui ne devrait même pas en avoir 1.
Air conditionné dans la chambre faisait du bruit comme une casserole. Humidité au mur. Lits de 80 cm de large.
L'hôtel à besoin d'une rénovation complète. Les espaces communs datant des années 80. Les tapis dans les escaliers sont troués. Le modem wifi est suspendu par son câble.
Aucune mention d'une discothèque qui est ouverte toute la nuit jusqu'à 5h du matin.
Chambre mal insonorisée !!!!
Personnel pas très accueillant (en tt cas ceux présents durant notre séjour).
Le restaurant du petit déjeuner se trouve au sous sol sans aucune fenêtre. Fruits pourris dans le panier, toiles d'araignées un peu partout au plafond.

I have not read much reviews when i booked. Pictures are not reliable. The hotel is too old and its the worst hotel we have been to. Smells bad,rooms are warm. AC cant cold the room. Doors are damage. Dust everywhere. Insects in the shower.
Only positive is the pool though you have to pay extra to use.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas

La atención a nuestra llegada pésima, habitación con polvo especialmente las cortinas y baño sin limpiar. Del desayuno comentar que los platos y cubiertos tenían una clara falta de limpieza y al personal se le ve desganado.

En general, un hotel de 4 estrellas que no tiene actualmente ni media. Parece que se abrió en 1980 y no se ha vuelto a actualizar. Son increibles las grietas, cables sueltos o pegados a la pared con cinta de embalar, manchones del salón del desyuno y la pésima limpieza general de todo el establecimiento.

Sólo se salva el aire acondicionado y la Smart TV.

No recomendable y non volverá por nada.

Das Hotel ist sauber aber ziemlich altmodisch und komplett altbacken..die Lage ist weit vom Schuss..Taxi zum Flughafen 40 Euro..mit Bus und Bahn Florenz erreichbar aber lang und etwas abenteuerlich wenn man das erste mal dort mit Bus fährt..Personal spricht nur Englisch neben Muttersprache..Frühstück mit Räumlichkeiten nicht besonders einladend..aber Personal bemüht sich und Zimmer sind soweit sauber..haben nur eine Zwischenübernachtung getätigt dafür io..ansonsten für längere Tage nicht empfehlenswert..

Una esperienza formativa.
Mai avrei pensato di trovare un 4 stelle così logoro e decadente.
Ci è stata assegnata 1 stanza quadrupla divisa in 2 stanze una peggiore dell'altra.
Iniziamo dalle porte rivestite con la moquette per insonorizzarle. Porta d'ingresso di cui mi è rimasta la maniglia in mano.
Il bagno terribile con lavandino e bidè tappati a causa dei tappi rotti che non andavano né su né giù. Cornetta della doccia avviamente rotta che non stava dritta in nessun modo.
Una finestra con bilico tutta sderenata che per tenerla aperta abbiamo dovuto usare una scarpa!!!
Un quadro tenuto attaccato al muro con un ferro di gruccia infilato nel muro!!!! Nemmeno McGiver!!! Letti a molle che nemmeno mia nonna usava più 20 anni fa. Infiltrazioni d'acqua sulle pareti e puzza di scarico nel corridoio.
Presenza di una discoteca, o simile, all'interno dello stabile, che ci ha fatto dormire con le vibrazioni dei bassi in sottofondo.
Una struttura può essere vecchia, ma non fare le manutenzioni indispensabili è segno di degrado.

Tutto sommato OK

Struttura anni 60, rimasta allo stato originario e da un certo punto di vista questa e' un'esperienza. Letto rumoroso, ma dobbiamo dire che la stanza era silenziosa e abbiamo dormito bene. Chiamato la reception per un aiuto in camera e hanno subito mandato un addetto. Colazione vecchio stile, non ricca, ma sufficiente. Non so come siano i collegamenti con la citta' e l'aeroporto, perche' noi avevamo l'auto.

Tralasciando il fatto che non abbiamo pagato poco la stanza, l’albergo si presente fatiscente, sporco, la camera era piena di sangue sulle pareti dovuta all’uccisione di zanzare e la porta del bagno presentava i cadaveri delle zanzare, mobili vecchi e rotti, frigobar vuoto, letto scomodo e sporco, rumori durante la notte, odore della camera come se fossimo dentro una bisca… davvero senza parole, per non parlare del personale, attento ai propri fatti più tosto che al cliente. Per lo schifo che abbiamo avuto non abbiamo fatto colazione lì, nonostante fosse già pagata, condizionatore rotto e sporco. Mi fermo qui.

Nous avons passé une nuit horrible. Nous sommes arrivés devant l'hôtel, la façade laissait à désirer, l'entrée n'était pas élaguée, le parking pas sécurisé. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait des cheveux et des poils dans la bonde de douche. Pas du tout d'isolation, nous avons entendu le bruit de la route toute la nuit. De plus, il y a une discothèque en bas de l'hôtel, le bruit résonne énormément, nous avons entendu la musique toute la nuit jusqu'à 5 heures du matin ! La clim était HS et avec la chaleur et le bruit nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas. L'entrée de l'hôtel n'étant pas élaguée, il y avait pleins de moustiques. Pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre, la lumière passait donc réveil aux aurores. Nous avons passé une nuit très difficile (bruit, lumière, chaleur, moustiques). Pour le petit déjeuner, la salle est sombre, il y a même des toiles d'araignées au plafond. Pour se servir du jus d'orange, uniquement des gobelets en plastique. Je ne mettrais certainement pas 4 étoiles mais plutôt une seule.

Das Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es stinkt, es ist schimmelig, es gibt keine Bettwäsche - stattdessen alte Decken wie beim Militär, Badetücher schmutzig, Handtücher sind Küchenwaschlappen. Zu allem Überfluss waren auch noch mehrere Fußballmannschaften (U 18) im ganzen Hotel. Das Geschreie und Gerenne im ganzen Hotel ging bis in die Nacht. Schlafen = Fehlanzeige.
Am letzten Tag fuhr ein LKW vor, der allen Ernstes die Kloake abgesaugt hat. Der Gestank war schlimmer als auf einem Feld, wo gerade ein Gülletanker unterwegs war.
Über das Frühstück gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Außer vielleicht, dass das Besteck dreckig war und es Plastikbecher gab. Die stinkenden Eier haben wir uns nicht getraut zu probieren.
Bitte alle Hände weg von dem Hotel. Nichtmal kostenlos würde ich da nochmal übernachten. Dann lieber im Auto schlafen.
