Hotel amenities and decor very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve had on this trip. Alot of hot selections and fresh fruit

I had three rooms for my family. The people were helpful and nice. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.The showers were made with very cheap materials, they did not drain properly, they flooded every time that we all showered and some of the racks and handles were loose and falling apart. Parking is not convenient. You have to walk to a garage that nust be accessed by walking around the building and only the hotel attendant can let you in. When we got to the hotel there were several young men loitering about 200 feet from the entrance. They were playing loud music, drinking, smoking, and making noise. The hotel itself was clean and chiq.

One of the Best I've Stayed!

Excellent hotel! One of the best I've ever stayed at its class!

The team is very polite and helpful! The room is large and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is also big!

Everything is very clean and well maintained. Impeccable housekeeping!

The breakfast is plentiful and very good! The restaurant is also amazing! Great dishes!

The location of the hotel is perfect! Easy access to the city or to the highway.

The only thing that could be improved is the pool. There is no structure at all. There are no chairs, tables or umbrellas. The water is very cold, even on hot days. So, I couldn't use it with my daughter. But this does not disqualify the hotel at all.

It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Prato!

The room was nice, very clean when we entered. However, there was no AC which was uncomfortable during the day as it can get quite humid in the room, especially after showering. The restaurant downstairs had great food. It was convenient that the front counter would call a taxi for you, so that was definitely a plus. It was quite a short taxi ride to and from the train station so the location is convenient as well. Overall a good choice if you are traveling in Italy and want somewhere close to Florence without having to pay Florence hotel prices.

It’s not my first time in the art hotel but this time was very bad. There have a lot of noise inside the hotel that disturbe to sleep at 2:00 am.
After there charge things in my check that i don’t ask. The lady in the desk talk to us very bad.

I use this hotel every time I'm back in town. The rooms are spacious and clean, the only issue we had this time was with the shower, there was no door or curtain and it wasn't sealed properly so it was problematic to shower without flooding the whole bath floor.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Prato

I think this is by far the best accommodation in Prato.
I tried almost any hotel in the area and this is the definitely the best one
Something I would like to see in the room is a kettle for the tea.

I've been quite unlucky this time as there was a Chinese wedding and the floor was really noisy at night.

I was attracted to the hotel because I had to break my journey from Manarola to Ravenna and this seemed a good point as I noticed from its advertising photo it was opposite the new Museum of Modern Art. Sadly it doesn't open until October and is still a building site which was clearly evident from my window. However, the hotel itself was very nice and the rooms spacious. A small swimming pool and fitness Centre is also available. The restaurant offered some interesting options but I found my meals excessively salty. The hotel has a very Arty feeling to it with pictures everywhere and conference rooms named after great artists - it will be better in October when the gallery opposite actually opens.

Overall it was ok, but this is the least soundproofed hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot. Staff were very helpful, but if you want peace, forget it. Heard the neighbors snores, and traffic noise. Not a good night's sleep at all. Breakfast was very good. Nowhere close by to buy anything and bar was closed. Next to a derelict artsy building which was an eyesore but right on the freeway. Would look elsewhere for another stay.

Very well priced for what is offered

Although the hotel does not say much from the outside, when entering the room I was very surprised. The room has obviously been renovated recently and is very clean and comfortable. Situated a short train trip away from the beautiful city of Florence. Recomended for sure. Also the parking which cost just 3 euro is under the hotel with many safety features that keep your mind at peace if traveling by car.

Great value for the price

Check in was quick and easy. For the price we paid of 50 euros, it was definitely a five star experience. The room is big, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It came with a lot of convenient toiletries and had fantastic wi-fi. The hotel is conveniently located 25 minutes outside of Florence and offered free parking. Breakfast is available at an additional fee, which we did not partake in. Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the area and would enjoy a no fuss, high quality experience.

Era tanto che non tornavo in questo hotel, e mi fa piacere poter riconfermare tutte le ottime impressioni che avevo avuto a suo tempo.
Il personale è gentilissimo, la struttura si trova molto vicino all'autostrada e perciò molto comodo da raggiungere.
E' molto difficile trovare posto esternamente, ma hanno un garage (a pagamento) a disposizione degli ospiti , a un prezzo che ritengo molto buono (7€ a notte)
La struttura e sicuramente datata e i segni del tempo si vedono sia fuori che dentro e le camere.
Il bagno è stato sicuramente aggiornato (almeno nella mia stanza) e comunque era molto spaziosa tenuta bene e pulita (in fondo la cosa più importante)
sono anche silenziose, e forse la cosa meno isolata è la porta che lascia passare i rumori del corridoio .
Letto molto comodo e anche i cuscini erano comodi.
Il bagno è provvisto di detergenti e accessori utili.
L'hotel ha un ristorante interno dove si mangia benissimo, qualità dei prodotti molto alta e ottima varietà di proposte.
Ottima anche la colazione con un buon mix di prodotti selezionati , che puntano più alla qualità che la quantità.
in definitiva un ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très professionnel, très accueillant et toujours souriant. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats aux tarifs vraiment raisonnables. Possibilité d'utiliser un parking intérieur fermé très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner sucré/salé sous forme de buffet conviendra à bon nombre de clients. La chambre pour 3 personnes est spacieuse et très chaleureuse. Pour ma part une petite bouilloire pour se faire un café, un thé ou un chocolat à l'intérieur de la chambre manquait. Sur la propreté en générale rien à redire. Hôtel très bien situé et très facile d'accès.

Questo albergo viene usato frequentemente dalle società, visto il numero di aule per la formazione, che mette a disposizione della clientela,ed è per questo motivo che lo frequento dal 1992 e per me é e per la mia azienda é sempre stato un punto di riferimento su Prato. Arrivare alle 19 per poter cenare solo alle 22. Infatti a quest’ora non avevo tanta scelta per i piatti ed anche chiedendo un contorno, mi portano la carne senza dicendomi che non c’è più. lo staff del ristorante sono al top anche se purtroppo visto la situazione non sanno gestire correttamente il cliente. Lo staff della réception dovrebbero sorridere e considerare il cliente soprattutto quando è già stato ospite. Ascensori lentissimi. Staff della colazione al top.

Il ristorante é buono il mangiare é ottimo, unica lamentela troppo tempo di attesa tra un piatto e l'altro e in sala alcune volte poco presenti i camerieri. Piccole cose che possono migliorare certamente.

Molto facile da raggiungere con l'auto, dato che si trova adiacente a una strada di grande comunicazione, però tranquillo Albergo spazioso e dotato di molti saloni per convegni. Formalità della reception sbrigate in maniera veloce ed efficiente. Camera abbastanza ampia e frigorifero molto fornito. TV dotata dei soli canali in chiaro. Colazione ricca.
